• LUCAS (3/5): Aprendan a atender bien a la gente - El lugar está muy bien las instalaciones son buenas el hotel es lindo los materiales de construcción espectaculares el colchón muy bueno La recepción horrible me trataron como si estuviera intentando entrar al pentágono no tenía ni idea de cómo hice la reserva a través de booking no tenía ni idea de cómo mirar que la reserva estaba confirmada me demoraron en el ingreso como a una hora tratando de chequear y haciéndome sentir que les quería robar algo haciéndole sentir un delincuente que no quería pagar lo que correspondía. Al momento de ir a cenar me maltrataron o destrataron diciendo que tendría que haber reservado cuando no era obvio que había que reservar les dije bueno no hay problema me dijeron no no ahora quédate y la realidad es que no había nadie en el restaurante había mesas para 200 personas y era el único escenario en el restaurante. Los modales de los mozos muy malos no entienden cómo atender a alguien que se está operando por trabajo detalles de falta de formación Como por ejemplo servir el vino en la copa pequeña y el agua en la copa grande detalles en la presentación del plato. El desayuno bastante limitado no entiendo cómo un hotel de tal categoría tiene un café tan malo para tomar a la mañana tazas ultra pequeñas las mesas muy distantes al lugar de donde uno tiene que sentarse a desayunar materia prima de muy mala calidad y atención del personal todo el tiempo haciéndote ver como que estás en falta y que se están cuidando de que las robes algo. Al momento de hacer el check out tienen la costumbre como otros hoteles de comunicarse con el personal de limpieza para indicarle que vayan a revisar la habitación y certificar de que no te estás robando no sé una almohada un toallón o El inodoro no se entiende la estadía en conclusión estuvo plagada de situaciones incómodas donde te hacen sentir que te están haciendo un favor y que se están cuidando de que vos no le robes nada

• Walter Reinhardt (10/5): - Der pure Luxus umfängt den Gast bereits bei der Auffahrt zum Hotel. Die Lobby und der Park sind einzigartig. Im Park sieht man viele einheimischen Vögel. Es wachsen Zedern und Zypressen. Die beiden Swimmingpools sind einmalig. Das Zimmer ist groß und toll eingerichtet. Alles funktioniert bestens, die Betten sind gut. Wir hatten auch ein sehr ruhiges Zimmer zu. Garten zu. Das Frühstücksbüfet war reichhaltig und qualitativ hervorragend. Auch das Restaurant ist sehr empfehlenswert. Wir waren begeistert von dem Aufenthalt. Leider liegt das Hotel an einer verkehrsreichen Straße. Deswegen bitte ein Zimmer nach hinten zum Garten hinaus verlangen.

• Carolina (1/5): pésima - gostei que os funcionários foram amáveis, gostei do café da manhã e do jardim eu quero fazer uma reclamação e pedir reembolso de uma parte da minha estadia estava extremamente frio o clima (3graus centígrados) e a calefação não funcionava pedimos solucionar para os funcionários, eles tentaram mas o problema era que os aparelhos não funcionavam, tentaram me dar outro quarto mas todos estavam com o mesmo problema. A manutenção do hotel é pessima, colchões que afundam do velho que são. Pessima experiencia

• Gaben (9/5): Superb - Friendly staff, good service and beautiful architecture. Alvaro, the life guard at the pool was the best. He was friendly, efficient, and gave us great tips on navigating the city. Towels need to be replaced with newer ones. They were frayed and old.
• susananitabv (8/5): It´s the right place to rest - It´s an Old building far from the center of the city, with big rooms, great garden, restaurant, good breakfast and two swiming pool. It´s a quiet place. You can have a great tea in the coffe store. Althought the best way to reach the place is by car it´s has a car parking place.
• yazmin_damoli (6/5): Linda estadía - Nice and relaxing - El hotel cuenta con un parque hermoso, piscina climatizada al aire libre y spa. Las habitaciones son cómodas y espaciosas. Sugiero ampliar sus opciones de desayuno para personas celiacas. Si bien antes de reservar consultamos si había opciones, una vez allí el desayuno fue mas bien un chiste. Contratamos la opción de fin de semana con cena incluida. Recomiendo que contraten esta opción si hacen día de relax. La cena estuvo muy rica. En general fue una buena estadía. The hotel has a beautiful park, outdoor heated swimming pool and spa. Rooms are spacious and comfy. I couldn’t enjoy my breakfast due to a lack of gluten free options. Even though we asked for options before booking, once there breakfast was awful. We booked a dinner included stay. I recommend this option specially if you go for a relaxing weekend. Dinner was good. Hope this helps!!

It s super romantic and nights there are magical. During the day the park it’s amazing and the spa has good therapists! We spent an unforgettable weekend there.
• Federico_Casares (8/5): Beautiful hotel - The hotel is an old but well maintained building with beautiful spanish colonial architecture. The rooms are quite big, comfortable and well equipped. The staff is nice enough and acts in a professional and cordial way but it feels like they don't go the extra mile to make the guest feel at home. The breakfast service is good but nothing that will knock your socks off. The hotel includes tons of very nice amenities, like a spa, tennis courts, a beautiful garden and a gym. Overall, a gorgeous place to spend a relaxing weekend!
• PatrickASGwatkin (6/5): Pleasant but could have been a whole lot better - We picked this hotel for its amenities including the spa but especially for the pool, tennis court, footbal pitch and table tennis to entertain our 10 year old boy. We travelled in May to take a well needed break from the hustle and bustle of life in Buenos Aires. However, rather than being welcomed with a smile after a fairly long and tiring journey, we were curtly told that check-in was at 3pm. Not a good start. However, to be fair, we were given our room without further ado and had a more than acceptable lunch in the dining room. Our room was perfectly adequate. The double bed was very comfortable and the bathroom was both large clean. The breakfast was above average and we especially enjoyed the fresh fruit salad and scrambled eggs. The restaurant staff were much more welcoming! Disappointingly, the hotel didn't have tennis racquets for the tennis court. However, we could play table tennis in the gym situated in the basement. Not well lit or maintained. Jose Luis is a great massage therapist and ultra professional. I opted for the hydromassage which was a great experience! So, watch out kids, your options are limited if you go in winter and btw, the small outdoor heated pool is only fit for the brave of heart! The city centre is much further away than we'd expected, so the taxi fares quickly mounted up. We were only told about a fabulous walk just a stone's throw from the the hotel (Costanera Sur) and a great restaurant, La Chacra, from a local taxi driver. So, if the hotel reception staff had been a little more open and more tourist orientated, we would most probably have given the hotel a 4 star rating despite its shortcomings.
