• Randolph (8/5): Quynh, Huy, and Thao receive honorable mention from me as they all made my stay worth every penny. - The location is great! My stay began on the 14th and I was able to spend Tet , Vietnamese Lunar New Year as well as a few days after the official New Years Eve. This is a wonderful location, walking distance to Bui Vien Walking street which was very alive for nightlife. Saigon Center with lots of shopping options including my favorite shopping at Muji! I had the room with the bathtub first and it was large enough for me and my partner. The view is of the main street leaving the hotel. There are unique boutiques on this road and eateries such as local food, pizza (Jimmy's Pizza), Spanish Tapas(Tomatitos) and a fun cocktail joint. The second half of my stay was on the top floor which was scary at first but the view was really nice of the main road and park and it has lots of windows offering a well lit room that can be darkened. (Shower wasn't my favorite in this room)The staff were kind and very attentive. I feel I made friends as they were interesting and personable. I will add that there was 1 staff member that wasn't the best to encounter, but hopefully she will be in better spirits when you visit 😉

Location was also very good Aircondition wasnt working very well and was very loud - same with the fridge! Room doesn't quite match the photos. It is a bit worn out, definitly needs a refresh!

La gérante nous a donc orientée vers un autre hôtel. L' attention était là mais c' était l' horreur au niveau du bruit. Nous étions près du marché (hyper touristique) et face à un bar avec DJ qui mixe jusqu a 3h du mat, autant vous dire que vous ne pouvez pas dormir. Chambre très rudimenatire.

• Riel Pimentel (7/5): Just OK - The hotel's location is pretty good. The accommodation itself, you get what you pay for. Staff were really helpful but the beds for us leaves a lot to be desired. Bed is too stiff. The aircon's power seems a little too low.

But the pictures we saw should better amenities. We had to take an elevator to the 3rd or 4th floor then walk up 2 flights of stairs to get to our room. The decor was 1970' ish and old very hot in the room it took forever to cool down . Not a pleasant room.

She gave us a new room and allowed us to cancel our 2nd and 3rd night free of charge The rooms are honestly a joke. We had black mold in the first one and the room was just in general very dirty. We got a second room, which was better, but we still had stains on the bed, a dripping AC and a toilet seat that looked like it’s been in use for 50 years. And there were ants in the sink as well. Keep in mind, that all the pictures are from the “good” room. Yea, it’s a cheap hotel, but if you spend 5 more euros you get something you actually want to sleep in. Also, they have multiple names for the hotel online so people won’t see the bad reviews.

Moved her to an inferior small room at the big room price. I arrived. Tired after travel. Receptionist told me nothing I could do because gf agreed all. I had to seriously lose my temper to get a price adjustment. I left the next day and moved to my regular hotel on bui vien. Twice the size, half the price and a far better location.

The staff is really nice, sometimes there could be difficulties with speaking English, but nevertheless they try to be as helpful as possible.The location is great as it is not the middle of the most touristy area, yet very central. The Mekong Delta Tour they offer is a complete rip off/tourist trap, should be avoided.
