• Marisa (9/5): Friendly hosts, clean apartment with all amenities. Expect some noise but great value for the price! - Ashley walked me through the house in person and gave me information about the area. They were responsive and helpful. Quick walk to train station. The train was a bit loud, but expected. Noise from the host house was also noticeable.

• Mark (9/5): - Great check-in, Ash was very nice and gave us loads of info about food/drinks in the surrounding area. Big bonus if you're a native English speaker, I assume the property owners are from Australia. Location close to Yoyogi park and Sangubashi station. Room space is small but well utilized. In-unit washer/dryer was a massive convenience. TV services in room were above average for Japan; Netflix, Prime Video, local cable, probably more we didn't explore. Located very close to train tracks, but some sound dampening tools were in the room to compensate (we personally did not mind the sound and did not use them). The least technologically advanced toilet we experienced in Japan, but still perfectly functional. My girlfriend will be mad if I don't mention lack of extra blankets, I was perfectly fine with the one already on the bed. Space was small enough that managing our suitcases was a bit of a puzzle/chore.
• Eleanor (9/5): Fantastic spot to explore Tokyo - Excellent location in a quiet residential area but easy to get to Shinjuku/Shibuya and beyond! The amenities are incredible with everything you could need in a lovely space. Found the bed to be a bit soft but that’s our personal preference. Loved our stay!

• Mehmet (10/5): Exceptional - It was like home. I like instant filtered coffees :) The host is so kind. Room is very clean and effective. It has netflix, wifi is very good. Thanks for everything. It is 20 min to shinjuku by walking. But there is a tiny metro station. If JR is not your main ticket company and you have your daily train tickets, this is a very good location.

Live like a local in a quaint residential area of Shibuya City! - I really enjoyed my stay here - a little home away from home in a lovely leafy green residential area of Tokyo. Those booking this place will be aware that it is close to a train line and a studio flat attached to the owner's house so shouldn't be suprised by the noise from both the trains and the neighbours, but I didn't find that it bothered me too much and I hope I wasn't too much of a noisy guest! The flat is small but has everything that you need. I can't say that there was anything in particular that I didn't like after reading the description of the place thorougly.

Clean, cosy, and well-appointed, it made for a relaxing retreat after a day of exploring. What truly set this accommodation apart was the exceptional hospitality of the hosts. They took the time to thoroughly explain all the features of the apartment, leaving no room for confusion. Moreover, their willingness to share additional valuable information about the local area, including recommendations for restaurants, attractions, and transportation, made my stay even more enjoyable. In summary, if you're looking for a place where every detail is taken care of and where hosts go out of their way to make you feel at home, these apartments are the perfect choice. I left with a sense of gratitude for the warm hospitality I received and would not hesitate to book again in the future. Highly recommended!

• Jenny (10/5): Convenient, clean, comfy! - Super convenient location, close to Sangubashi station with some great restaurants, easy walk to Yoyogi/Shinjuku. The bed was suuuper comfortable! Nice fresh linen, too - I had a great night's sleep. I appreciated having the Firestick with different streaming options so I didn't have to make do with local TV. The hosts were really helpful and responsive. I'll definitely stay again when I'm visiting Tokyo.
• Anonymous (8/5): A great base for a very enjoyable explore of Tokyo. - Compact but comfortable property in quiet residential area in central Tokyo between Shinjuku and Shibuya. Great location from which to explore all areas of Tokyo. Very helpful host and personal check-in. Arranged transfer from Haneda which made arrival after long flight very easy. You should be aware that the property is right next to the railway tracks. It is a busy line with trains starting at 5am. The noise didn’t bother us at all but take earplugs if it is likely to trouble you.
