• Axel (8/5): chambre spacieuse - Chambre spacieuse et bien organisée. Personnel disponible et efficace . Lessive incluse dans le prix de la chambre. quartier vivant offrant plein de solution de restauration et autres mais maison relativement calme. Eviter de prendre le 1er étage , le bruit des lave linges et du garage est très perceptible dans la chambre. La climatisation est orientée au dessus du lit, ce qui peux etre désagréable.

• Greg Tanner (9/5): A Nice Place to Stay in HCMC - The Staff were friendly and very helpful. They even did my laundry after my 2nd night. Rustique Maison was walking distance to many attractions and great restaurants. I loved the bathroom and the bed/linens were very comfortable. Having a desk was useful for me and I loved having so much personal space. The only thing that keeps this place from achieving a "10" is the floor in the kitchen. It is clean but is badly discolored. This gives the floor the appearance of being dirty. I would just replace it with the flooring used in the bedroom. Otherwise, the place is great!

• Elizabeth (6/5): Apartment Review HCMC - I liked the kitchen and the size of the room. 1.Room smelled moldy. Advised owner to replace air fresheners with moisture absorbers. 2. Sheets were clean, but washing detergent made me itch. 3. Hotel has an elevator, but it does not go to the ground floor. Elevator starts at first floor. Important if you have mobility issues. To enter the hotel you must walk up a flight of stairs.

• Favio (3/5): Got what i paid for - The price was nice The floors were worn out and in bad condition, they had a list of rules that included “dont eat on the bed because you can leave crumbs” implying that they dont wash or clean much. An other rule said not to bring back any unauthorized visitors, or else they would contact authorities . Also it was far from everything but thats my fault for not checking the location

Il servizio è ottimo, e include anche il servizio lavanderia gratuito. Vi è inoltre una bellissima terrazza con vista sulla città.

We had a window but there was a wall right in front and we had no daylight in the room. The AC could only be turned off or on, no finetuning. Roomservice only came to the room when you requested it, not as default daily.

Its not a hotel so there isn't a reception or anything. Sometimes there may not be someone around to open the gate. But the staff will be there if you tell them your arrival time.
• Amrit (8/5): Value for Money - The suite with a small kitchenette and bedroom was great. Cleanliness was great, and a good and safe neighborhood. Location was central and all sightseeing was within a 3 km radius. Nothing.
• Sandipan (10/5): Classy, rustic, beautiful hotel - Super clean, fantastic classic decor, bathroom also classy. Staff very friendly and available to support when needed. Thanks for a great stay! For me, direct air con is an issue. The air con vent being close to the bed was a bit of an issue, and as it's an older unit, it couldn't be modified beyond the temperature. Hope that gets changed/modified for the future!

А еще понравилось, что имеется ежедневная стирка вещей. Рядом много кафе, хороший район. Немного неудобно расположена дверь в ванной комнате. И хотелось бы на балконе хотя бы один стул. А в целом все хорошо

• Julia (9/5): Really good accommodation - The room was really spacious, and the bed was comfortable. Everything was clean, and I even had space to dance in the kitchen. And a little tipp, there is a nice rooftop in the highest floor 👌🏽 We didn't have a balcony with street view, which was mentioned in the description. Instead, we had a window facing a wall (but with a picture of a flower 🌸), so it was still good. Although we didn't have the balcony, we found the rooftop. Unlucky for us, there was a grumpy French man who was threatening us to throw down our phones if we wouldn't go away. Which was unnecessarily rude because he came out of nowhere and complaint suddenly without any warning that we would be too loud while we were speaking with family via phone on Christmas at around 10-11 pm... but it wasn't the fault of the hotel.
• Huyen (8/5): Good find - We stayed in the Deluxe King Room, 5B, for a week. We highly recommend this place because of attentive staff, cleaned the room every two days, having an elevator was a big plus and free laundry, use of roof terrace to unwind at the end of day.

Cool room loved the seperate kitchen and styling. No view (room 1b) as windows looked onto a wall. Sewerage smell in kitchen (bathroom ok though).

Nothing at all wrong with the surrounding area, but for us, it was just a bit far from the variety of 'touristy' bars and restaurants.
• Isis (10/5): Perfect stay - Room was beautiful, comfortable, clean, cozy, big, kitchen was great. Location is perfect, there are buses nearby going everywhere, street is cute and quiet. Neighbourhood has everything you might need. I really loved my stay here. Knives in the kitchen, they were not sharp at all 😞

• Pak (8/5): Very good - The address is clear and easy to find with the illuminating logo at the gate. Staffs are proactive. To communicate with the staff on-site, you will be using Google Translate. Which works so it's not a big deal. However, I didn't know that credit card payment is not available. Also that they cannot provide an invoice. Something that I will double check next time in my future travels.

Lots of local restaurants if that s what you like. Only 6min into the city by Grab It depends what room you book some of them might have limited day light option.

The tile floor was so dirty that it had grime all over it that I could scratch it Then when I asked for it to be washed, she only did up to near the edge. Was better but not really as one would hope.

They were very accommodating and did everything they could to make our stay pleasant and comfortable. The flat itself was perfect, great amenities, well looked after, clean and with nice furniture. Good AC, and they even have a rice cooker! Location is close to the centre but away from the noise and traffic. There’s also a very hip coffee shop in front of the place. Highly recommended stay in Saigon.
