- Paulo (8/5): Hotel de padrão bom num lugarejo pequeno - O hotel tem um bom padrão, mas a equipe, embora gentil, é bem destreinada. Como o hotel fica num lugarzinho pequeno optamos por jantar no restaurante do hotel. Foi um desastre, muito demorado e um dos entrecots veio muitíssimo passado, quase torrado. Isso que o restaurante estava vazio e fomos os primeiros. -

El mozo del restaurant desaparecía durante mucho tiempo, seguro que atendiendo la barra del casino A la mañana tuve que esperar para hacer el checkout porque en la recepcion no habia nadie. La chica de recepcion tambien agendia limpuaba las mesas del desayuno

Bad sehr gut. sauber. wenn man im Restaurant gegessen hat, dann war mit dem Bringen des Essens der Service erledigt. Wir waren noch 2 Stunden draussen. alles Stand noch am Tisch, und wir wurden nicht gefragt, ob man noch was wünscht (wir waren die Einzigen Gäste)

- Rosi (7/5): CASI LINDO - en particular en cuanto a limpieza , instalaciones todo un lujo , y el personal son unos genios lo bien que atienden … Al responsable del Hotel va dirigido : No puede ser que siempre en feriados largos no prepare el hotel con gente para atender , colocan 1 cocinero que se va a las 14 , siendo que el feriado hay que aprovechar. pedis la comida a las 13 llegas 14:15 .. y si pobre si está solo … pedís una merienda y la misma recepcionista te prepara … LOS FERIADOS ASÍ TENGAN QUE PAGAR PONGAN MÁS PERSONAL , NO HAGAN TRABAJAR A LA GENTE QUE ESTÁ EL TRIPLE POR LA MISMA PLATA…. INVIERTAN EN LA GENTE QUE LES PAGA SUS ESTADÍAS …. Gracias.
