• atsushi (8/5): - 夜フロントの方がホテル税の領収書はチェックアウトの時でと仰っていたが、翌日の女性スタッフ（他にもスタッフが数人居た）がそのまま有難う御座いました。と言ったまま終了したのでホウレンソウ連携不足なのかなと感じた。

• Nadia (4/5): Décevant ! - Le métro est proche, malgré un accès compliqué au premier abord dans Koreatown. Certains membres du personnel à l’accueil étaient toutefois souriants et amicaux. Même s’ils ne parlaient pas anglais, nous arrivions à nous faire comprendre. À notre arrivée, on nous informe d’un couvre-feu de 23h à 6h du matin, ce qui n’était absolument pas mentionné sur Booking. On nous demande également de payer une taxe dès notre arrivée. Concernant la chambre, impossible de l’aérer : le balcon est condamné, et une forte odeur de moquette humide et de renfermé est présente en permanence, ce qui rend le séjour désagréable. L’isolation sonore est inexistante. On entend les clients des chambres voisines ronfler, prendre leur douche ou discuter tard dans la nuit. Sans oublier les passages continus dans le couloir, avec des clients qui chantent ou parlent fort, sans aucun savoir-vivre. Pour la laverie, le fonctionnement est mal expliqué. Le personnel indique que la lessive est disponible à l’accueil, car elle n’est pas intégrée aux machines comme dans d’autres établissements. En réalité, les capsules sont payantes (50 ¥ l’unité), ce qui n’est pas précisé au départ. De plus, il n’y a que 2 machines à laver et 2 sèche-linge pour tout l’hôtel, ce qui est largement insuffisant. Le séchage est également inefficace : il faut compter au moins 90 minutes pour un résultat correct, sinon le linge reste humide. À noter qu’une laverie située près du 7-Eleven, dans la même rue, lave et sèche beaucoup mieux les vêtements pour moins cher que celle de l’hôtel.

• Tom-san (10/5): Sehr gutes Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis - Ruhige Lage. Sauberes und freundlich geführtes Hotel. Etwas größere Zimmer als der Japanische Durchschnitt. Sehr gutes und reichhaltiges Frühstück mit westlichen und japanischen Komponenten. Sehr freundliches und hilfsbereites Personal. Alles gut. Allerdings sind öffentliche Verkehrsmittel kaum vorhanden und die Osaka-Ringlinie liegt 10-15 Gehminuten entfernt. Man sollte also gut zu Fuß sein oder mit dem Auto anreisen.

• misa (10/5): よかったです！ - 静かな部屋を希望したら、本当に静かでいい部屋でした！他のホテルはよく浴槽がザラついているのですが、ザラつきがなく、ちゃんと清掃が行き届いていると思いました！
• JUN (9/5): 思い出の日がより良い一日になりました。 - チェックイン、アウト共に受付の対応、部屋の広さ、 ロケーション、清潔さ、期待以上でした。 施設外でスタッフの方にすれ違った際にも笑顔での挨拶も素敵だなと思いました。 こちらの些細な会話を受け流すことなく 貸し出しサービスや施設での時間を過ごしやすくなる様な提案をしていただけてとても嬉しかったです。 浴室の換気扇が効いているからこそだと思いますが お風呂が寒いです。

• 阿潘 (5/5): - 房间面积还可以 第三次入住，连住了三晚，退房当天，衣服忘在房间床上，打了3次酒店电话居然告诉说没有……不可思议！因为这件衣服是晚上睡觉时当睡衣穿的，所以非常确是定忘在被窝里的，酒店居然说没有，可见酒店管理不怎么样！衣服本身不值钱，也许是被打扫房间的服务员以为不要了处理掉了，这个可以理解，但回复说没有……酒店给人完全没有安全感！ 3回目のご宿泊で、3連泊した後、チェックアウト当日に、部屋のベッドの上に着ていた服を忘れてしまいました。 ホテルに3回電話をしたのに、なんと「ない」と言われたのは信じられません！ その服は夜寝るときに寝巻きとして着ていたので、布団の中に置き忘れたのは間違いないです。 ホテルの管理がいかにずさんかがわかります！ 服自体は高価なものではありませんが、清掃スタッフが要らないものだと思って処分したかもしれないことは理解できますが、「ない」と返事をすることは… ホテルとしての安心感がまったく感じられません！

The small cafes within the building were shut the whole time we were there apart from Shine which was only open for breakfast. This may have been due to staying there over the New Year period.

• Susana (9/5): Buen hotel relación calidad precio - La ubicación estaba muy bien, con dos estaciones de tren cercanas de la loop line, genial para moverte. Tiene mucho ambiente al estar en el barrio coreano. El desayuno y las habitaciones genial, así como el personal. Estábamos enfrente del cuarto de la lavadora y microondas, y algún día por la madrugada había gente haciendo ruido y lavando cosas, cosa que me pareció irrespetuoso por su parte, pero no era culpa del hotel.

• K (5/5): コリアンタウン目的なら便利。 - 大阪のコリアンタウンからすぐ近くで、少し歩けばコンビニもあったので。また浴室アメニティはPOLAでした。15〜22時のチェックイン時には、ロビーでコーヒーを頂けました。(セルフですが。) 景色が良いとありましたが、おそらく最上階でないとそういうふうには感じないのでは。四階でしたが、景色は全く良くなかったです。ただ、日中は外出していたので、特に私はどちらでも良かったですが、景色を求めるなら違うかなと思う。またロビーは特に感じなかったが、エレベーターに乗り込んだとたんに、甘ったるい香りが。家族も特に嫌になるほどではなかったが、部屋も同様に独特な香りがしました。何の香りでしょうか。香りが敏感な方には不向きかもしれません。またコインランドリーは7階で、洗剤をロビーで一つ50円で買う必要があり手間でした。スタッフは外国の方がほとんど？のようで、少し日本語が通じない点もありましたが、なんとかなりました。清掃スタッフもほぼ外国の方のようでした。他のスタッフがくるのを待っている間、廊下に座ってスマホをいじっているのは、日本と文化が違うからなのかなと思いました。また、部屋にコーヒーや日本茶の粉末等あるのはありがたいのですが、砂糖を混ぜようにも、スティックやスプーンがなく混ぜれませんでした。使い捨てでもいいので、あるといいかと思います。 駐車場は近くにないので、近隣を予約して使用しました。安いとこと，高いとこがあるので連泊する場合は気をつけた方がいいかと思います。
