• Marian (10/5): - Śniadania pyszne, po nartach sauna w hotelu nic dodać nic ująć, bardzo dobra lokalizacja jeżeli chodzi o dojazdy do Flachau, same miasteczko ok, kawiarnie, bary, restauracje super, tylko jeden mały minus... dziwne godziny otwarcia lub celowe otwieranie przemiennie (raz jeden? raz drugi). Generalnie jestem zadowolony z urlopu.

• Katarina (10/5): Nice family hotel for ski holidays - We had wonderful ski holidays. The hotel was as we expected. We had one double room and one single room. Both were nice and cosy. There is a lot of parking spaces around the hotel. We had half board and food was ok. And there is a big nice space with saunas. Hotel is in the center of the village. Although ski bus stops in front of the hotel we use our car to get to the Flachau ski resort and sometimes to the nearest (250 m) away from the hotel ski area Monte Popolo. -

• Hunyady (10/5): Warm and clean accomodation - Rooms were renovated nicely, everything is comfortable. Daily cleaning is a great value for money, housekeeper is lovely. Location is superb I was missing the breakfast to have some scrabled eggs or fried eggs, little sausages or something it was a little bit simple but overall great!
• Nwnwnw (10/5): Exceptional - I can tell that it was good to pay hotel room in advance. Once you arrive, it took shorter time on check-in process and you can rest faster. This hotel exceeded my expectations. Although the hotel design is looks traditional, the room is very lovely and everything are so clean. You can feel it at floor mat and curtain. The room temperature is warm enough during winter season, it even work better than other more expensive hotel we stayed during this trip. The breakfast also value of money with lovely design restaurant. Soap
• Jessica (7/5): Good - Generous room sizes. Lack of room service. The breakfast buffet lacked fresh fruit and sometimes food did not appear fresh, as if it had been left out for some time.
• Oliver (5/5): Passable - The receptionist was efficient. Room was clean. There was a small balcony with a mountain view. No soap by the sink was disappointing. The kitchen closed for warm desserts before we were informed. Generally expensive for the type of room / accommodation and service. Overpriced.
• Nick (7/5): Comfortable and convenient. - Nice welcome, not too far from the local ski areas and easy to find. Dinner available in the evening and a good typical Austrian breakfast. Bed a little soft and odd shaped windows without blinds let in some light and gave the feeling of less privacy in the bathroom.
• Andreja (9/5): Exelent ski vacation - Excelent location, ski bus stop is right in front of the hotel. Nice breakfast buffet, comfortable rooms with balcony and beautiful relaxing sauna. Perfect vacation. The matresses are a bit too soft for my taste, but that depends on individual preference, can not find and other disadvantage.

• Tariq (7/5): Nice family owned hotel with some room for improvement - - Owners of the hotel who manage it are friendly and helpful. They gave us a room to the side of the hotel where we requested for. - Breakfast is decent - Enough free parking space - Nice views outside - Small town— not crowded Things to improve: - The mattresses which are made of metal springs laid on soft wooden plates of the bed are horrible. They produce a lot of sound when you move and totally not comfortable especially if someone got backache. I hope they will replace them soon. - They haven’t got labels to hang on the outside door handle of the rooms. The room service just enters to see whether they can do their job.
