• Nataliya (1/5): - Ужас.Заказав номер,нам дали улучшенный номер,как было написанно.Но это просто ужас.Лифт не работал,нам пришлось ходить на высокий этаж пешком.В номере работала только одна розетка.То,что называется балконом,это окно в пол,с перегородкой,куда даже ногу не куда поставить.Жесткий матрас. Я заранее попросила продлить прибывание на 2 часа.Мне ответили на мейл,что это возможно при доплате 30%.На месте персонал сказал,что эта доплата не от цены,что я получила от букинга,а от какой то цены отеля-что составило 54%от стоимости. Все преимущества этой гостиницы-это местоположение. У нас остался неприятный осадок.Не советую останавливаться в этой гостинице

• Derek (1/5): Hotel Nicecy not so nicey - The location was pretty good in district one. Unfortunately the room was dirty, large stains on the walls, broken plaster around doorways, stained towels low budget fittings noisey air conditioning unit outside room window. We have stayed in many hotels in Vietnam and around Asia, we have paid a lot less for better accommodation. We stayed one night out of four booked and paid for. Photos do not show stains very well.
• Ronald (3/5): - Location The pictures of the room online were nothing like the room we were given. They must have renovated some rooms and not others. We stayed in room number 504. The bathroom was very bad, with mould everywhere and a water damaged door that would not close properly. If you stay here, make sure you ask for a room exactly like the photos provided online when you book.

• alessandro (5/5): - Posizione centrale e strategica in distretto 1 Ci hanno cambiato hotel (ci sono tipo 5 o 6 strutture "Nicecy") mettendoci in una altra struttura nella stessa via e offrendoci un upgrade in stanza a piani alti. Tutto ok se non fosse che questo hotel secondo me non era allo stesso livello (e allo stesso prezzo) di quello che avevamo prenotato e dai commenti so che fanno spesso questo gioco.

Starting from taxi booking from airport which they charged exorbitant monies (almost 6 times the Grab). Some hotels in Hanoi charged exact prices or even discounted prices. Even the travel agency in the hotel were trying to charge 3 times more for the HopOnHopOff busses. So all in all not a very good experience for us in HoChiMinh city

• Laura (5/5): Basic - It was OK. Standard of cleanliness was so low. Dust everywhere that hadn’t been clean for months, along skirting boards and desk. Good location but we found lube and condoms just on the shelf of our wardrobe which was gross. Really basic tidying that just hadn’t been done

• Chris (4/5): Nicecy, not so nice - Hotel in handy location but….. feels like someone gave up caring. Safe in my room was locked (and anyway loose from the wall where it appears to have been held by a single wood screw). Asked at reception: Apparently the hotel has lost keys and or passwords for all the safes. But it is ok, “because it is safe here”… Hot water… well, on one occasion over the 2 days I was there, yes. Shower controls totally unfathomable. Appears to have an a/c intake! located in the bathroom itself. Bar fridge crammed under the desk with 2 soft drinks and 2 waters- had to wait at checkout till staff had verified I wasn’t running off with a can of lemonade. Could not use the desk as the bar fridge was blocking it.

• Mihai (1/5): Bad - The location was good. I had an extremely unpleasant stay at this hotel and would not recommend it to anyone. From the moment I arrived, the experience was disappointing. First and foremost, the staff was incredibly rude. There was no warmth or hospitality, and every interaction felt like I was inconveniencing them. The room was filthy, to say the least. The towels the same. The worst part, however, was the mold and dampness throughout the room. The air quality was so poor that it was almost unbreathable. It felt heavy, musty, and uncomfortable, which made it impossible to relax or get a decent night’s sleep. I wouldn’t be surprised if the mold and dampness pose serious health risks. I chose to check out early, forfeiting the rest of my stay because I couldn’t tolerate spending another moment in that place.

Bathroom not cleaned well. Bathroom has stale and sewage smell. Walls too thin, can hear people walking and talking at night. Doors not well made. Have to slam them to close. No hair conditioner provided so bring your own. Safe is not bolted down. Room size is small. Can’t open luggage in the floor.

• Sayaka (10/5): Exceptional - Wow, this must be the cleanest and most welcoming hotel in vietnam. We got a bigger balcony when we booked an upgrade. It was perfect. Lovely staff. 10/10 totally recommend this hotel.
• Fayed (10/5): Exceptional - Very spacious and very clean. Comfortable bed and pillows. Lots of communal space and large wardrobes. The bathroom was stylish and bright, no bath but a very good shower. The staff were very pleasant and helpful. We were given a map and some leaflets with some recommendations for places to visit and restaurants etc. The housekeeping team did a great job.
• Robert (10/5): Perfect location for a great price. - Perfect location and a perfect price. Staff is very friendly, and in contrast to another nearby hotel under a similar name, this place has no cockroaches. There is a convenient little store right near the entrance, and you can also get day tours at the desk by the door. The prices are very good. This was my second stay here and we got the top floor room with the street view and it was beautiful especially during the thunderstorm.

Nice small balcony, for once I could see an actual view outside rather than the adjacent building window. Bathroom mat has been through a lot. What was once white has now turn greyish black. Smart TV lags occasionally, no issues with the wifi though.

When I arrived they told me they did not have the room I had booked and they tried to charge me the same money for the cheaper room which I refused to pay. Was not exactly the welcome I wanted when arriving in the early hours of the morning after a very long day of traveling. Would not recommend. everything
