• phatphamous (8/5): Convenient location ! - great location, 2 min from Akihabara station. Very late check-in possible. Rooms are a bit small. No bathtub, shower only.

• Eiji (3/5): I would not stay again. Bad smell, and the rooms being a karaoke room into a love hotel. - Not sure, maybe being karaoke rooms being converted to a love hotel room was interesting. The karaoke walls probably helped with as a sound barrier. Really bad smell of smoke, enough to hide any thing else. I didn't recognise it was a love hotel. It would been cheaper to get a room on the day rather than booking before hand. You also couldn't easily get out of the shower room.

Check in is 10PM, then there was no one in reception for 30 minutes after we arrived so we had to wait and hope. The bed was too small for 2 people, you could smell the cigarette smoke from the neighbouring rooms, there was used toiletries in the shower so we are unsure if it had been cleaned. And the walls are thin and no sound proofing.

• Ana (8/5): Very good - To be very honest, the hotel had none of the bad things mentioned in previous reviews; quite the opposite. We arrived and were greeted by a very friendly gentleman who gave us the key and showed us where to leave it at check-out. We checked in at 10 PM as that was when we arrived, which could be an issue for those arriving early since check-in is from 10 PM to 11 PM. We entered the room, which was already cool with the air conditioning on, and started to observe: clean and well-made bed (very comfortable, by the way). There was a minibar, hairdryer, disposable toothbrush and toothpaste, shampoo, conditioner, and shower gel in the bathroom. Everything was clean. The bathroom had hot water, toilet paper, everything working. There was also a TV to watch something and even fabric deodorizer. Regarding the noise: we didn't hear anything because the air conditioning drowned out the city's noises. The stay was great, and we paid very little compared to other places in Akihabara. Nothing to complain about. Thank you for the stay.

Reception girl accept baggage 8h before check-in. Close to Akihabara, that i can visit without my big suitcase ! Ecchi hotel's room with girls' long black hair sample on the floor and also there was a fake used girl's tampon in trash bin is a MUST for an Otaku !!! Room big enougth to use kettle and private WC/douch. CONS : Checkin 22PM only ? Cold room in January, how to start hot AC ? Not for common foreigner but perfect for fanboy/fangirl or more ...
• Tyler (1/5): Would never recommend to anyone. This is a sex hotel, not a vacation hotel. - This hotel was not what we booked, it was advertised as a vacation hotel and it was not. It was a sex hotel. We did not stay . We left and booked into another hotel. Do not book here if you do not want to listen to sex throughout the night, and stay in a small room, in a single bed even if it was advertised as a double.
• Adrian (10/5): Worth it! I would definitely come back again! - The location was very convenient and I was able to relax and check in without worry. The staff was very polite and helpful with the check in process. The receptionist was very informative and helped my check in process feel smooth. It was a bit hard to find at first and I wish check in was a bit sooner, I had to spend some time walking around before I can get into the room. It helped me familiarize myself with the area but it took a bit too much energy.

I would like to outline the specific issues encountered during my stay: 1. Inaccurate Description: The property description on your website did not accurately portray the actual conditions of the property. The photos provided were misleading, and the amenities mentioned were either non-existent (no towels or blankets provided) or in poor condition (there were stains all over the bed sheets, and it looked like it had not been cleaned (it was obvious that there semen stains on the bed)). 2. Unhygienic Conditions: Upon arrival, it became apparent that the property was not properly cleaned. There were visible signs of dirt, dust, and even semen stains on the sheets. This lack of cleanliness was not only unsightly but also raised concerns about the overall safety and hygiene of the property. 3. Unfulfilled Check-in Request: We had specifically requested an early check-in time of 1pm at the property, but unfortunately, this request was not honored. To our surprise, this information was only communicated to us at the time of check-in and had not been properly conveyed prior to our arrival. Additionally, we found that the check-in time was only mentioned in the confirmation email and not clearly listed on the booking site, leading to confusion and inconvenience. 4.
