• Abhijeet (1/5): Bad - Location is good..Right at the bus stop. Receptionist was very helpful..provided us the standing fan when it was very hot. Rooms are very basic. Nothing like what is shown in the pictures. It was very very hot..No Fans in the room..Rooms are located on the 2nd or 3rd floor with no lifts..difficult to carry heavy luggage upstairs
• Matthew (2/5): This place is a trap. Avoid - I didn’t like anything. I was charged €10 in cash (no credit card accepted) for “late check-in” — even though I booked at 22.30 and arrived a few minutes later. This was not clearly explained on Booking.com. The reception employee was rude and threatened to not allow me to check-in at all (even though the room was paid already — “it was paid to Booking not to us so I don’t care”).

• Michael (5/5): Passable - Really close to the center, staff really friendly Dirty bed sheets and shared bathroom. A bit expensive for the service in general but really good for the position
• Bianca (9/5): Superb - Quiet and cozy hotel. The room was clean and well furnished (I also had a shower and a sink in the room). Just be mindful in summer that there is no air conditioning or fan and it can be quite hot.

The manager asked us to pay extra money for the third person in case that we have already paid all necessary money in the Booking for triple room and for 3 guests, and said that it it written triple room for 3 people but the money is for 2 people. There is no place to see that condition while booking the room)))

• Thomas (1/5): Worst experience in hotel historie. - Nothing. I never complain about hotels, but this was by far the worst experience in hotel historie. It was cold in Milan and they didn't wanted to put op heating or provide anything that heated up the room. During night time it was 5 degrees room temperature. I should have slept in a tent outside with a good sleeping bag and had a better night then spending 80 euro's on a bad room with bad hygiëne. The hotelowner didn't mind and was happy I already paid. Nothing I could do about. Everything. This is not hospitality. This is an abomination for the hotel industrie. I feel bad for people who pay for this hotel to be in. So please do anything about it and scratch them from your list of booking. This is not the representation of booking I'm used with.
