- mori (9/5): - 従業員の方が優しかったです。フロントが24時間有人なのが安心できました。お部屋も掃除の札を下げておくと綺麗にしてくれます。駅近で電車が多く通ったり、人通りなどもありましたが騒音などは全くしなかったので部屋の作りも頑丈で壁が厚く作られてると感じました。メイクをする方は自分で大きくて立てられる鏡を持ってきたほうがよいかもしれません。

The drier didn't work but there are coin washing machines 5 minutes away.

- 裕美子（Yumiko） (6/5): 立地最高 - JR中央線大久保駅から徒歩1分。 大久保通りまで2分。立地は最高。スタッフは外国人ですが、言葉に不自由なし。エレベーターがないので、足の弱い方にはおすすめしません。 施設、設備はなかなか年季が入っていますが綺麗に整えられていました。 チェックイン前に荷物を預かってもらえたうえに、先に部屋まで荷物を運んでくれていてうれしかったです。

- Michaela (10/5): - A very cozy hotel with a great location and very friendly, English-speaking staff! The hotel is just a few steps from the train station. We had everything we needed, and they even gave us the basic information in our own language—how sweet! For those staying on the upper floors, it can be inconvenient since there is no elevator. But that wasn't the case for us, and we really enjoyed our stay. :)

- 연주 (8/5): - 신주쿠역과 한 정거장 거리인 오쿠보역에서 가까웠고 근처에 편의점이 있어서 좋았습니다. 큰 길로 나가면 돈키호테와 편의 시설이 있었으나 출금이외에 이용은 하지 않았습니다. 깨끗했고 편안했습니다. 직원이 상주에 계셔서 안전하게 느껴졌습니다. 아침 저녁 조용한 시간에 열차 소리가 나는 것 이외에 방음이 잘 되었습니다. 물이 제공되지 않아 편의점에서 사 먹었습니다. 다다미방으로 바닥에 짚이 일어나서 옷에 붙기도 했습니다.

- Elleni (7/5): Pretty good for price, especially during March/April. Would stay again. - Great location, around the corner from Shin-Ōkubo station which takes you straight to Shinjuku station. Also convenient Family Mart just 2 minutes away. Smoker friendly with a little smokers area outside the property. Rooms very small. Two carry on suitcases fill the entire floor space. The washing machine is on the 4th floor and there are only stairs. So bring on the first floor sucked.

- Graham (10/5): Great location in Ōkubo - Fantastic location. So close to Obuko station, like a 1 minute walk. Another 2 minutes away, you are in the main drag of shops and restaurants. Not in the middle of Shinjuku but walkable or catch the train. Room was a decent size. I like how you can hand the key in before you go out. Reception is 24/7 and it takes the stress away from losing it. Staff are super friendly and accommodating! Nothing!

- Carey (8/5): Extremely convenient location with spacious rooms and lovely staff. - Being able to drop off luggage before check in and being able to come and go without worrying about the front door closing was convenient. The accommodation is very close to Okubo Station (2 mins walk) and Shin-Okubo Station (6 mins walk). The room was pretty spacious for 2, so it was easy to organize luggage and relax in the space. Despite it being Hawaii themed, I would hesitate to call it that when there’s only few frames of some Hawaiian related photos hanging on the wall. Also, I appreciated the cleaning service, however, we didn’t leave a sign outside the room door to request for it, so I was surprised to see people had been in the room.

- Patrycja (9/5): - The location is perfect - 12 min walk to heart of Shinjuku! Room was clean, including everything we needed. There was a microwave in the hall, umbrellas to borrow if needed. Really great place for great price. We would definitely come back there! On top the trains are up to 3 min walk Close trains were great for walking distance but you could also a bit hear all the sounds through the window. Was not very disturbing though. Was a bit cold from window so we moved our beds a bit distanced (you can warm up the room with AC). TV has only few Japanese channels but we’ve noticed it’s unfortunately standard in Japan. Nevertheless, We would definitely book this hotel again if we are back to Tokio!

- Jasier (8/5): Easy and convenient accommodation close to everything you need - It was conveniently located close to a train line. And easy walk down into the main shinjuku area.

We knew that the hotel doesn't have elevator, so when we went back, we're gonna request a lower floor room. Turns out, when we're coming back, our luggages are already moved into our designated room (and yes, it's a lower-floor room). I really appreciate this gentle and considerate gesture. Room was spacious, if you're traveling as a couple and bring 25kgs luggages each, the room is still comfortable. Very close to station, Okubo and Shin-Okubo.
