• Paul (9/5): Great base for touring Tokyo - Perfectly located for various metro lines to get around Tokyo. The flat is very well equipped too. Checkin straight forward. Good supermarket and greengrocers nearby, as well as local restaurants.

Studio gelegen aan een zeer drukke hoofdbaan, dag en nacht nooit gezien tumult van moto's ,sportwagens,ambulances en geschreeuw.Blij dat ik er weg ben na 2 weken ! Gebruikshandleidingen bv voor temperatuur water , wasmachine..enkel in het Japans.

• zhen (9/5): 优缺点都很明显 - 一开始找错了位置，客服一直在线支持非常感谢，到达之前帮我改到顶楼房间，层高很高很满意。厨房和浴室卫生间是标准民宿配置，都是不错的。吹风机损坏通过邮件沟通几次后换了个新的。 进入房间味道比较大，东京这几天大风一直开门通风都没有消散。枕头和被子的味道都蛮大的，枕头非常薄弱。床垫支撑不错。身处东京塔隔壁位置非常好，但是也是机车党的重要集散地，晚间8点以后各种机车的巨大噪音一直持续到凌晨，睡眠如我一样好的人都免不了受到很大影响，建议睡眠质量不佳的旅客慎重考虑此处。

• AdnilC (7/5): Spacious and clean, but not ideal for a longer stay - The apartment was spacious and clean, which made it comfortable enough for a short stay. The online communication with the staff was responsive, and the self check-in and check-out process was very easy and convenient. We also appreciated small practical details such as the availability of a washing machine (suitable for smaller loads), laundry detergent, dish soap, a vacuum cleaner, and even umbrellas for use. The location has decent transport connections to Shibuya and Shinjuku, which is a plus, but getting to other areas often requires multiple transfers. Overall, the apartment is fine for a few days thanks to its size and cleanliness, but for a longer stay the noise, limited comfort, and some missing amenities can become an issue. The apartment is located on a main road, and the traffic noise was clearly audible even inside the bedroom, so we had to sleep with earplugs. The furniture and equipment felt somewhat worn out, and the balcony was too small to actually sit and relax in the evening. The TV setup (Chromecast) was not working, so we had to use our own device to watch Netflix. One of the more frustrating aspects was the towel situation because you get just one proper towel per person. The additional towel provided is extremely thin and not really usable. As a woman with long hair, I need separate towel for my hair for hygiene reasons, so we ended up buying our own. Also, no slippers were provided, which would have made the stay more comfortable. Another inconvenience was the very narrow staircase leading to the apartment. Only one person can pass at a time, and carrying luggage up and down was quite difficult. There are limited dining options nearby, and those places are relatively expensive compared to other parts of Tokyo. Because of this, we ended up taking the metro for most of our meals.

• Behrooz (10/5): Perfekt und empfehlenswert - Was mir besonders gut gefallen hat: • Die Kommunikation vor der Anreise war einwandfrei, freundlich und sehr hilfsbereit. • Wir wurden zudem mit einem kostenlosen Zimmerupgrade überrascht – vielen Dank dafür! • Die Lage ist hervorragend: nur wenige Gehminuten von der nächsten U-Bahnstation und dem Tokyo Tower entfernt. • Für unseren kurzen Aufenthalt in Tokio hat die Unterkunft perfekt gepasst und alle unsere Erwartungen erfüllt. Verbesserungsvorschläge: • Bei Aufenthalten über mehrere Nächte wäre ein zusätzliche Tücher sehr praktisch. Gerne würde ich auch im Voraus dafür bezahlen, anstatt nachträglich mit zusätzlichen Kosten überrascht zu werden. • Eine zusätzliche Bettdecke im Zimmer wäre ebenfalls sinnvoll, da nicht alle Gäste gerne unter einer gemeinsamen Decke schlafen. 😊 Insgesamt eine sehr empfehlenswerte Unterkunft für einen Städtetrip nach Tokio. Vielen Dank für den tollen Aufenthalt!
• Caro (4/5): Very disappointing for the price. NOISY and OLD - - Great location - Easy check-in - Spacious room - EXTREMELY NOISY. Like there is a literal hole in the wall, meaning you hear everything outside, with construction work at night and super loud motorcycles on the highway. - The room looked very worn out. There was a hole covered by tape in the wall, the fake plastic floor was also torn, table and couch full of stains... - Almost no utensils in the kitchen, no complementary coffee or tea. The bare minimum is here though. - Lies directly on the highway, so there is no view and just a lot of noise. One of the two windows simply opens on the neighbour wall. - The pictures on the website do not reflect the room we had. They looked much nicer and new, while ours was old, lots of broken and worn out things. Overall very disappointed for such a price.

• MmmKnd.78 (5/5): - The room was a good size and it was very comfy. One staff member heeled me and was completely amazing. I appreciate their support and response. First, there was a set of cloth covered chairs, that had many strains on it, it was not smelly, but it did look concerning. Second, The shower venting system, smelled like someone has smoked the bathroom. Last, I didn't like that i didn't know which staff meet I was talking to on the messaging system. Many were just repeating what the previous message said. Some staff constantly kept telling me that I couldn't check in with out scanning an, and repeated said I needed a copy of my ID to stay there. One staff member even asked me to send a copy of my national mynumber card, which a huge red flag. The law states that Customers who have a residence in Japan, and have a Japanese address, are not required to let a hotel have a copy of their ID, or ask for more information than what is required. This is a misunderstanding of the passport copy law. While I'm not saying this is being done on purpose, it does show a misunderstanding of the passport copy, Inns and Hotel Act, and MHLW Guidelines. Failure to follow these guidelines could cause a violation of APPI(Act on the Protection of Private Information). We really like your hotel system, rooms and location s of your hotel apartment rooms. If possible, could you please educate the staff on the law to differentiate between foreign residents and tourists? If you could update your check-in system to differentiate between residents and non- residents, this would eliminate the issue.

• Andrew (7/5): Great location, big space, good value for money, but noisy at night - Overall good value for money. Good large space with lounge chair, separate toilet, good bathroom, washing machine and kitchen. All the basics were provided. Great location right under Tokyo Tower with easy access to subway. Noisy, partly because of location but also lack of soundproofing. Definitely need earplugs. External flashing lights can be seen through blinds. Towels are tiny, thin and rough. Host would not allow us to check in even 30 mins early even though room was ready (we were waiting outside). Limited kitchen utensils.

Very noisy. The flyover fastway is close to the apartment block all the cars seemed to be fitted with loud exhaust systems, this went on for over an hour as they gradually left the area. Probably only a problem that one night of the week but worth pointing out

Just need to Tweak a few things and the stay woul - Close to station, Family Mart, PST Pizza and Tokyo Tower. Need to tell customer’s about the construction. Many nights they were working and early mornings waking me up. Night Stand Table was very wobly, missing art on the wall. And making me do my own laundry. Close to OEDO line but way too many stairs to get to the station.

• Cathrin Ann (10/5): - Zimmer sah genau so aus wie auf den Bildern. Sehr modern, sauber und komfortabel. Genügend Platz, um zwei große Koffer und die vielen Tokyo Einkäufe zu verstauen. Bett war sehr bequem, Dusche sehr gut mit sehr starkem Wasserdruck. Nur mit der Klimaanlage/Heizung kamen wir nicht so klar, hat jedoch kaum gestört, weil wir eh nur zum Schlafen da waren. Lage sehr gut für uns. Direkt um die Ecke vom Tokyo Tower, den man sogar von Treppenhaus aus sehen kann. Bahnstation in der Nähe und auch Familymart und Seven Eleven (der mit dem bekannten Foto-Spot) maximal 5 Minuten zu Fuß entfernt. Wir waren sehr zufrieden und würden immer wieder kommen und auch weiter empfehlen. Die Lüftung war gefühlt ein Loch in der Wand. Es hat gezogen und klang so, als ob ein Fenster aufstehen würde.

• Emily (4/5): Not recommended - Location is OK near subway and Tokyo tower. The photos for this property were clearly taken a while ago. Decor is very tired and plants are dusty. The balconies overlook the freeway which make it very noisy, and combined with a tiny double bed we struggled to get any sleep. The television in our daughter's room didn't work at all. Check in is overly complicated with many messages from the host making it even more complicated. There are much better places to stay in Tokyo with better value.

• Guzmán (7/5): It’s a great place and a great location. - I honestly think it was a great place but the pictures are misleading. The location is amazing and is comfortable and well equipped! Also nice decorated. As I said before there are some of the pictures that aren’t the actual room. So I was expecting something bigger. Also the back of the toilet seat was very dirty.

The displayed price and the final payment were inconsistent. An additional ¥5,000 cleaning fee was charged, but it wasn’t clearly indicated. 2. Customer service responses were slow and mostly generic, without personalized assistance. 3. The self check-in system has a small flaw: if you lose your ID, you can’t get the PIN code to enter, and there’s no backup procedure. The mattress and the duvet did not smell clean, the kitchen was not cleaned well and there was mold in the bathroom. We reported this to the host. The duvet was changed but the rest was not solved.

• Mella (10/5): Schöne kostengünstige Unterkunft für die Nähe vom Tokio Tower! Sehr gerne wieder! - Die Lage war wirklich perfekt , um die Ecke einfach den Tokyo Tower gesehen- ein Traum. Größe für japanische Verhältnisse echt genügend! Bett sehr bequem. Badewanne, hatte ein Fernseher. Waschmaschine vorhanden. Großer Kühlschrank. Eingangsbereicht schön gestaltet. Balkon sehr klein, aber immerhin da.

The bed was not so comfortable and lacked basics like bedside lamps and sockets. The bathroom tv did not work.

• Chieh-loon (9/5): Great option for business traveler or someone who doesn't want to stay in tourist area - Great option if you need a stay in the Shiba Park/Mita area. I have stayed multiple times while working near Hamamasutcho. If you are a walker, this is about 20 minutes away or 1 stop on the metro with a station on the same block. Ideal for single traveler or couple for extended stay with laundry and good amenities. Does overlook very busy roads so if you are bothered by traffic noise it may not be the best fit, or you will need ear plugs. Tokyo Tower is a 5-10 minute walk up the street and the location is a good place to start and end your Tokyo exploration away from the busiest tourist locations. Family Mart steps away, a few restaurants in the area but not a ton of options, and market up the road maybe 5-10 minutes walk as well. Google Maps should give you all you need.

Elevator to the apartment which had a good shower/bath and minimal kitchenette. Good communication. One of the ACs was old and difficult to control. One of the beds was pretty uncomfortable and the place could have done with a good cleaning. There were four of us and only three glasses and one coffee cup, not really a good way to sit down together to have a bite or play cards
