I contacted the property by email to confirm the matter, but I received no response. In the end, I contacted my credit card company and the overcharged amount was refunded, but I was left with a sense of distrust regarding their handling of the issue. The morning hot chocolate was amazing and the cleaning staff were really friendly and helpful. The premises were extremely clean. We felt secure and happy. Thanks a lot! • Jerica Kate (10/5): Excellent! - It’s a simple, reliable hotel chain for me—fast internet, every room has a proper work desk, and it’s budget-friendly. If you want to stay closer to ICONSIAM, where most tour meet-ups usually happen, you can book hotels in that area, but the ones with a good desk and stable internet are dramatically more expensive. Since I only go out on weekends, I just book a Grab instead—it usually takes around 30 minutes to an hour to get to central Bangkok. Nothing so far. I like how simple the place is as what I have expected but I did not experience internet downtimes while working which is very important to me in such a good price.

• Richard (7/5): Good hotel if you have a car - Rooms although small were in good condition, bed comfortable.. A bit of noise from expressway, location a fair walk from train station
• A (7/5): Good - The hotel itself is nice, clean, comfortable bed, nice shower, in line with the HOP INN standards we know and love. 7/11 just outside. They lent me a hairdryer Location is not great if you are not driving. If you are arriving from a BTS station, I would not recommend to walk it, we have and regretted it. It's very far, and on a big road, it's not in a neighborhood.

• Mag.hao (5/5): Too loud to sleep, but a great example of HOP INN quality. - The room was spotless (even the windows were spot-on), and the personnel were terrific. The complimentary coffee was relatively okay for such an addition. The hotel is part of a big chain, and they are of a similar to IBIS in Europe: comfortable beds and a clean bathroom. The location was a bit more disappointing than we thought. We picked it because of our needs, but it is located near a highway with no pavement. So you take a taxi everywhere. And taxis take ages in the industrial area. The biggest issue was the idiotic balcony, with a door lacking insulation due to tearing or age. The whole day, you could hear all the noise from the highway. We changed the rooms twice to get further away from the cars. It helped a bit, but I would never recommend this hotel because of that. Just remove those balcony doors leading to an AC and no balcony anyway.

The hotel is further out of the main Sukhumvit area than I would prefer. It's a 25 minute walk to the BTS along a main road, which I hadn't quite appreciated when booking. Hotel is very clean and very good value for money.
