- AHMAD FARID BIN (9/5): Opposite to KL East Mall 😍 - Super close to eatery restaurant and others facilities.. Across to KL East Mall.. Staff also are very friendly. Hotel having it's own parking spot. Everytime to enter the hotel have to press bell and the staff will open the door for you. The place is too crowded.

- Natassia (1/5): Horrible. Truly disappointing. - The only plus point is that its located near a lot of shops and theres a mall just across Its not just poor. Its terrible! In the first room (room 105), the toilet was dirty and berlumut. There were cockroaches and insects. We had to buy ridsect spray. And the toilet bidet was broken. A/C also didnt work. We changed to room 106, room was also not clean. Toilet was dirty and there wasnt any toilet cover. We were given another room. All the same. We got tired of changing rooms. The air bertakung in all toilets and simply dirty! Disgusting. Please please improve on your cleanliness. Not worth the price at all!

- Muhammad (1/5): I checked in during the night after spending the whole day in Genting. We wanted to find a place for us to rest to resum - None Small room plus dirty, the floor was pretty oily we had to use our shoes inside the room.

- Sally (1/5): Dreadful! Avoid at all costs! Deafening traffic! - Noisiest place I have ever stayed Call itself a hotel? That’s a joke! A hotel provides information and services for its guests. Noisiest oldest air con unit adding to the 24 hour deafening traffic noise of the highway. Toilet constantly blocking. No lidded bin in the bathroom or sign to tell guests toilet paper cannot be put into the toilet. Clearly it was a problem but hotel staff did not acknowledge it. One bin in the bedroom over flowing for 2 days despite putting it outside my room for emptying. No cleaning of the room available during my stay. TV not connected to any signal. Un watchable. So unhappy I checked out 4 days early but hotel refused to give me a refund.
