- Klaus (8/5): A really nice break from the short term rental explosion, mix with some Europeans. - It was some good breakfast food....appeals to a gourmand's sensibilities. It's also nice to experience 80s architecture as a break from the cavernous blocks within the old city walls. We weren't privy to any courtyards or rooftops over that a way. The patio three floors up was a definite surprise. I like how insurers have sensibility in Europe. Some hotels here, you can't even open the damn window. They don't use doorknobs there, but we never once were concerned for security. There is an interesting lighting store next door, and some nice clubs and family restaurants nearby, I regret not trying the fazole at LaPergola. The shower wall was kind of awkward, or maybe push back and up the head.

- Sophie (6/5): Nice but ok - The cleanliness, breakfast and the included bathroom items On my last night, i was awoken by people who were screaming and slamming doors. I felt incredibly unsafe but also why was it soo loud and it wasnt just 5 mins, they were yelling and screaming for like 40 mins. It also sounded like multiple groups of people. I wish there wouldve been a phone number i could have called in assistance or if there is one it should be on the phone in the bathroom.

- Paolo Angelico (10/5): Ottima scelta - Hotel molto confortevole, ottimamente collegato al centro (bus a meno di 100 metri, metro linea 2 a 5 minuti), stanza ampia e dalla pulizia impeccabile, colazione veramente eccellente.
- Mariaruna (7/5): Mi aspettavo di meglio!! - Posizione comoda per la vicinanza con due fermate della metro e altri mezzi pubblici,comodi per raggiungere qualsiasi punto della città. Tutto sommato pulita! Non mi sembra soddisfi realmente le aspettative di un 4 stelle (e di conseguenza del prezzo speso). Alcuni dettagli andrebbero cambiati: divani nella hall coperti da un copridivano non degno di un 4 stelle, rifiniture interne(sia in camera che nel resto dell'hotel )un po' scadenti. Colazione BOCCIATA: nel senso che per un 4 stelle mi aspettavo dei prodotti più ricercati e maggiore possibilità di scelta. Molte foto viste sulla pagina mi sembrano fatte apposta per attrarre clienti, ma non ho trovato quella varietà nella colazione e anche il salottino nel terrazzino non era come quello visto in foto.

- Francesca (4/5): Non fetvi dare la stanza 510 - In viaggio di lavoro, mi hanno messo in una stanza al 5 piano che aveva tutta la parete del letto e contro l'ascensore. Non ho dormito 2 notti. Inoltre tapparelle a mano (mentre i miei colleghi le avevano elettrico) e un bagno talmente piccolo che non c'era neppure unamensola (i miei colleghi bagno ampio con vasca), aria condizionata rumorosissima spenta subito perchè non riuscivo a telefonare. Quando ho parlato con la recption mi hanno risposto che mi avevano anche fatto un upgrade!
- Pineda Suárez (3/5): Expensive, fine rooms, bad service and experience - It was clean and room was nice and comfortable. - Very far away from the city center and in general from all the active areas and tourist zones. - Very unkind staff (with exception of 1 or 2 guys) they were very unkind. When asking something they barely reply and they attend as if they are making you a favor instead of providing a service. Very unpleasant stay and again, very far away from the city main parts, which complicates mobility even tho there’s public transportation. - I don’t recommend it at all.

- Alexandra (8/5): - Location was nice, clean and calm. We booked the bigger room with a balcony, which was nice to sit in the evening after a long day of walking. Breakfast was nice, I think everyone will choose something according to their preferences. There is always complimentary water, coffee and cake at the reception, which is a nice gesture of hospitality. Just small things, like the curtains in the room were not clean and the ground in the room could be cleaned often.

- Shan (8/5): All it takes is a 30$ shower curtain to run all around the tub, to make it excellent overall - Location, kind front-desk, Room spacious with private balcony, quality bedding and room service A nice bathroom with a tub shower. But Literally impossible standing shower since no shower curtains around the rub. The tub door barely covers any water splash when someone stands up to shower, causing entire bathroom floor to flood with water and hard time keeping that area dry. Also the toilet flush had some issues.
