• Tatiana (9/5): Excelente ubicación - Excelente ubicación si llegas en Shinkansen, personal amable. Las habitaciones muy lindas y no tan pequeñas como el estándar japonés. No tiene desayuno, pero tiene un Lawson (supermercado de conveniencia) Justo al lado y ahí se puede comprar y resolver fácilmente.

• Lin (8/5): Happy to come back again - Location + service - really close and easy pavement walking to shin osaka station. Few long hours quick food and convenient stores. Very friendly and polite reception and you can also check in online if you prefer. Love the hot/cold coffee/chocolate, water and ice provided at lobby. Really quiet. Toilet, bathroom and powder room separated. Very clean room. Full supply of toiletries. The room is very small, but we managed to juggle around with it. No drama as we spent long day out. We stayed for 5 nights.

A teeny tiny bit small when it comes to room size - but still definitely big enough to open up luggage and move around clothes and such.

• Helena (6/5): Für 3 Nächte in Ordnung - Das Zimmer und das Bad (liebe diese kleinen Sitzwannen) hat mir gefallen. Lawson direkt am/im Hotel. Der kurze Weg zum Shinkansen Bahnhof. Da ich empfindlich gegen Geräusche in der Nacht bin, konnte ich nur mit Ohrstöpseln schlafen. Mein Zimmer war im obersten Stock und es gab ein monotones Geräusch, was weder von der Klimaanlage, dem Kühlschrank oder der Badbelüftung kam. Meine Vermutung: irgendetwas auf dem Dach des Gebäudes verursachte es. Auf Nachfrage hätte ich das Zimmer auch tauschen können. War mir für 2 weitere Nächte jedoch zu umständlich. Der lange Weg zu den Sehenswürdigkeiten.

• jia qi (8/5): - This hotel has a good location and although it is small, it has all the amenities and water bottles were provided. It was clean and comfy. Staff were friendly and helpful. Considering that the room we had was not big, the two chairs (rather big for the room size) were very much in the way of everything. We need to move the chairs around so we can get our luggage through. It will be better off to have just one chair, and has to be smaller than what it is now.

The room is neat and clean. 24 hours free coffee machine and Lawson convenience store just located at the ground floor. The staff are super professional. Simply the best! nothing

• Hanna (10/5): Exceptional - Close to the station, just a short 7 min walk. We arrived late, but check-in was available until midnight. On check out, we were given two umbrellas free of charge to help us get back to the station on a rainy day. Japanese style pillows are really hard, and it takes time to get used to them.
• Anastasija (8/5): Convenient location and small room - Check in and check out was pretty fast and easy, however we had to pay a 200 Yen tax for the room. Free coffee on the first floor with some decent free amenities. We got a ton of free water bottles and clean towels every day. Convenient location. Also nice to be able to cast at least Youtube on the TV. The bathroom was tiny and had a little bit of a sewer smell. Window was hard to figure out but we called reception and one of their employees did come up to show us. One thing to mention is that once our laundry was finished drying (although not dried fully) was removed from the dryer although it wasn’t even two minutes since it had finished. The table was unnecessary and took so much space.

There is a Lawsons convenience store attached, so snacks and drinks easy to get, restaurants close by on street or train station. Coffee at reception. All in all was good. You have to expect small rooms in japan.

The larger one was good, of a sufficient size, with bathroom and wc separated, which was much appreciated. Both rooms were clean. Good location. Friendly people The smaller room was actually small. With a large suitcase in we could hardly move in the room.

There is a Lawson Konbini right at the entrance which is great for late night snacks and other small items. Check in/out was smooth at kiosk. Staff was friendly and helpful, but a few only spoke Japanese. Good selection of free toiletries if you forgot anything. Room was large size for Japan but no dresser, so don't plan on unpacking too much. Free coffee and hot chocolate in the lobby. Shower/tub wall was not clean. Also no handle for a very deep tub made it difficult to get out of. Bed was very firm which was fine for me, but not so much for my wife
