• John (8/5): Great Location to the Station and the sights of Florence, with great hospitality! - I received such warm welcome and was given a requested early check in since luckily my room was ready when I arrived at midday. Although Hotel Aldobrandini is just 1 Star and even if seen as basic by some, I found it to be a charming place to stay and perfect place for the one night stay I had there. My bed had the crispest white bed linen, the room was clean and simple plus the staff super nice and helpful. The location is just 5mins from the station which was great and meant that I could stay as long as I could in Florence before taking a flight home from Pisa airport in the evening. I was able to leave my luggage at the hotel until I left and the journey to the airport by train was so easy and got in just over an hour. Would definitely return again and thank you to both gentleman on the 24hr front desk. Personally I cannot say there was anything I did not like, and staying in Florence is expensive especially for a single traveller, so I found the Hotel Aldobrandini reasonable in comparison and adequate. The breakfast maybe basic, but it was fresh and more than enough for me.

• Paola (6/5): La struttura è posizionata in un palazzo veramente bello ma all’interno dell’albergo qualche miglioramento andrebbe fatt - Ottima la posizione e personale estremamente gentile , simpatico e disponibile. Pulizia sommaria e colazione davvero misera. Meglio non farla piuttosto che farla così.

• Chenhao (7/5): 位置好，性价比高的住宿 - 独立的房间。位置在火车站和景点之间，很好。工作人员非常热情友善。性价比很高。包含早饭，可颂和果汁都很棒。 房间内有持续的机械噪音，可能是外面的机柜或通风扇，房间之间的隔音几乎没有，提前准备好耳塞就可以解决这个问题。房间内有一种持续存在，但不算难闻的味道。

• Guest (8/5): Optimisation de la découverte culturelle et gastronomique de Florence, Pise et les cinq terres - Super rapport qualité prix ! Un bel emplacement pour visiter plein de monuments ainsi que des villes alentours grâce aux trains très facilement accessibles .. les cinq terres, Pise, Lucques. Siennes … Bien sûr que l hôtel aurait besoin d un rafraîchissement par rapport à l ancienneté … et aux équipements..mais c’est propre et on s’y sent bien grâce à l accueil chaleureux du personnel et du gérant .. le côté familial est très appréciable! Le petit déjeuner est sobre, mais complet et c’est très bien comme ça. Si l’objectif c’est de visiter Florence, plus que la détente le repos le confort , cela correspond parfaitement car les visites, les excursions, la restauration, ont un coût élevé.

Le gérant de l’établissement est extrêmement sympathique et s’arrange pour que tout se passe au bien. Les créneaux d’arrivée sont larges et il peut garder les bagages au départ.

Gece en geç 12 ye kadar sokaktan ses geliyor sonra sessiz. Diğer odalardan da rahatsız edici bir şey duymadım. Temizlik de gayet iyiydi. Bir kaç saat bagajımı bırakmama da izin verdiler. Resepsiyondaki bay ve bayan çok iyiydiler. Gece 11.00 de giriş yaptım sorun olmadı. Zile bastığınızda dış kapı açılıyor ve bir kat sonra resepsiyonu görüyorsunuz. Sevmediğim bir şey olmadı.

Sijainti on erittäin keskeinen, kävelet rautatieasemalle ja kaikkiin keskustan alueen nähtävyyksiin helposti. Huoneessa oli ilmalämpöpumppu, oma suihku ja lavuaari, mikä oli kätevää. Ja ilmalämpöpumppu tarpeellinen 30+ asteen säässä. Jaetun vessan siisteys ei ollut miellyttävimmästä päästä, mutta kyllä sen kanssa pärjäsi.

The day time staff was very friendly and gave me a map of the city and explained all the stuff to do. Theres a parking garage right next do it that was pretty cheap to leave my car in overnight. The shower was hot and breakfast was served. It was a very grand place. Shower was clean and the bedding was clean. For the price and location I would 100% stay here again. There is a very narrow sprial stair case you have to go uo to get to your room so i wouldn't recommend taking a large suitcase. The walls felt a little dirty, and my TV didnt work.

The rooms are cosy, clean and have everything for a comfortable stay. Have to note the exceptionally kind staff at the reception as well. Everything was good

• Giúlia (5/5): Única vantagem é a localização. - Se você quer localização, com toda certeza é o principal da hospedagem. Cheiro fortíssimo de cigarro por todo o andar do hotel, com cobertas empoeiradas. A recepcionista era uma senhora nada simpática. A chave do quarto não é cartão digital ou senha (várias hospedagens por lá sao dessa maneira) e toda vez ao sair, tinha que deixar a chave em posse do hotel. Não achei nada seguro. A hospedagem fica bem ao lado de lixeiras de coleta e moradores de rua, então há esse inconveniente. Wifi não é bom, fica desconectando o tempo todo.

После выселения мы попросили оставить в отеле на 3 часа наши чемоданы (так как у нас выезд был вечером) - нам разрешили без проблем. Спасибо за это Туалет/душевая общие для 5 комнат. Хотя, ОЧЕНЬ чистые - в этом плане всё идеально.

• Louis (5/5): - La localisation est parfaite et le bâtiment extérieur est très beau. La chambre et la SDB sont sommaires. La douche est remplie de moisi. Le dessus de lit était d’une couleur douteuse. Les 3/4 du personnel sont détestables : interdiction de partir avec la clé de sa chambre - qu’on doit laisser sur un tableau exposé à tout le monde. On est obligé de sonner à chaque fois que l’on veut rentrer et ça m’est arrivé de devoir sonner 4 fois avant que quelqu’un ouvre. L’un des réceptionnistes dormait/ronflait devant son poste à 20h (donc comment dire que les clés ne sont pas réellement surveillées). Ils refusent que l’on paye la taxe de séjour en carte (malgré ce qui est notifié sur booking) et n’ont pas la monnaie sur 20 euros! Au point même de m’envoyer ch*er car je ne suis pas capable de faire de la monnaie par moi-même. Expérience DÉPLORABLE.

Location was super nice and located in such a good spot and close to the train station. The shower situation was interesting I guess you could say but there was shower so thats better than nothing. For the price point and staying a 1-2 nights this place is perfect.

Room was dated but clean and sizeable Finding the first time was a little difficult and the homeless guys hanging out in the shade gave me a bit of pause.

• Nicolas (5/5): - A mixed experience at this hotel. The location is absolutely perfect, right in the heart of Florence. The room wasn't ideal in terms of cleanliness or amenities, but it did the job. Breakfast was okay — not very diverse, and it ends a bit early (10 a.m.), which can be tough for guests arriving late and tired from travel. One important point: it’s not possible to leave the hotel to explore Florence during the night. I arrived fairly late (just before midnight), was given the keys to my room, and then the staff went to bed, locking the main door behind them. The hotel is located in a building shared with private residents, and once the main door is locked, there’s no way out. We couldn’t go for a walk in the city, get something to eat, or even order food — access to the outside was simply not possible. That was a real disappointment.
• Daniel (3/5): Perfect for 2 nights stays, more than that, better not. - The location is perfect!! The bedroom and the breakfast is very poor. The room even has mould in the ceiling and the walls corner. Even if they ‘ clean ‘ every morning, the only thing they do is do the bed.
