- Thang (1/5): - Location,clean,comfort I left a bracelet at the hotel, but when I contacted them, I was told it couldn't be found. It doesn't have much monetary value, but it holds sentimental value, and I asked the hotel to have the housekeeping staff check and return it. The hotel refused to check with their staff and suggested I return to the hotel to check the security cameras, which is pointless as the lost item is too small to be checked by the cameras. I urge the hotel to be more responsible for guests' lost belongings.
