Room with window is nice (careful as they have some rooms without window and they feel a bit claustrophobic). Good deal for the location! We were initially given a room (203) without window and A/C was weak, it was so hot so we asked for a change which they gave us directly and it was much nicer!

• Quan (9/5): Great! - Pretty clean and cozy hotel at the center of HCM City/ Saigon. The staff was very kind and helpful. It's location is perfect. Located in the edge of the city center, near Saigon river, it's easy to access to the center but also provides other route options to avoid traffic jam in rush hours. Few steps away from 24/7 convenient store GS25. Hotel has decent sound proof windows & doors. Hard to say it has large room, but the room was big enough for my needs. Motorbike & scooter rental is available and also has a small garage for parking. Water pressure is great. The closet is pretty big, it would be perfect if it has more clothes hangers. They have a small coffee counter made by the bellman himself, it cost me less than 1$ but the quality is pretty good. Cannot say it's the best, but for the price it's worth a try. There's still some dust in the closet corner & top shelf. I hope next time the house keeper will clean it thoroughly. Not a big problem to me. However it will definitely necessary for someone else. I hope they will upgrade to smart TV in the near future, or maybe add a Android TV Box/ Google TV box.

• Anthony (1/5): It sucked. - Lacking in hospitality. A/C wasn’t working, had a sun-facing high floor room on a 93*F day. Staff tried to convince me that it did work. I booked a standard queen room, got tiny room with a double bed crammed into it. They wouldn’t change my room, give a refund or offer a fan. I ended up going to another hotel.

• Roberto (10/5): Nice place but some beds need upgrade - The first room I had was ok but the bed was uncomfortable so I asked for an upgrade and thankfully they were able to accommodate. If it wasn't for the caring and attentive staff I would not rate as high as I did as the basic room I originally had needs a mattress upgrade. If not for that this hotel would be perfect The mattress in the original basic room on 2nd floor was worn out and needs an upgrade but after upgrading and paying more I got a nice bed. Hopefully they fix or replace the beds in basic room

• Pasquale (1/5): Nightmare Place - Nothing that I liked! The lady at the reception was friendly I feel bad for this review but I need to aware other customers. We paid almost the double price for the normal life in Ho Chi Min for this room and it was a nightmare! Extremely dirty, walls full of shit and dirtiness, bathroom was dirtier than a public one, glasses were full of dust and very old forniture! We arrived late at night and we just sat on the bed waiting for the next day to leave the place. I don’t understand how Booking.com can propose a similar level of dirtiness!

• Juan (1/5): Terrible hotel and awful area! - Nothing awful place! Bad cleaning in the premises as well as I’m the room, you can perceive a strong humid odor in the bathroom. Ugly surroundings, it is an extremely dirty area, I wouldn’t recommend anyone to stay in this area. Staff is not kind either.

All Staff are friendly and helpful. Our room was on the 9th floor,without elevator,narrow stairs, only one exist. Water was not strong enough for taking shower. it was extremely noisy until midnight( they sang karaoke.They could be bars or neighbours nextdoor).We did not have a great stay here.

• Constance (8/5): Convenient location, simple amenities and friendly staff. - The location was fantastic. It was around the corner from a convenience store and across the street from a juice bar. It was walking distance from most places we wanted to go. The bed was comfy and bathroom clean. The power points on either side of the bed were hard to get to and loose. Our power plugs kept falling out and our items not charging.

The room I stayed in was the largest and was comfortable and excellent value - Location downtown means only 5-10minute walk to bars/ cafes, Saigon Square/ Takashimaya etc., with other coffee shops/ cafes only steps away. Clean , comfortable and very good value A little noise late at night from a bar nearby ( I have stayed twice in the street front rooms), but in the room it is quite low level noise so not a problem for me.

• Paola (6/5): Not really worth it. - The location is pretty good. Only the big rooms are nice. We originally booked the small one but A/C didn’t work so we got relocated to the better room. Beware: there is black mold in some rooms. Mainly the smallest ones. Plus the A/C doesn’t work on those. The staff didn’t care about the bad condition of the room offered to us originally. They made the booking of an extra night super complicated so we decided to go to a much better hotel. Overall the staff doesn’t provide good customer service. I honestly recommend you stay somewhere else for a more pleasant experience.
