• Rachel (8/5): - 公寓雖然有點舊，但該有的設備都有，且租金便宜，也不能再挑剔什麼了。有小廚房可以煮一些食物，洗衣機方便清洗換洗衣物，樓下有松屋，附近有超市、超商及藥妝店，生活機能十分良好。 5樓舊型公寓，上下樓沒有電梯，搬運大行李較不方便，其他都很好。我們這次入住4樓，只有上下樓各搬運一次行李，也算還好。

• Hongfang (6/5): - The location is good. The flat is quite near Iriya train station which takes around 2min walk. There are convenient stores and eating options within walking distance. We also can walk to Ueno park. The flat is not that big but accommodates a family of 5, although it is kind of crowded. The flat is on 5th floor. It is a bit challenging when carrying large luggage up and down.

• Adam (5/5): Ok but not great. - Location was close to most public transport. Was not clean. Bathroom was mouldy and not healthy at all. Was damp inside and generally not clean. Need to warn people of the amount of stairs to get into apartment, was a challenge with kids and luggage.

• Cordula (8/5): A great homebase in Tokyo - It is great to have a "homebase" in a city like Tokyo - we enjoyed a break from hotel life during our stay in Japan. The appartment is well equipped, close to a subway station The appartment is in the 3rd floor without elevator - and the staircase is very narrow ... can be a bit of a challenge with larger luggage;
• Mirat (7/5): Tiny place in superb location - 10/10 location. The apartment is within 3 minutes walk from the Iriya metro station, from which you can travel to places like Ueno, Ginza or Akihabara without changing lines. Everything you need is close by: cafes, shops, izakayas (pubs), convenience stores, etc. The apartment has everything you need. AC was saving our life when it was 35 degrees (C) outside. The place is small. I think it would suit a couple of backpackers without a lot of luggage. I know Tokyo is tight on space, but this was especially cramped for a family of four. All the extra beds took up so much space that it felt cramped. As other reviews mentioned, there is no lift, and you need to take a quite steep and narrow staircase to the third floor or higher. If you are traveling with a pram or heavy suitcases, you might want to reconsider.

• Jennifer (8/5): Small apartment with basics - Good for a family/group of 3 with 3 beds (one a pullout couch), fridge, washing machine, and A/C (necessary). We used the electric kettle daily for coffee and there were coffee cups, plates, a cutting board, a knife, and cutlery. For location, it's one stop from Ueno Station, which is helpful if you're using the Yamanote Line. There is also a fantastic neighborhood bakery nearby. The staff was responsive through the Booking app. Those stairs - the five flights were more challenging than I thought they'd be - especially with luggage and 97 deg F + humidity! The space, especially around the dining table, is a bit cramped, especially if you opt for using the pullout couch as the third bed. One thing that could help future travelers who don't speak/read Japanese are some instructions in English on how to set the hot water heater, use remotes, and use the washing machine. We managed with Google Translate to set the hot water heater, but it took some time. A few more water glasses (there was only one) would also be great.

• Borja (10/5): Japan Fambam Stay - The place was very homey and it has complete amenities for a family stay like complete kitchen, TV and wifi, beds, washing machine. The venue is also nearby the Hibiya line's Iriya station as well as numerous convenience stores, a Welcia branc, a Matsuya which adjacent the building and other restaurants. It's also walking distance (15 to 20 minutes) to the JR Yamanote line in Uguesudani and the Ueno Park. Not really a deal breaker but since the unit is at the 4th floor, it is an effort to bring your luggages up the room via stairs since there is no elevator. Still we love the place because it is in a very quiet part of the city.
