- Deng (9/5): - 飯店離御堂筋線的中津站很近, 如果要走路去梅田站也是很可以, 飯店提供的簡易早餐很好吃~ 每天的配菜都會有不一樣的菜色, 有可以自助洗衣的地方, 飯店的服務人員們都很親切, 很謝謝他們的服務!

- Ekaterina (10/5): Très bien! - C’était très bien! Pratique pour partir de la gare le matin. Personnel sympathique, chambre petite (nous sommes au Japon) mais très bien faite, tout y était. Petit déjeuner japonais inclus était bon et varié. En plus, nous avons oublié une casquette dans la chambre et le personnel nous en a informé par message et voulait bien nous l’envoyer dans notre hôtel suivant à Tokyo pour un prix très raisonnable. Merci pour tout! RAS

- Pooja (9/5): - Convenient location thats within walking distances to at least 3 stations, staff were very helpful and helped keep luggage before check in and after check out The mattress was so tough to sleep on there was zero softness in it, for one night it wasn’t bad but I wouldn’t do more than that.

- Yu (5/5): ビジネスホテルとして非常に一般的なクオリティでした。 - 部屋の清掃は隅々まで行き届いており、アメニティも必要十分以上に充実していました。加湿器が標準で設置されているのが大変有難かったです。コンセントやUSB挿入口、照明など、ベッド周辺の設備が充実していた点も非常に便利に感じました。 無料のビュッフェと言う点を差し引いても朝食があまりおいしく感じられなかったのが残念でした。和洋どちらのメニューも試しましたが特に和食のおかず・味噌汁が市販の既製品等に比べても数段劣る味に感じました。これならば朝食なしで宿泊費が安い方がありがたいです。 前夜はベッド・枕が固く非常に寝苦しかったので起き抜けに出された食事のクオリティが低かったことも相まって朝から非常に残念な気持ちになりました。

Yatak ve yastıklar çok kalitesiz ve rahatsız. Tuvaletler rutubet kokuyor. Late check out almak istediğimizi söylediğimizde tüm gün için ücret karşılığı tamam dediler. Son gün en fazla 14.00 de çıkmanız gerekiyor ücret ödesenizde dediler. Genel olarak basit ve ucuzdu çalışanların ingilizce seviyesi yeterli değil bu nedenle iletişim kurmak çok zordu.
