Please inform Expressionz 48th floor Sky Pool in advance of your expected arrival time. You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly with the contact details provided in your confirmation.
Guests are required to show a photo identification and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply.
A damage deposit of MYR 300 is required on arrival. This will be collected by credit card. You should be reimbursed on check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full via credit card, subject to an inspection of the property.
From 1st January 2023, a tourist tax of RM 10 per room per night is applied to all foreign guests. This tax is not included in the room rate and must be paid upon check-in. Guests with a valid Malaysian Identity Card or valid permanent residents MY PR Card are exempted.

- Bawani (3/5): was disappointed about the apartment. - having a washing machine was a plus. but there weren't a place to dry the washed clothes. The bathroom bidet was leaking. Apartment management offered a bassinet when we requested a cot for our toddler. The toddler ended up sleeping in a bed, where she fell to the floor multiple times. When we booked, we were told we would have a view of the Petronas towers. However, we didn't see the towers from our apartment at all; instead, we saw a dirty lake.

- Ain (4/5): 🫢 - The view is amazing and overall the place is clean I feel like the management could be better. The security department eventually calculated the parking during my stay wrongly and refused to admit it. Wouldn’t mind paying but if it’s not my fault, please make it easier for us on the payment. The deposit wise, should have told us earlier about that. RM200 cash is not possible since everyone has been going for the electronic payments method nowadays. Give us a heads up on that. The toilet has the bad odour coming from it the moment we steps into the room. Overall I hope changes are made and the business blooms.

Instead of 3pm they let us in slightly after the noon. Room and hotel overall are very clean and good looking. Also other staff, security and help staff are amazing. Location is a bit far off, you will need to go by taxi / Grab, you can't really walk since there is a big highway cutting you from the city.

- Wagner (8/5): I consider not come back again - The hotel is beautiful and the rooms are very spacious. My friends and I had a great time together and had a lot of privacy as the rooms had a very large space, two bathrooms, an incredible view and a wonderful living room. I was just upset because they turned off the hot water in our flat without telling us and we had to shower in cold water, we paid a very expensive tax and tourist tax, I complained to Booking about this and I still haven't had any response. Other concerns we also had were that the cleaners did not clean the room very well and always forgot to replace soap, towels and take out rubbish. The pool and gym on the sky pool are charged a fee every time you need to use it, they warned you in advance but unfortunately I found it unfair considering that we already paid an expensive fee, my friends and I feel deceived and financially abused as the hot water was cut off and we did not receive any refund. The reception staff are very charitable and helpful, but sometimes it was a little confusing to understand their English. They only gave us one key to use and it was quite challenging to share the flat key with three people. When we arrived at the flat on the first night, we didn't find three chairs since there were three of us, there weren't three bath towels and we had to complain to them to provide this and they did. Apart from all these frustrations, I still recommend this place to stay and I just advise you to look for new options that may be less stressful for you.

- Seemesh (6/5): Stay was kind of OK, not great as we hoped it would be when we booked the room. - Good property and good views. Location is not very far from city centre and near by shopping areas. Room size is good with all necessary items for family stay. Cleanliness is also good. Supermarket available for basic items. Complicated rules and extra charges for pool access, concierge etc. Only one key is provided while key is required to almost get to anywhere, so if you & family want to explore differently, it is almost not possible. Hot water not available even after long time of pressing the heater on.

- George (8/5): Amazing views and great value for money - Great place to stay for a few nights in KL. The apartment was clean, comfortable and we were on the 28th floor so had a great view out (but there is no guarantee your view will be of the city centre - our view was the opposite side). When we booked the 8th floor pool was advertised as free and the 48th floor pool was 20 ringgits. A few days before our stay the policy changed so that you had to pay for the 8th floor pool and the 48th floor pool was 30 ringgits. The cost for the 48th floor pool was worth it but disappointing to not have free use of the 8th when on booking the property it was advertised as free. The gym is a separate cost to the 48th floor pool which was also disappointing. Location was fine but as it is on the outer ring road the city centre isn't really walkable and you can get caught with very bad traffic getting into and out of the centre. Just keep that in mind for rush hour journeys. It's actually a good location for the Batu Caves though as it is the "right" side of the city for that.

- Aura (9/5): Superb - The room was spacious. They provided towel, bed linens, plates, mugs and glasses. There was also a washing mashine and dryer so as an iron board for clothes. The room was like a mini Air B n B. It was very nice that they keep the room neat and clean everytime we go back to our room. It was also very very quiet on our floor. The pool area on the 8th floor was amazing. In the morning, there were not many people swimming in it. A little market is open until late in the evening. The reception was very very kind so as the security. It was amazing that our room had an overview of the Twin Towers at night. It was very relaxing to see especially at night. We had problems with a poor internet connection. Even though the room was cleaned everyday, the toilet was not.. There was not even a toilet brush for it. The security would even have to check our card even if we go in and out of the building very oft. It is overwhelming how many securities roam in the lobby as if something was happening. One time we just wanted to check the swimming pool on the 48th floor. We were not allowed to do so even if i explained we just wanted to see what it looks like and we were not there for a swim. However,we were not allowed to do so. It was disappointing. It would be nice to have a coffee machine in the lobby that allows also to pay for cash. The only coffee machine there from starbucks accepts only card payment. To be able to get to a destination, one should book a grab car. There was no near train station in the area or perhaps, we should book a car first to reach the nearest train station.

- Hasan (8/5): Enjoy the stay with family. Kids love the place. - The apartment is well designed, decorated, spacious, has good view, great facilities and security system is great. Air conditioning is well. Location is good. Convenient store at ground floor to get regular staff. Staffs are helpful, nice behavior and well mannered. Highly recommend for family living. There is no breakfast facilities. Restaurants are bit far away - 10 to 15 minutes car drive. Shop at ground floor should have more food items to eat ( break fast & light dinner). Each apartment should have a instructions board to know how about getting required services.

- Pablo (1/5): Misleading advertising - The shower The check-in is too late! 3 pm. But I knew it because it was in the information. I left my things and went out to make the most of the afternoon. I returned to the hotel around 7 pm and thought I should see the magnificent pool on the 48th floor with its incredible view, as advertised in the hotel information on booking. I went up and saw people in the water, so I went back to the room and put on swim shorts. Upon returning to the 48th floor, the door was closed, and a person opened it and asked what I needed. I told him I was a guest and would use the pool, which is when my discomfort and anger began. The young man told me I had to pay a ticket, something that is not mentioned anywhere in the advertising and information provided by booking about this hotel. In my case, I would be in Kuala Lumpur for less than 24 hours, and about 12 hours in the hotel. I chose that hotel because in the reviews (sometimes created by hotel staff), it said that the sunset in the pool with the Petronas Towers in the background was a must-see, so I was convinced... but it turned out that despite paying $55 for about 12 hours in the hotel, I couldn't use the only place for which I chose that hotel, as I could get a bed and a bathroom anywhere else for very little money. Very upset, especially because the young man who charged for the ticket immediately called someone from security in my presence, as if I were an intruder. I went down to the reception and expressed my displeasure to the staff. I understand they are not to blame for these rules, but I told them that the advertising was deceptive and that booking does not mention that you have to pay a ticket to use the pool, in addition to the fact that in the 8 photos of the room, the last one is precisely of the hotel pool THAT THEY CHARGE EXTRA to use. The staff checked my reservation and confirmed that my annoyance made sense since I paid for something that, in the end, was not included, and I had to pay extra to use it.

- Qylaabdul (1/5): NOT recommended. - Spacious. Full size fridge and washer is in the room. Customer service is very bad the minute we reached to check in. They just asked for a deposit of RM300 and gave us 1 key card without saying anything. We had to ask about the amenities at which level etc. Please note that they have different companies at 1 building but they are using the same reception counter. I witnessed one of the receptionist throwing rude remarks to a foreign customer in malay. She said "kau punya pasal ah aku malas nak layan"(your problem. im lazy to entertain you). I was thrown off guard when i heard that. Effing rude. The V&C reception counter does not operate 24 hours and it wasn't told to us. We wanted to check out at 7am cause our flight was at 10am. To our surprise, we are told by another receptionist from another company at the counter that this apartment reception opens only at 8am. I asked about my deposit as i paid in cash. The guy told me to just leave the room card and account number details on a paper. Apparently it happens to another customer as well cause we are both leaving for the airport around the same time. The room is not clean. The floor is super sticky. I had to buy a room slipper to use as it's not provided. The wardrobe is dusty. The toilet is not clean and slimy. Also during checkout, while we are waiting for grab, another customer from Kenya couldn't get a grab to the airport and they offered taxi to them. They wanted to charge them RM 300 for 1 way to the airport for 2 pax. Daylight scammer. We told them that grab 6 seater only cost RM120 and told them to wait for grab instead. - Mei (10/5): Overall is good, but shouldn’t hotel guest should pay for the swimming pool entry fees - Room is very clean, just nice for 2 persons. The hotel staffs work very slow, when we check out , we still need to wait for almost 15 minutes 😑 just for the deposit refund. And besides the room cleanliness, unfortunately need to pay RM 12 for the 48th floor swimming pool entry 😑😑 if not can get the KLCC significant view 😑
