Toilets are even below standard and high to step forward from room floor. There was no space even to keep the luggages in the room properly. Lift was smelling very bad and very below standard though the receptionist behaving good

• Raden (1/5): Bad - More to like scam. They don't have the sign board hanging at the building. We wasted our time to find the hotel. And the photos that provided by booking.com or property is not detailed enough. Its not fair. I requested for a refund
• Etter (1/5): Would absolutely never come back her and never recommend to anyone. Needs lots of improvement. - Honestly nothing about this property was good except for location. It looks nothing like the photos, the sheets were definitely not washed, it all smelled bad and covered in stains. Towels were stained and raggedy. The room is extremely small so my partner and I could not be both standing. Restroom had a horrible smell and no hot water. The staff sit outside on the patio talking loudly on their phone at night (which the receptionist did apologize for). Reception is very kind however.

• Hei (7/5): Good - The location is good pretty much right next to the MRT of Bukit Bintang and other shops and the famous street Jalan Alor, I am in a room with no windows which can get isolate the noise from the busy street. but still hear noise from next room or just. One of the staff name Aliabbas he being so friendly help me change bed sheet and clean doing great job. Maybe the toilet and room itself is getting old and not 100% clean but good enough for solo traveller. Maybe the door is too thin which I can hear what people saying when they near my door Need to talk around 25 steps stair to get to the lift.

• Chong (1/5): Not much opinion but please improvise to provide a better stay. - Location near to train station, near to some famous malls, like Pavilion. Room cleanliness still need improvements, discover small roaches in the room, but staffs is able to provide a cleaner room. There are mosquitoes in the room that cause a hard night and the rooms are not soundproof.
• Kh (2/5): Very poor - only location was good. the room was very small like a bird`s cage. bad smell everywhere like tobacco and marijuana. 24 h noises came from street. the room was not proper ventilated even there was no windows for the room.
