- Claire (10/5): Tokyo à son meilleur rapport qualité prix ! - La disponibilité et la gentillesse du staff. La location juste à côté du métro Hatsudai et du nouvel opéra House. Même s’il s’appelle Art Hotel Shibuya, il reste plutôt éloigné de Shibuya (ce qui est mieux pour moi) et plus près de Shinjuku. Leur coffee shop est absolument adorable et tout est préparé avec soin sur le moment ! Caffè et pastries délicieux ! 😋 Si je dois vraiment suggérer une amélioration ce serait de laisser au moins 1 verre + 1 tasse + 1 assiette et un couvert dans le petit coin cuisine.

- Eyal (8/5): Arty experience in Shibuya’s quite area - They run a sweet bakery at ground floor where they also make great coffee. The design is nice and the room is cozy. The self check in is a bit tedious, there’s no view from the room as the window is facing a wall.
- Gisela (10/5): Genial ! Muy seguro y cómodo - La habitación era muy cómoda y grande, muchos elementos, tenía placard, creo q el uno en mis dos semanas en Japón con placard. Subieron mis maletas por mi. Abajo había un café muy rico, gran barrio, buenas conexiones de metro, bus y buenos restaurantes y bares. Gran relación precio calidad volvería sin dudarlo ! Lamentablemente me tocó una habitación con vista a una pared :( . No había ascensor para bajar las maletas.

- Florian (8/5): - Das Hotel entspricht eher einem Apart-Hotel. Mein Zimmer war mit Kochfeld, Spülbecken und Waschmaschine ausgestattet, was ich sehr praktisch fand. Das Hotel liegt in einem eher ruhigen Teil am Rand von Shibuya. Viele kleine und nette Lokale im Umfeld mit nur wenig Touristen. Wer gut zu Fuß ist, erreicht Shinjuku und den Meji Schrein fußläufig. Check-In Prozedere und Zugang zum Hotel etwas umständlich. Ich war um 14:35 Uhr vor Ort, das System lässt einen aber erst um 15:00 Uhr aufs Zimmer. Kein Aufzug vorhanden, sodass man das Gepäck mindestens eine Treppe hochtragen muss. Sauberkeit im Zimmer war eigentlich gut, es gab aber direkt hinter der Toilette einen Stelle mit Staub und Haaren.

- Sylvain (6/5): Déçu - La proximité du petit café pour le p’tit dej Le tout digital tue le digital . Nous avions réservé 2 chambres et en n’avons ont eu qu’une le premier soir. J’ai donc dormi parterre… mes diverses actions (mail, second mail, shat ) afin de contacter le support sont restés sans réponses. Votre manuel posé sur le bureau indique que le ménage doit être effectué apres minimim 3 jours de présence. Nous sommes arrivés le 13 avril et reparti le 17 et cette opération n’a pas été faites et j’ai gardé les mêmes serviettes pendants ces 4 jours . C’est inadmissible.

- Stephanie (9/5): - Sehr hilfsbereite Mitarbeiter im Café. Ich hatte mein Gepäck dort abgestellt (war noch kein Check in) und bin los die Gegend erkunden. Als ich später wieder kam haben sie mein Gepäck schon aufs Zimmer gebracht. Nachts kann man gut schlafen und hört nichts.

Ho spedito la valigia e lo staff mi ha chiesto se avessero potuto portarla in camera. Top, top, top L'unica appunto che potrei fare è che la finestra da su una struttura acccanto, molto, molto vicina.
- Amber (9/5): Top verblijf! - Ik was in het begin een beetje huiverig door een aantal negatieve recensies, maar ik kon daar echt niks van terugzien. Het personeel is super vriendelijk en helpt je ook met bagage tillen (ook al was dat echt niet nodig want mijn koffers waren ZO zwaar). Ook toen er iets was waar ik een vraag over had werd het meteen opgelost. Ik was ook heel blij dat er geen tapijt lag! De locatie is 1 halte van station Shinjuku vandaan, dat is echt perfect. In de buurt zaten veel winkels en eettentjes. Ook was het 40 minuten lopen en was je in hartje Shibuya. Het was ook een hele leuke wandeling langs koffie plekken en over een spoorweg. Het koffie café onder het hotel heeft overigens ook heerlijke koffie en hartige en zoete snacks! Ik zag mensen die de accommodatie met een gevangenis vergelijken. Als de waterdruk zo goed is in de gevangenis teken ik daarvoor 😂 Oh en het toilet is volledig met verwarming, bidet EN automatische doorspoel functie! Ik miste wel echt een TV voor de avonden dat ik even in de kamer wou chillen. Het was een beetje gehorig en er zaten geen viltjes onder de stoel dus die maakte super veel herrie.

It could be much better with very little improvements (see what I didn't like). A bit complicated for the average traveler. It was ok for me because I travel a lot but I didn't like the fact that there is no real reception (need to go to a coffee shop), there are many stairs and no lift and all the key and codes to be used are normally more used for an Airbnb and not for a hotel.
- Azusa (9/5): また、泊まりたい。 - 連泊したくなる施設。洗濯機があり、ベッド上に物干しスペースもあり、その近くにエアコンが設置されている。 夜干して寝て朝にちゃんと乾燥していた。ハンガーも3つあり、小物も干せる。 洗面とキッチンの水回りが兼ねられる配置。一つにすることで無駄なスペースを確保している。 洗濯洗剤、食器用洗剤、シャンプーコンディショナーなどもこだわりを感じるセレクト。 室内がオシャレ。打ちっぱなしコンクリと木の感じが心地よい。 デスクも広いし、お湯も沸かせる。電子レンジあり。 ベッドマットレスより若干ベッド枠の木が大きくなっていて、腰掛けるのに便利。 一階にカフェあり。ペット連れの方も安心して来ている雰囲気がよかった。 初台駅までちょうどよい距離感。 シャワースペースがかなり省スペース。小柄な方は気にしないレベル。体格の良い人にとっては窮窟かもしれない。

- Hiroki (9/5): とても良かった！ - 簡素だけど寝るだけ宿泊ならば充分なスペック。 特にないですが、普通のホテルと違ってスタッフさんがいるわけではないので、旅慣れない人には不安かもしれません。
- MickaelM (10/5): 1 week at Arts Hotel Shibuya - The location is good, between Shibuya and Shinjuku (closer to Shinjuku) The little flat is convenient with microwave and washing machine to wash your clothes The cafe downstairs is very nice, with good food I had 2 little problems in my flat but it was solved efficiently, this is Japan In my opinion the mattress is too soft

- Ellie (9/5): - I loved my stay at Art Hotels Shibuya. The room was compact but really comfortable and have everything I needed. The bed was super cosy, the shower was really hot and there was even a washing machine so I could wash my clothes from the flight and they dried by the time I left Tokyo. The hotel is above a cafe which serves lovely coffee and the staff are nice. They will keep your bags on check in and check out day which is really helpful. The location of the hotel is great. Very close to the Government Metropolitan building for a great free observation deck. The check in and check out process is done on a tablet and can be a bit confusing. You need to fill out a form and get a QR code.
- SAYOKO (8/5): - 初台駅からそれほど遠くなくよいロケーションだった。コンパクトに設備が整っていた。 部屋によるだろうが前の通りの音や人の声が深夜までうるさかった。トイレ、シャワーは狭い。

- ERIFYLI (6/5): a fair stay in Tokyo - The room was a good size, clean and are is nice if you have quite a few days in Tokyo. There are convince stores quite close and easily accessible to shinjuku and shibuya with the bus. The location was mostly accessible with a bus which delayed the sightseeing. I had to spend a day in the hotel as i was not feeling well and there was a dog crying all day and you could clearly hear it via the walls. While I would not mind normally, as i was not feeling well and needed to rest this was not possible to do. Also there is no elevator and you have to carry the luggage up and down to the room and into the reception area.

- Dika (8/5): Alles in allem sehr zufrieden. :) - Es war wirklich schön eingerichtet und das Cafe unten war auch genial. Ich war 2x da. Das erste mal nur für eine Nacht und da war das Zimmer wirklich klein, kaum Platz um sich zu bewegen aber für 1 Nacht war das okey. Deswegen habe ich nach einem grösserem Zimmer gefragt für den 2. Aufenthalt und das zweite Zimmer war super. Genug platz, hatte alles sogar eine Waschmachine. Das einzige was ich sagen würde wäre der Lärm. Man hat schon zimlich alles gehört, den Flur, Nebenzimmer und sogar manchmal die nachbarschaft bzw. Den lärm von draussen. Aber ich würde sagen wenn man kein 5 Sterne Hotel hat trifft das auf fast alle Hotels in Japan zu.
