Important Information
From 1st January 2023, a tourist tax of RM 10 per room per night is applied to all foreign guests. This tax is not included in the room rate and must be paid upon check-in. Guests with a valid Malaysian Identity Card or valid permanent residents MY PR Card are exempted. For long-term stay for more than 30 days, we will collect a CASH DEPOSIT of RM 300. The deposit is refundable if there is nothing broken or lost in our room.
For long term stay (7 days above), there would be NO DAILY room cleaning service.
Please take note that there will be a COMPULSORY cleaning RM20/week/cleaning extra charges upon check in and for cleaning 1 week 1 time only
7 days stay= RM20 (cleaning fee* 1 week)
15 days stay= RM40 (cleaning fee* 2 week)
21 days stay= RM60 (cleaning fee* 3 weeks)
30 days stay=Rm80 (cleaning fee* 4 weeks)
90 days stay= FOC (cleaning fee* 12 weeks)

If you not agreed with the above charges, you may request cancellation for free.

Bilik air transparent wlupun ada tinted mungkin boleh letak tirai tebal dan pintu bilik air boleh dikunci.

- M. (7/5): Good - The location. Perfect walking distance to work place. The hotel also allowed late check-out with a very reasonable fee. Great, friendly & very helpful staff. Comfy bed. Super icy cold air-cond. All good 👍 . The tv in room 305 was functioning but my stay was work-related so I don't mind the tv.

- Nadir (4/5): Very Disappointed. - Building was ok Receptionist was not very friendly, when entered the room there was no slippers for the washroom, and in the washroom they put just two bottles with different colours of liquid in it. It wasn't even mentioned on the bottles that which one is for what purpose. Totally disappointed.
