Guest Reviews
- Igor (10/5): -
- Holly (10/5): Great staff. Clean, modern, easy access. - Location is easy access from bus, rental and lift. Wish breakfast (or coffee) opened at 7, instead of 7:30.

- Annabelle (10/5): Exceptional hotel - highly recommend - Fantastic location, great facilities, warm welcome
- Dennis (10/5): -
Vernünftige Portionsgrößen in bester Qualität.
- Jonathan (8/5): Really enjoyed a majority of the food, the hotel, the location. Just the breakfast and last day! - The spa was great and the service was brilliant The breakfast eggs were not very good, they are a bit dry. Leaving day, not being allowed in the spa was very poor.
- Lloyd (10/5): You won’t regret your decision to stay in this superb hotel - One of the best located properties in st Anton’s. big modern rooms with lots of natural timber and stone. Ski in ski out facility just steps to a gondola. Great food. The restaurant staff were amazing. We stayed there when it was first built and retuned to find it looking as new with the same great food and service the wellness centre and spa is complimentary and is superb\ sublime The restaurant and room staff were so friendly efficient and helpful. the reception staff weren’t so much. It was like it was their first day and didn’t know how to do anything. They seemed vague about everything we asked. We had 4 rooms. I asked if the cost of the ski passes for my daughter’s room could be put on my account. When I went to check out they had put all charges (passes, food, massages ) for all 4 rooms on my account. Ok these misunderstandings happen but the receptionist said it’s too hard for me to transfer the costs to correct account and don’t know how to do it - can’t i just pay and sort it with the other guests. I did that, but personally I think she was just being lazy. But don’t let that deter you - it’s one of the best ski resorts I’ve stayed in

Alles perfekt
- Andreas (10/5): -
- Emil (9/5): -
- Martin (10/5): Perfect value for money family ski hotel - Really well designed modern ski hotel with location right next to the Nasserein lift which gives immediate access to the slopes - a great roof pool and spa and the friendliest staff The beds were a little too hard
- Timurs (10/5): Great Hotel with very nice food and facilities. Service is Amazing.Location is great on the end of village but still rig - Best view Sauna and pool. Location is great
Thank you to the staff. Sauna on the top floor could be hotter
- Rose (10/5): Amazing gem of a hotel, total luxury and the best facilities -
- Pascal (9/5): Superb - Great hotel modern vibe. Location is perfect. Very good restaurant. Single room bed mattress is a bit too firm.
- Clive (9/5): We had a fabulous time. We have been to St Anton many many times and this was an excellent trip. - Excellent wellness centre, especially the roof top swimming pool, breakfast was okay (sometimes ran out of pastries!), evening meals were very good. Location was excellent, boot room good and underground parking was included. Glass wall to ensuite toilet and shower! It was frosted but needed to hang towels to get some privacy - we were a family of 3, in a family suite, but you were on show!!
- D&g&i (8/5): Very good -
- Sophie (6/5): I did not feel welcome - Right at the bottom of the slope - convenient for those who want to maximize time on the slopes . Also an outdoor restaurant to enjoy lunch on a sunny day Single room was small considering the high price . Also the bathroom was not separated from the bedroom. Service was not friendly at the restaurant
- James (10/5): Great location & facilities. Perfect for snowboarding! -
- Robin (5/5): deceiving hotel. Cool Resort - Room was sold with a Private Bathroom. It was not private but complete seethrough (bathroom + toilet)
Having to go outside to the toilet on a 500eur room is ridiculous.
Unflexible and arrigant owner.
- Katie (8/5): Enjoyable and scenic - Breakfast was good and nice selection (didn’t like that you couldn’t select your own table though)
Beds were comfy
Gowns and slippers provided
Hotel was easy to reach by car
Staff were nice
Spa and pool are nice
Ski passes can be organised by reception
Jennewein sport is directly next door for ski equipment rental
Underground parking garage is good No room service menu available and then was charged €10 when we ordered 2x teas which we had to collect at reception
No double duvet for double bed. 2x single duvets and blankets provided. Found the room very hot at night, had to leave the door open which was then cold and noisy in the morning
Thought the accommodation was very expensive in comparison to other options in the same area but it was nice
For the price I was expecting nicer toiletries provided in the room
It is slightly on the edge of town which has positives and negatives
- Alan (9/5): Superb -
- Nadja (10/5): Exceptional -
- Catherine (10/5): Exceptional -
- Jeroen (9/5): Another great (Easter) stay at the lovely Arlmont Hotel - Love Arlmont. Great spot on the slopes, been here multiple times with family and with friends, early and late season since 20 years. Very helpful staff. Great quality of food. Just perfect and at a competitive price. Austria became quite expensive over the recent years, getting closer to Swiss resorts. Especially beer and wine. Not much we can do against it I am afraid. Fun comes at a price... ;)
- Colby (9/5): Superb -
- Zora (9/5): Superb -
- Florian (8/5): Very good -
- Francesca (10/5): Exceptional -
- Nadja (10/5): Exceptional -
- Daniel (10/5): Exceptional -
- Dagnija (9/5): Superb -
- Viktor (9/5): Superb -
- Sarah (9/5): Great stay in cosy hotel and lovely staff - The food and staff were super friendly
The pool and sauna was great after a day skiing Nothing, everything was good
- James (9/5): Superb -
- Anonymous (8/5): Would have liked it much more if our room and table weren’t so lousy. - We were received by Isabella and she was amazing! Really nice and more than ready to assist with all our request’s!
Hotel is very well located and very smartly designed- garage is underground and with elevator super near to ease carrying your luggage or ski equipment if you decide to ski nearby. we had bad luck with our room-we faced the building in the front and had no privacy.
We had a table assigned to us for our 5 night stay which was without any kind of view if the skiing area (specially annoying when 90% of the other tables have view ) .We complained and after a few non pleasurable discussions were changed to a better table.
Most of the dining room staff is nice and courteous but a few are not very nice.
- Rachelle (2/5): started off well, but ended very unpleasantly - building was nice, and the dinner staff were lovely the manager/owner was incredibly rude. If he’s that unpleasant to paying customers, one can only imagine how he treats the staff.
- Alkis (9/5): Superb -
- Zara (10/5): Highly recommend for couples and take the half board ☺️ - The hotel was great, very clean, the staff was very friendly, breakfast was also good, but the most recommended from me is dinner! If you book half board, you’ll be happy :) The pool was warm, and even if we had 12 degrees outside in the morning, it was great to swim in the pool. The interior was also very modern and beautiful.
Thank you very much for the wonderful time we spent in this hotel, and special thanks to the chef for the excellent dishes we tasted :) Well I don’t like the rule of being in saunas naked but maybe for some people it’s good.
