• Elisa (6/5): - Le pedimos el control del aire acondicionado porque hacía calor y nos dijeron que no se podía encender por el cambio climático. Al otro día cuando estábamos haciendo el check out vimos q se lo estaban dando a otro huésped.
• ANNA RITA (7/5): Alla fine va bene per soggiorni brevi - Hotel, con tutti i servizi, non proprio vicino alla stazione ( almeno 15 minuti a piedi), avrei preferito il bagno in camera, ma per soggiorni brevi va bene, soprattutto per chi viaggia da solo. I bagni li metterei in camera.

• Domenico (5/5): Buono solo per la posizione. - Posizione ottima e prezzi non eccessivi. La struttura ha un aspetto un po' squallido, pulita ma con evidenti segni di poca manutenzione. Mancano i piccoli servizi a supporto del cliente, come il frigo in camera oppure una lobby anche piccola per un minimo di relax. Inoltre le camere che danno sull'atrio interno sono esposte ai fumi della cucina di un ristorante etnico adiacente con il risultato che tutto puzza di olio fritto....non oso immaginare cosa possa accadere d'estate. Il personale non è propriamente scortese, ma nemmeno accogliente.

• valeria (7/5): Por una noche está bien. Más no. - La ubicación era muy buena. Para acceder caminando desde la estación y visitar el duomo. El personal de limpieza estaba a los gritos por el pasillo y desde arriba se escuchaba hablar fuerte al recepcionista del hotel. No me gustó que no ofrece desayuno.

• Giuliana (7/5): - buena ubicación, precio más o menos adecuado. las instalaciones son viejas, y aunque limpias, la ducha tiene mucha cal y oxido que podría limpiarse o cambiarse. Hay mucho ruido por la noche de otras habitaciones, tanto de TVs como de gritos y voces altas. Es bastante incomodo tener que entregar la llave cada vez que te vas, y además, cuando pides la llave de vuelta te la dan sin preguntar ni tu nombre lo cual me parece un poco inseguro

• yannick (7/5): - Entre les 2 gares : très bon emplacement pour descendre vers le duomo par le jardin du musée d'histoire naturelle ou le métro à république. De plus Hertz n'est pas loin de l'hôtel pour récupérer une voiture. Hôtel au style vieillot mais la chambre 22 est grande . La salle de bain refaite.👍 Pas de petit déjeuner mais Caffè italiano à ne pas louper au coin de la rue( on se retrouve dans les années 60, la dame est charmante).

• Yakelina (5/5): Hotel de paso - La ubicación, esta a 3 cuadras del metro y unas 12 de la terminal de tren, lo cual te permite tener bastante movilidad. El personal tambien, salvo una sola persona que no hablaba otro idioma que el italiano, el resto bien Hay que tener en cuenta que es un hotel de paso, solo diría eso

• Natalia (7/5): - The location is very good, walking distance from the railway station, trams and metro stations nearby. Spacious room and comfy beds. Good place for one night only. The room with windows overlooking the back of the Chinese restaurant next door and their ventilation, so the smell of the food was inside the room and there was no way to get rid of it. We smelled like deep fried spring rolls. The bathroom in the room is a specially built extension so it's cold and you can see a window in the shower with a piece of plastic instead of a wall. As the shared bathroom is down the corridor you can hear people on the corridor, closing doors etc.

• Marjorie (4/5): À éviter - Bon emplacement à environ 30 minutes à pieds du Duomo et avec tram / métro à proximité immédiate Nous avions demandé à réserver un parking et ils devaient s’en occuper, mais ensuite aucune info pour y accéder. Une fois arrivés à l’hôtel la personne qui s’est occupée de nous (à priori le gérant ?) ne parlait même pas anglais ! Il nous donne le nom du parking et nous laisse nous débrouiller seuls. Sauf qu’une fois sur place on nous demande 60€ au lieu des 50€ annoncés, donc nous avons dû chercher un autre parking. Globalement le personnel n’est ni souriant ni accueillant, ne comptez pas sur eux pour avoir des recommandations. La chambre était globalement propre mais usée et sentait l’humidité, la salle de bain vraiment minuscule, pas de bouilloire de fontaine à eau ou de mini frigo. On doit laisser la clé quand on sort de l’hôtel, sauf qu’au moment de la récupérer on ne nous demande meme pas de pièce d’identité ! Bref c’est très très sommaire pour le prix !

• Mark (7/5): We enjoyed our stay there and would book again if we were in Madrid. - Good location half-way between the station and historical centre. The staff were very helpful and let us store our cases there on the final day after we had checked out. There were good bars nearby to get breakfast. The shower was good but was in the room , which felt a bit odd.

I only spent 2 days which was ok but if it was more, I wouldn't go for it.

• martina (5/5): Tra muffa, fumo e misteri: il soggiorno che non dimenticherò - La posizione Ho soggiornato all’Hotel Siena Milano per 4 giorni. Un’esperienza… memorabile, diciamo. Già dal check-in si capisce il mood: mi assegnano una camera e, ancora prima di entrare, il corridoio aveva quell’aroma deciso di fumo anni ‘90 che neanche nei film di Tarantino. Chiedo gentilmente un cambio e mi spostano… in una camera con letti singoli così stretti che ho passato le notti immobile, tipo mummia egizia, per evitare di cadere. Il giorno dopo, colpo di scena: mi chiedono di cambiare di nuovo stanza perché “abbiamo lavato tutto, anche la tappezzeria durante la notte” (efficienza degna della NASA). Chiedo le chiavi per verificare… apro la porta… e dentro c’era gente che dormiva. Surreale è dire poco. Risultato: 4 notti nel letto singolo formato bara. La camera? Minimalismo estremo. La scrivania era interamente occupata dalla TV, quindi o lavori o guardi Canale 5, multitasking non previsto. Il bagno invece propone un concept molto originale: la “Tetano Shower”. Doccia arrugginita, muffa in quantità generosa e acqua che esce direttamente dal muro, per un’esperienza immersiva. Seconda notte, ore 5 del mattino: i vicini urlano al telefono nel corridoio come se fossero allo stadio. Insonorizzazione inesistente. Dalla reception: nessuna reazione. Probabilmente il personale era in modalità meditazione profonda… o semplicemente sordo. In conclusione: se cercate un soggiorno rilassante, forse no. Se invece volete un’esperienza intensa, quasi formativa, l’Hotel Siena non vi deluderà.

• Josipa (6/5): - The room was pretty basic so for an overnight stay or a last minute booking it's ok. Cleanliness 7.5/10 . Good check-out time. The staff at the desk was helpful, 24/7 and they kindly kept our luggage after the check-out. Good location. - the view from our room was looking at the trash bins of a nearby restaurant and their staff was talking loudly and kept throwing bottles and trash throughout the whole afternoon until midnight there plus the smell..so opening the only window in our room was :/ - no sound isolation, you can hear every possible noise from the hallway (bring ear plugs) - one shower door was inclined so the shower couldn't be closed completely - the bathroom might be tiny for some since the toilet and sink are opposite of each other :)

• Muhammad Usama (1/5): No Recommended for this price. - It’s was near to Milan Central. There were many things i don’t like about the property. First of all on our arrival there was no body who can speak English it was so difficult i had to speak in gestures. Plus they charge €20 more on arrival. There was no heating in room, very thin layer blanket, No toilet lock and noisy hallway and other rooms. I booked for 2 nights but hardly manage to live there for one night.

The shower was a bit old and rusty but overall good For a single person room it could be a bit cheaper but in general the prices are similar to the rest.
