• Nikša (8/5): A cute hotel in a quiet street - A nice hotel located in a very peaceful street near the Roma Termini railway station. The check-in process was very well communicated via WhatsApp and all the necessary and useful details were provided on time. The room was fine, clean, with a cute balcony and a clean toilet. The hotel also offers free lockers for luggage storage, which is amazing and useful. The hotel offers a "complementary breakfast" that consists of empty croissants, some spreads and coffee. The croissants are ridiculously sweet and of a very poor quality, the coffee is from a coffee machine, and it's a self-service. So, all in all don't count on it as a "breakfast", but it's still a nice gesture by the host. The room doesn't have much space for the luggage and clothes, so once you settle in, it becomes a bit claustrophobic... There's a small table in the room where we put our stuff, and in the morning there were many ants on the table and on the walls near the table, even though we didn't keep any food on the table. It would be much better if there was more than 1 pillow per person.

The toilet was placed too close to the sink, which made it uncomfortable to use. Overall, the stay was okay, but the room layout could be improved.
• Maris (7/5): Good for a 1 and 2 night stay - The staff was very responsive via messaging and phone, the location is good - within 15 minutes of Termini station and other sites We saw it as a good place for 1 or 2 nights. Beyond that, we think there are more comfy and "lively" area options in the city for a similar price.

La possibilité de garer la voiture dans un autre hôtel du groupe situé à 500 mètres à pied (25 euros par jour). La disponibilité par whatsapp. L'odeur synthétique. La tapisserie qui se decolle. Le matelas trop dur.

• Elena (5/5): - Very friendly and quick staff. Helped me move my room when I asked for another one. Very easy check-in and check-out. The most important feature of a hotel for me is that I can sleep well... so it is quiet. These hotel walls were paper-thin. On the first night, I was right next to the entry door, and I couldn't fall asleepuntil about 2 am because I kept hearing everyone going in and out and walking around. The bed was also not very comfortable, and the room was smaller than it looked. The "breakfast" is croissants and coffee.

Camera attrezzata con tutto quello che serve per un breve soggiorno. Piccola colazione non inclusa, ma offerta. Servizio di deposito bagagli. Qualche piccolo malfunzionamento (WiFi non funzionante in camera, condizionatore che gocciolava).

• elena (8/5): Comoda vicino a Termini - Posizione ottima, abbastanza vicina a Termini (circa 15/20 minuti a piedi) e con stazione metro vicina. Personale gentile e disponibile, anche se non l’avevamo prenotata ci hanno offerto la colazione a buffet (molto semplice, ma gesto apprezzato). Struttura un po’ datata e bagno davvero piccolo, seduti suo water ci si appoggia al lavandino. Per noi non è stato un problema, struttura consigliata!

• ELENA (8/5): - Situé dans un quartier résidentiel très calme, l'hôtel permet de rejoindre le Colisée en seulement 20 minutes à pied. La décoration est très jolie et donne un certain cachet à l'hôtel. Dans notre chambre, le papier peint commençait à se décoller par endroits. Un petit coup de jeune serait le bienvenu.

• Ainhoa (1/5): Decepcionante - La ubicación no estaba nada mal La colcha estaba sucia, tuvimos que quitarlo todo nosotros porque nos seguían poniendo la misma colcha sucia, la cama no era nada cómoda, te clavabas los muelles, habían hormigas en la habitación y lo dijimos dos veces. A las 7h de la mañana ya estaban haciendo ruido y se escuchaba como si estuviesen en nuestra habitación. Todo mal la verdad, el alojamiento no se parece en nada a las fotos.

• Christiane (1/5): Dieses Hotel oder diese Hotelgruppe - NIE WIEDER - Das Zimmer war sauber. Die Lage des Hotels war ok. Von außen gab es keinen Lärm, aber ... Es gibt keinen Menschen mit dem man außer über Emails oder WhatsApp kommunizieren kann und das nur bis 15:00. Das Internet funktionierte nicht. Der Kühlschrank funktionierte nicht. Die Heizung funktionierte nicht. Im Zimmer waren ständig Geräusche vom Getränke Automaten zu hören. Die anderen Besucher werden zwar aufgefordert leise zu sein, aber die Haustür ist immer mit einem lauten Rumps ins Schloss gefallen und irgendwie können nicht alle lesen. Da wir nur für zwei Nächte dort waren wollten wir nicht, dass die Heizung und der Kühlschrank repariert werden. Das InterNet aber schon. Aber es ist nichts passiert.
