• ABDELLAH (5/5): - Amazing location right in front of the metro station. The staff were very friendly and helpful. There was a discomforting smell of cigarettes in the room as they don't have smokers room separate from non smoking. Also the aeration was not the best.

• Lynn Killian (8/5): Very good budget option fo Tokyo stay - Great location, close to train stations and conveniences stores and walking distance to central Shinjuku without being in a noisy area. Staff were very friendly. Plug sockets are a bit far away from the bed and no wardrobes/storage space.
• Amber (10/5): Good price, down a quiet street of a nice bustling area in Koreatown! - Great location, nice sized rooms, easy to find, easy to check in and out, quiet area, comfy bed. I usually need many pillows to sleep, but the bed and pillow were very comfortable for me. Spacious room for the price! Close to quite a few 24/7 restaurants. We had two people, but were only given one key. We did not ask for another key though, so I'm not sure if it's something they accommodate. Since we only stayed here 3 days we figured we'd just deal with it. No bidet, but it's not a necessity. The only other downside was the elevator smelled like feet... :') overall it was a great hotel! I would def stay again.

The location is excellent. We mainly used the hotel just to rest and sleep during our trip. Overall, we really liked it. metro sounds

• sawako (9/5): 便利で快適 - 平日だったからかとても静かで快適に過ごせた。 もちろん、駅近なので電車音はするし、周りが飲食街なので外の声も聞こえましたが、普通にぐっすり眠れたし、3日連泊しましたが、駅から近くてめちゃくちゃ便利でした。　喫煙の部屋しか無いが別に部屋は臭く無かった。 掃除も綺麗にされていて不快な所は無かった。 あまり無いです。　しいて言えばベッドの下にものが落ちてたぐらい？？　ベッドの下に自分の物が落ちたから取る時見えたぐらいなので気にはしない。

• takako (8/5): お値段からすると、コスパとタイパ最高！新宿まで徒歩で遊びに行きました。終電も気にならず最強！フロントの方も親切でした。 - 施設自体は古いので、少しタバコの臭いがしたり、壁が薄めで隣の声がきこえたりは想定内。私たちは普通に快適に過ごせました。とにかく駅から近く、雑多でワイガヤ感があり、ワールドワイドな食事ができるのが刺激的で楽しかったです。 清潔で静かなところが好きな人にはツラいかもしれません。

• Sarah (10/5): Great Location, Excellent Price, Definitely Recommend! - * FANTASTIC LOCATION! Right next to Ōkubo Station, surrounded by restaurants and shopping. An easy walk (about 20 minutes, all flat) to Shinjuku Station and the surrounding area (3-D Cat, Godzilla, Shinjuku Gyoen National Garden and so much more) if you don't want to take the metro. The staff is friendly and helpful. The beds were comfortable. You obviously hear the trains because the station is so close, but it isn't a nuisance. I am a VERY light sleeper, I used my earplugs and I slept great! *Oh! And it is advertised as all smoking rooms (we don't smoke and we didn't see that when we booked it) but our room didn't smell like smoke AT ALL :)

• David (10/5): Pleasant - Read the reviews before booking and had low expectations. The first moment we walked in we had second thoughts. However, we enjoyed our stay and now miss the place. Excellent location as it is close to okubo station which is one stop away from shinjuku station. Plenty of good stores nearby. We had a room just outside reception. Beds were comfortable. Always had a good night sleep. Staff was friendly. Couldn't stay longer due to our itinerary :(

• Dany (4/5): Well located and good price, but not clean - The location is actually pretty good considering is near the Shin-Okubo and Okubo station. Also it's near several konbini and pharmacies. Lots of restaurants and places to eat around, especially Korean and Chinese food. The room didn't feel or seem clean. It was spacious though, which was good. Sounds from other rooms very loud - I could hear next room's TV and people speaking. Also, we were there for a week and supposedly they were going to clean every three days but never did. On the last day, we asked the person on reception if they could call a taxi for us - my Japanese is not very good really - and he told us to go to the street to call one. Not very helpful really.

• Steve (8/5): Good value for money. - Good Budget Hotel. Room was clean and very spacious for Tokyo. Check-In was straight forward and Frt Desk staff helpful. Close proximity to two train stations. There are large number of places to eat and general stores around the Hotel. Hotel is right next to a suburban railway line, and we did hear muffled sound of trains passing but not loud enough to bother us. The Bathroom was clean but very tired looking, needs replacing and the Toilet Paper was horrible cheap stuff, so thin it almost falls apart in your hands, false economy and part of Hotel and gives bad impression. There is no restaurant or food facilities at the Hotel.

• Drumm (8/5): Good place for a Tokyo trip - It's close to the train station and areas that have a good night life. You can get to all the areas sightseeing tokyo in less than an hour by train. You can do that during the day. Then if you miss the last train from shinjuku or other night life, It's around a 30 min walk which isn't bad. No coin laundromat in hotel, but there is one pretty close.

The toilet was not automatic, only tissue. No water provided. Hotel was charging 6000 yen for 12 hours. So if I had booked on those rates I would have got the two days for 24000, instead of the 41000 that booking.com charged. The location says Shinjuku, but is mis leading as it’s one train stop away. Lots of drunk people in the surrounding area, not really felt safe. Did I mention how dirty and smelly the room was .

• amykowailing (6/5): Accessible but hygiene needs to be improved - The hotel is near Okubo JR station where plenty of restaurants and convenience stores are located. The decor of the hotel is old. Hotel staffs can speak Japanese and Mandarin and are helpful. Non smokers may not be pleased as the hotel is filled with smoke. I still recommend it if you hygiene is not your main concern
• JideeTBY (8/5): Strongly recommend - I stayed here for 3 nights on my own. The location is great. Many resto and conveniences around there. Opposite Okubo station and it's not far at all from Shinjuku. The man at the reception was helpful. Internet is quite weak in the room but it's not big problem to me. Even I stayed on my own, it's safe though.
