Mar005 (10/5): Geweldige ervaring - Dit hotel is een prachtige ervaring in Patagonië. Het uitzicht is prachtig, de ligging rustig, middenin de natuur. Het personeel is zeer vriendelijk. De kwaliteit van de keuken is voor zowel ontbijt, lunch als diner heel goed. Je proeft dat de chef echt liefde heeft om iets verrassends en smaakvols te maken, zoals de pasteitjes van langoustine!! Daarnaast zijn de prijzen niet te hoog, wat het geheel heel sympathiek maakt. Het personeel is zeer vriendelijk, vooral Darlis in het restaurant maakte echt onze avond. Tot slot, het hotel is prachtig aangekleed en gedoceerd in een rustieke stijl. Prachtige materialen dat het geheel een luxe totaal ervaring maakt van eten, goede kamer met lekker bed, heerlijke spa en sauna en genieten van het uitzicht aan de zwembaden. Echte aanrader! Niets
Macarena (7/5): Hotel Fantasma - Me gustó la pieza que era grande y limpia El alojamiento estaba vacío, lo que afectaba a el tiraje del baño, y al agua helada que costaba que saliera. La piscina exterior estaba media vacía y llena de bichitos, se notaba que estaban trabajando con el mínimo personal. Por último los juegos que se ven en las imágenes se pagan aparte.
Carlos (8/5): Hermoso hotel, algunos empleados divinos, otros flojos - La espectacular ubicación, la fácil disponibilidad de pileta y cancha de tenis, y la belleza del hotel Algunos empleados son flojos (otros muy buenos). Quise reservar una cancha de tenis y me dijeron que ambas estaban reservadas, pero fue un error y ni yo ni nadie la aprovechó. Anotarme en una actividad promocionada por el hotle fue un laberinto: de recepción me enviaron al bar, del bar al spa, con informaciones vagas y contradictorias.
Flavio (8/5): Típico resort de ski com vista linda - O hotel é grande e tem a vibe típica de resorts de ski. A decoração do lobby é bonita, a vista do lago e linda. Inicialmente fui acomodado num quarto antigo, que tinha alguns problemas de conservação, mas depois de conversar na recepção trocaram meu quarto por um dos quartos renovados, que são muito mais bonitos e agradáveis. O hotel oferece várias atividades, como piscinas, quadras de tênis, etc. O café da manhã tem bastante opções mas demoram demais a repor a comida, que acaba muito rápido. Os quartos antigos estão precisando de renovação. Nenhum quarto tem ar condicionado, apenas aquecimento. Fomos no verão e fez muito calor. Os quartos renovados tem ventilador de teto, que ajuda, mas não é o ideal.

Gerardo (4/5): Hermoso lugar para ir en invierno, en verano no cuentan como enfriar las piezas. - La ubicación, increible vista, rica piscina temperada El calor!! no cuentan con sistema de ventilación ni aire acondicionado, no se podia dormir, 26 grados en la pieza! el estacionamiento es inexistente, hay que usar el camino y te corren.

Cecilia (7/5): Not relaxing at all - The location is very good if you want to be close to the Cerro and the lobby is confortable, cozy with great views. Wasn’t informed that there were no elevators and the rooms were at an outside building. The breakfast quite poor. The toiletries were terrible. Even though it didn’t make a difference to me the only elevator was vroken the whole time I was there.

The hotel is classic with great view and wood interior. The shower pan/bathtub did not drain well... at the end of the shower I was standing in a foot of soapy water. I think this is normal for South America in older hotels... none the less, kind of gross

Nice common spaces The ackommodation should correspond to the very high price, it certainly did not. 280 dollars a night for 12 square-meters facing a parking lot on the backside is a rip off. The breakfast was like one at a youth hostel. I espected it to be high quality at that room-price.
