Odyssey30239009877 (8/5): Overall good - Location is great, conveniently access to family marts, 7 eleven, restaurants, Mr DIY, supermarket, bakery, Watson, and many more food to offer! Staffs are all friendly. The guy named Ole is very pleasant and helpful, helped me with my parcel arrangement. And another Indian girl helped fixed my room issue My room is clean, bright and space is nice enough. Downside - rooms aren't soundproof, I stayed at 1st floor, can easily heard vehicle noise from the roads as if they were just passing in front of me, also walking noise & close/open noise from other guests is too obvious. If you're a light sleeper this may be an issue. Other than these, overall is a good stay experience at this hotel

Curious47496456426 (4/5): REVIEW ROOM 201 - Hello. I would like to formally report my experience at Timez Business Hotel, Cheras. The check-in process was smooth, and my Queen Deluxe room was clean and comfortable. The bathroom was also clean with strong water pressure. However, the air conditioner was not functioning properly and did not provide sufficient cooling. This made the room very uncomfortable, and I had difficulty sleeping. I even had to use my own mini fan throughout the night. This is unacceptable for a room of this category. I request that the hotel take immediate action to address this issue and ensure it does not happen to future guests. Thank you.

Vacation34370320447 (10/5): I've been here twice and it's good, clean toilets, nice and soft beds. - The pillows are soft, I like them, but I only got two pillows because I came with my husband, two children and one grandchild. The toilets are clean and good, the conditions are very good and I I like their employees, they serve me well and are friendly, the best and nicest.

No mirror in the room. Must have mirror for easy used. No hook on wall to hang something useful. Must have 2 chairs for 2 person. Need to sit during eating or chatting with each other. Can not control the light.

Got plenty of restaurants nearby. MRT Batu 11 is just a kilometer away. The only complaint is the sound of unknown early in the morning. I guess the cleaner vacuum the next room. If possible, do it after 8 am.

Stay location is perfect as there are many nearby shops, restraurant, cafe and some other facilities. There is Aeon mall for shopping and for dinning. No issue in taking grab as location is near town.

Clean and tidy room, dust free room very well maintained airconditioner. They also provides a Hydrogen Water dispenser ilon every floor plus a free wifi. Overall its a pretty very well balanced hotel!
