- Laura (10/5): Stupenda vacanza nel Lungau, consiglio vivamente questa struttura - E' stato tutto fantastico; al nostro arrivo l'accoglienza eccezionale del titolare e addirittura un upgrade della stanza. Anzichè una camera abbiamo avuto un piccolo appartamento, molto bello, pulitissimo. Colazione eccellente così come la cena, visto che avevamo prenotato la mezza pensione. La SPA elegante, ristrutturata da poco, con due saune, zona relax, piscina esterna riscaldata. Consigliatissimo! Mi è piaciuto tutto.

Jen škoda, že zde není ještě vířivka. Oceňuji dostatečně velký prostor v lyžárně a bezproblémové parkování u hotelu. Zastávky skibusu prakticky u hotelu, skvělá dostupnost do čtyř lyžařských oblastí Na pokoji scházela možnost pověsit vlhké lyžařské oblečení jinam než do skříně, což se nejevilo jako nejlepší řešení

Hotel hat einen, kleinen netten Wellnessbereich Wir fanden es etwas befremdlich, das jeder in der Küche ein und aus gehen konnte. Wir haben mal beobachtet wie Kinder in Badekleidung in die Küche rein gegangen sind.

- Melanie (10/5): Alles wunderbar - Das Frühstücksangebot und auch das 3 Gänge Menü am Abend war sehr gut. Es gab sehr viel Auswahl und es war für jeden etwas dabei. Am Abend wurde frisch gekocht es gab gute Hausmannskost. Das Personal vor allem der Chef war sehr freundliche und total zuvorkommend. Er kannte fast alle Gäste persönlich beim Namen und man hat gemerkt das zum größten Teil Stammgäste im Haus waren. Wir waren zu zwei und haben ein kostenloses Upgrade bekommen für ein größeres Zimmer/Appartment. Wir waren im älteren Bereich untergebracht aber es war trotzdem sehr sauber. Wer lieber ein neueres Zimmer möchte muss demensprechend ein Zimmer im Haupthaus buchen. Die Rezeption und auch der Wellnessbereich scheinen vor kurzen erst renoviert worden zu sein und waren sehr schön. Es gibt einen kleinen pool und zwei Saunen und eine Infarotkabine. Die Gondeln kann man fußläufig erreichen oder mit dem Bus (BH Stelle direkt vor der Türe).

- Andrea (9/5): excellent, would love to come back, beautiful interior everywhere, great staff, very good food - breakfast was very good, good selection to choose from, excellent soft boiled eggs and fresh bread, staff was fantastic, it was great that dinner was not buffet style, we chose what we would like for dinner at breakfast time, there were 3 options, always including vegetarian option, you could also choose smaller serving, very good house wine, all staff spoke also English, beautiful interior everywhere there was no staff at reception in the afternoon, if you needed something you had to go to the restaurant and there were times when there was only kitchen staff there. There was a large group who did not respect rules in the quiet zone and there was nobody to tell them to behave. There were not enough options to dry your clothes after snowy day of skiing

Please, give them sheets.

- Karolína (10/5): Exceptional - There was not one bad thing about this accommodation. The staff was exceptionally thoughtful and friendly. The food was delicious with various options to choose from. Hotel facilities were excellent - especially the wellness centre - and everything was clean and modern. The location was also great, with many ski resorts close by and accessible by a ski bus, which stops in front of the hotel. Cannot recommend this enough. There was honestly nothing we didn't enjoy.
- Iztok (9/5): Superb - wellness Hello, I am writing to you regarding my recent stay at Weissenstein hotel in St. Michael im Lungau that I booked via Booking.com for the period March 10th-12th. At the checkout, the hotel staff gave us an invoice that was higher than the price that we have seen on your website and that we received as a booking confirmation (see below). The hotel staff added a cleaning fee of 80 eur. We were surprised to see that as the price quoted in your confirmation email says "including all taxes and charges" and there is no mention of such extra fee. The hotel staff said they would not charge the fee for now, but would complain to you. We believe that if the prices mentioned states "including all taxes and charges" and there is no mention of a possibility of a cleaning fee being charged, there should be no such surprises at the checkout. - Nevena (10/5): Excellent choice for skiers - This is a cosy and welcoming family-run hotel, perfect for a skiing holiday. Some 5-7 minutes walking distance from the gondola and also close to the center of the village. It is very clean, the rooms are mostly renovated and the hosts are very kind. The ski room is well equipped, with boot warmers and ski holders.

- Michael (9/5): Friendly and fantastic wellness area - The new part of the hotel with its wonderful wellness area. 3 saunas, swim to outside from inside pool, fitness area and wonderful rest areas. fantastic. some parts of the hotel are old fashioned but cheaper but will be updated gradually I guess.
