Guest Reviews
Společná toaleta a sprcha. Vse čisté a kdyzpozici bylo mýdlo, šampon a kondicionér. Na chodbě Společná lednice, rychlovarná konvice. Snídaně bylo kafe, džus a vynikající tousty 😀😃

- Jesper (3/5): - Not too much. However, it was clean and answers came fast from the staff Placement of the hotel is suboptimal.
The beds are basically just around a 5 cm thick foam mattress, so they're quite hard, which is uncomfortable.
It's not really soundproof, so you hear your neighbours opening their doors.
We could not store our luggage after checking out.
The common room from the pictures is very messy and I'm unsure if you're even supposed to be there as a guest. One day the door to the room was locked.

- Nils (6/5): OK place, misleading pictures (no kitchen and no tab - both out of order) - Quiet area, comfy beds, clean showers. 15min walk to Akibahara required. The whole place seems to be fallen asleep. Rooms were dusty and most disappointingly the kitchen and the beer tab shown in the advertise were out of order and could not be used - quite misleading and disappointing. Also just one shower per floor can be frustrating during rush hours. Our stay was ok, but we would not return to stay here.

- Junianto (8/5): mixed feeling, but still enjoyed the stay - Ryokan style, good toilet arrangement, Water provided, but no kettle to boil extra water. very automatic, from check in until check out. breakfast order said to be closed at 10pm, and no more serving after 9am. but the brochure didnt mention the order cut off. and information about breakfast serving supposed up to 09.35am. too automatic, should be backed with on-chat staff for any urgent inquiries.
- Paweł (8/5): Bardzo dobry w stosunku jakość do ceny, - Lokalizacja
- Brendon (5/5): Clean, but tiny rooms and a far walk away from main area of akihabara. - Clean Long walk from akihabara station, tiny rooms (had to lift my luggage up onto the bed to access) and ac took along time to heat up so room was really cold.

- Henry (1/5): For future guests, find somewhere else. This hotel is quite dishonest. - Shocked by how dirty and unsanitary this place is, definitely not as promising as they position themselves to be. When my father entered his bedroom, he found hair and bed bugs, and the floor was covered in dirty dust. No staff were on site, and the property is VERY slow on responding via message. The window in the room won't open, and the door lock is quite hard to lock. My father didn't stay in this place for the duration of his trip (got him another hotel). We escalated the issue to the property and booking.com but they never did anything about it and refused to give us the refund. Highly recommend people to avoid this place and please refer to my photos of the unsanitary environment in this hotel. I booked this trip for my father to go to Japan.

- Agustín (10/5): Great place for solo travellers in Akihabara - Very nice place to stay in Akihabara. Good location close to transportation. The room was very comfortable and the common spaces were clean and useful. Quiet place and comfortable bed. Breakfast option for free with three different simle options, all of them were good. The only downside was that one of the bathrooms had a slightly strange smell, like someone had smoked in it. Luckily, there were others available, so I used that ones. It's made clear by the hotel that smoking isn't allowed, so some guest must have broken that rule.
- Stephen (10/5): - Very clean, strong wifi, and working AC
- Pavel (10/5): -
- Kevin (6/5): -
- Benjamin (1/5): Use your money elsewhere - The building’s facade and the localisation Disappointing stay due to lack of on-site management and poor communication.
We never met anyone clearly in charge, and our explanations were repeatedly questioned despite being correct.
Common areas were closed without prior notice, with inconsistent explanations.
Breakfast was advertised as free, yet access was suddenly denied on the last morning based on rules that were never clearly communicated.
We understand and accept the refusal to refund one unused night prior to arrival — this is not the issue.
The issue is the accumulation of errors and the absence of a real commercial gesture beyond unlimited coffee or a late checkout.
Services did not match what was advertised.
(washing machine reserved for staff, no real kitchen, cleanliness to be improved, no towels provided at arrival, etc.)
- Michelle (9/5): - Delivered my mail straight to my room! Excellent service. I would stay here again.
- randolph (7/5): Good price, friendly management, tiny spaces. - It was very organized with plenty of printed instructions. The breakfast room was pleasant. The price was economical. Common space included microwave, refrigerator, water kettle, bring your own cup. Voices were quiet but you can hear every foot step. Management was friendly. For 200yen I washed my clothes there, but drying takes 2 days in the room. The double room size was approximately 200x200cm, practically a wardrobe closet, sleeping on a tatami. All spaces were very small. Breakfast was a fresh panini but all 3 options were very alike (ham/chicken/tuna). I departed after 7 days with 5-6 bug bites, possibly from the tatami floor.
- Brianna (1/5): Not Worth the Price. - There was a free breakfast, even if it was limited. Literally everything.
- We paid $600 USD for 4 nights. Dec 29 - Jan 3 2026. This is more than we paid for ALL of our accommodations for the rest of our 2.5 week trip. Every other accommodation we stayed at was MUCH better for a fraction of the price.
- The pictures in the room description are a complete lie. There is no space to walk or move around. We had to have the door open in order to open our suitcases.
- We saw other rooms on the floor and connected with other guests. Their rooms were also too small. I don't event know if the room in the pictures exist.
- The walls are paper thin. With all of the doors closed, we could hear people scrolling, snoring, and alarms going off.
- There is a shared fridge and freezer and you cannot open the freezer because the fire extinguisher is in the way.
- They do not wipe down the walls. There was brown, white, and black splatter on the wall by my bed. There is splatter all near the shared sink area. I emailed them and they offered to clean my room but didn't.
- The beds are rock hard. and they give you a paper thin duvet that barely covers the body.
- The room was freezing. They have a "heater" which just blew cold air for 3 mins and would turn off. I messaged the property and they gave us a space heater with a broken wheel. No joke, the space heater took up 50% of our walking space.
- We checked in around 10p on Dec 29. I emailed them around 4am on Dec 30th that we would like to leave. Their response was that, "Hello, we can clean your room again, but since you have already checked in, we cannot offer a refund." I found this to be laughable because we had to check in in order to see how bad it was.
- After emailing that we would like to leave on our first night, the staff was not welcoming.
- If they had been accurate in the room description, we would not have been upset. This is more like an uncomfortable capsule hotel, which may work for some people (but not at this price).
- Vasily (7/5): Tiny room, clean facilities, non-existent breakfast. - Location is nice, restroom and bathroom were all clean The most disappointing was the breakfast: it's basically just a lonely sandwich. When I ask about coffee or any drink, I was suggested to buy coffee in the vending machine.
Also, room is really small, in my room the whole area was occupied by the tatami platform - so when you open the room, you have to climb on that platform right away.
- Jack (8/5): - Great value. The rooms are small but clean and quiet. The owner is very nice and allowed us to store our luggage before we checked in.
- Joanna (5/5): Relatively cheap but prison like. - It was relatively cheap and close to places we wanted to be nearby. It had clean sheets. It was quiet. It feels a bit like a prison to be honest. Everywhere notes what not to do. Rooms are tiny (fair enough we are in Tokyo). The launch area you have to pay for. The breakfast booking is a nonsense. It was not even anything great. We went on the first day and then decided that we would rather to go to 7/11. Staff is rather unpleasant. Checking in experience...not great. They have their own app/website and it is not intuitive. Shared bathrooms were not very clean. Generally I would not stay there again.
- Thoma (5/5): -

- Yogesh (2/5): Very small making it extremely difficult to stay. - The price of this property was lesser than the hotel rates. The room was very small, making it extremely difficult to open your luggage, or have food inside the room.
The property was located about 1 km away from any metro station.
- Azrul (7/5): -
- Azrul (7/5): -
- Christopher (7/5): - The hotel was nice and close to akihabara so location was good, rooms were very small but thats expteded with a hotel like this. Beds were comfy The breakfast was pretty lame, I would honestly just skip the breakfast you can buy better breakfast from the lawsons a few minutes away for less then ¥500
- Koichi (7/5): -
- Marlena (6/5): - Price to value ratio is good. Bathrooms are clean and well equipped, rooms very small but also clean with good (albeit old) Air Conditioning. Localisation is very good, 15 min walk from Akihabara Station, ther are also two nice sento's in the vicinity, I highly recommend them. Hallways, entrance and staircase are incredibly narrow, so take care with a suitcase. Rooms were also very small, we had to open the doors to the room in order to store or take out our luggage and condensation was gathering on the windows no matter what we did. The walls are very thin. Slippers were available free of charge but ours were notoriously stolen or misplaced, which is rather the fault of the guests than the staff, but having a better slipper-storage system could improve the situation. Booking a breakfast was not that easy and we couldn't figure out what were the rules behind the availability of certain items. Staff did not help us resolve an issue with booking a breakfast when their website was down so we ended up without the hotel breakfast that day.
- Rashed (8/5): - A really good place for those who are traveling solo. Close to Akihabara and Asakusa. I had a very good short stay for 2 nights. Not much to complain about as it was a short stay and I came back every night around 11 PM. A more comfortable bed would help.
- Thomas (7/5): -
- Katarzyna (6/5): - cheap place in tokyo Room was incredibly small and it was hard to stay there comfortably (no place for luggage and your things, hard to stand).
Alles in der nähe was man braucht.
- Anthony (9/5): Nice cosy (little) place ! -

- Riwanon (8/5): -
- Zuzanna (8/5): -
- Nicolas (6/5): -

- Kykynek (9/5): Overall satisfaction - Since I have back problems, I was afraid of a futon bed, but in Japan it is necessary to try this style of sleeping and rooms. For me, it exceeded my expectations and the futon was very comfortable, on the contrary, it helped with my back pain. The room is about 2.5 by 2.5 meters, but this is typical for Japan. For me, it is a great experience, plus the shower, sink and toilet facilities were great. Everything was clean. Free breakfast can be ordered in advance, hot and fresh. The location is also great, about 15 minutes walk from the subway or JR station. Great price considering the location. In general, you can reach interesting places in this Akihabara district on foot. I can only recommend it.
BTW self check in and check out,
- Minh (8/5): Very good -
- May (8/5): Overall it’s clean, quiet and good service. - Very clean and nice location The stairs were hard if you have suitcases. Very narrow and there’s no elevator. Self check in and check out was something new. If you like room for standing up, this is not the hotel. Overall good service.
- Madeline (3/5): Warning: bed bugs - This review is hard to write, because the place was lovely and looks as pictured, the staff were helpful, the shower was awesome, and the rooms comfortable even though they were small, but the presence of bed bugs overshadowed everything. At 11PM on the first night I discovered one crawling toward me, and we immediately left to go to another hotel (after checking every single item of clothing and all of our bags to make sure we didn’t spread them!). Bed bugs are no joke!!! The staff were kind enough to refund us our entire booking, which was processed without fuss, which we very much appreciated. Bed bugs :( which made this hotel an unacceptable place to stay in. I sincerely hope they fix the bed bug problem, because it was otherwise a really affordable and cute accommodation with helpful staff.
- Manca (4/5): Disappointing - Very kind man at the breakfast. Breakfast was nice too. Rooms are 2 square metres small.
Stairs are crazy narrow and steep - forget bringing a large suitcase up here.
Forget opening your luggage in the room - there's hardly any space to turn around. You open the luggage in the hallway.
They wouldn't store your luggage even for an hour after checking out.
There's 15+ minutes walk to the nearest metro station.
- Dennis (8/5): Very good - The location is perfect for having a quick walk to Akihabara. The room had everything I needed.
- Paweł (9/5): Superb - Self checkin was easy same as check out, rooms are small but it was enough for me. Location is really good with convince stores on the same street. Some neighbors were using shower / hairdryers at 1am so it can wake up someone
- Georgi (8/5): Very good -
- Claudia (1/5): Small and dirty room, not suitable for two adults - The check-in was possible without contact with staff at any time. The room was small and dirty. Lots of hair from the cleaning staff or previous guests. There was an incredible amount of dust on the room decoration. I cannot recommend a double room for two adults, as the room size is too small. Only two futons fit in the room, there is not even space to walk. Additionally, the door knob was falling off. The bathroom sink was clogged. I cannot recommend this guesthouse. We left after one night despite having booked for three nights.
- David (7/5): Good - Location was good. Very tiny room for 2 people with almost no space to place luggage.
Doing online check-in and check-out I find unpleasant.
- Sawyer (5/5): Passable -
- Marek (8/5): Very good - Location - not far from Akihabara or subway. The price is nice but do not expect anything spacious - the room is tiny with a shared bathroom. Very good for a sleepover but not spending much time inside. The breakfast is simple but delicious.
- Alexander (7/5): Comfortable and affordable, checking in was a bit annoying but a good place to stay if on a budget -
- Chang (10/5): Exceptional -
- Tooke (8/5): Wonderful traditional stay near Akiba! - Futon room was very spacious with space under the floor to store some luggage! Loved the traditional japanese style room and the showers and bathrooms were always clean. Hair dryers were provided on each floor aswell which was very nice. Narrow stairs made it a bit difficult to get all my suitcases up. I had quite a few so I had to go up and down a few times. Not a problem for everyone but worth keeping in mind if you intend on going with lots of luggage.
- Andrea (8/5): Really Recommended stay - Typical stay, small room, Perfect if you Travel light, really nice neigborhood
- Valenzuela (10/5): Exceptional - It’s perfect for anyone without big suitcases because the stair are narrow and there’s no elevator. It’s still doable just a little challenging. Still very very good place to stay! The narrow stairs.
- Mireia (8/5): Very good -
- Lim (8/5): Beautiful space for a well reasoned price for those looking near akihabara. - The breakfast was awesome, even though we could only get one sandwich, the one made by the wonderful older gentleman was great. It's just the final day, the younger male staff decided to make my breakfast awfully.
- Elden (7/5): Good -
