• Gerald (7/5): Top Lage, aber für den Preis leider mit Mängeln - Lage ist top, Empfang freundlich, Zimmer sehr schön und modern Wellnessbereich hat zuwenig Liegen, der Teebereich dort ist ein Durchgang mit Türen auf drei Seiten, Geschirr wird untertags nicht weggeräumt. Die Karte im Restaurant ist ident mit der von der Skihütte.

• Zdeněk (8/5): - If you go for skiing to St.Margareten, this is one of the best places to stay, because of the location right next to lift. Hotel is quite new and the room was really nice, modern, comfort, ambient light in bathroom, big balcony, wardrobe with lights in it, vault. all just great. Big restaurant, nice choices, very friendly staff. Hotel has lot of options which i didn't use so cann't judge them (wellness, underground parking, fitness, kinder room). The dinner form ala carte menu was good. And it was a little bit surprise to me because in most restaurants in Alps you will get food better then good. The food was served very quickly, even it was from ala carte and definitely with longer prepare time, it was on table within 5 minutes and it seemed like it is pre-prepared. It wasn't bad at all but my expectations about dinner was a bit higher.

• Pr (10/5): - Opakovaný pobyt, vše naprosto v pořádku..personál, čistota, wellness, stravování, poloha, parkování, výhled z pokoje vše super. Pokoj číslo 107 hlučnější...v noci a ráno cca od 6ti hodin rušilo nepříjemné a opakované bouchání dveří ( vchod, kuchyně?).

• Petr Jankových (10/5): The overall impression was very good and we would be happy to come back again. - breakfast was worse than two years ago, but still quite good quality poor quality of the fish served, they were not red, strong fishy smell. During the stay, they were presented alternately with the amount for food and without food. After I pointed out that it was not systematic, I was convinced that everything was correct. When paying for the final payment, I was then presented with a bill, which charged 6 meals instead of 5 and charged the garage even though it had been denied to me before due to occupancy. The bill was issued a total of 3 times to make it completely correct. This would not have happened if the staff had responded positively to the notification of the incorrect billing. I did not trust the assurance that everything would be fine in the end and my assumption was fulfilled. Too bad.

• Aleš (8/5): - poloha přímo u dolní stanice lanovky, příjemné welness, přátelský personál, výborná kuchyně, velmi rozmanitá a kvalitní snídaně rodinný pokoj (47 m2, pro 4 osoby) v podkroví neodpovídá deklarovanému 4* hotelu. Stropní konstrukce podkroví je neúměrně snížena, cítili jsme se velmi nekomfortně. Nebýt tohoto handicapu, ubytování bychom hodnotili 10.

• zdenektoman (8/5): Motorbikes friendly hotel - Vše potřebné pro motorkáře v létě. Servisní stojan, čistící stanice, podzemní parkoviště. Také nabízejí pronájem motorek. V zimě výborná lokalita - hned u lanovky. Zavírají wellness v 19hod. V době, kdy spousta hostů se do hotelu vrací. Očividně preferují klid pro sebe i hosty před komfortem a službami pro ně. V létě sice hotel velmi vhodný pro motorkáře, ale nemá atmosféru. Chtělo by to vytvořit nějaký bar s hudbou (nikoliv pouze stoly pro rodiny a skupiny), ale viz. výše - preferují klid.

• Christian (9/5): A perfect stay with great rooms and a garage; I'll be back for my next tour. - I booked the Grizzly last minute for the first night of my motorcycle tour, and it was the perfect choice. I had been eying this hotel for a while, and a late decision due to the weather led me to one of the best stays I've had. I was given a wonderful corner room with two balconies, a huge double bed, and an even bigger bathroom with an incredible shower. What really sets this hotel apart are all the extras included in the price. The hotel offers a fantastic, large garage with a dedicated washing and workshop area, which is an absolute dream for any motorcyclist. After a long day on the road, the wonderful sauna and pool area with a peaceful relaxation zone were a welcome treat. The staff and atmosphere were just great. My next motorcycle trip will definitely start at the Grizzly! The only negative point I have to mention is that the dinner portions were so generous that I probably should have skipped the starter to finish the very large main course.

• Martin Ettinger (10/5): - Ein großartiges Hotel mit sehr tollen, freundlichen Menschen, die immer behilflich sind, wenn man etwas benötigt. Das Frühstücksbuffet ist gigantisch, das lässt keine Wünsche offen. Die Zimmer sind sehr schön und geräumig. Der Wellnessbereich mit dem Aussenpool ist auch sehr schön. Wir haben auch einmal das Abendmenü dazugebucht, das war aber ein Fehler, weil es so gut war und wir vom Buffet viel zu viel gegessen haben ;) Ein toller Ausgangspunkt im Sommer zum Wandern und Mountainbiken. Dass es ein Bikerhotel ist hat auch nicht gestört, denn die Gäste waren alle sehr angenehm. Haben wir auch schon anders erlebt.

• Anett (10/5): Marvellous for active rest - The hotel is at a perfect place, the ski lift is right next to it, and many nice hiking, biking and motorways are starting / going here. Endless possibilities to spend time in nature. The place is super clean, the restaurant is really good. Our room was gorgeous and basically a mini apartment, well fit for longer stays. Gym, massage, pool is nice and comfortable. The staff was extremely helpful and kind, all spoke good English as well. What else does a guest need? The only thing I felt sorry about was the wellness facilities not being available for a more extended time, but it was not impacting the overall great experience at all.
