• Ana (1/5): worst experience of my life - nothing literally. Under no circumstances should you consider staying at this hotel. Not only is it far from everything, but the accommodation has not a single window. To begin with, we were greeted by the most unpleasant reception staff, who were not only impolite but also entirely unhelpful. Upon entering the apartment, which reeked unbearably, we found a completely flooded bathroom and dirty towels that smelled foul and were damp. The mattress was not only uncomfortable but also extremely dirty, with a strong odor of sweat. The pillowcases were stained—on one side with coffee, and on the other with unidentified marks. We had to cover ourselves with only a bedsheet because the blanket was dirtier than the floor. The power socket worked intermittently, adding an element of suspense as to whether we would have any battery power during the day. As for the internet, it would have been better if it did not exist at all, as it was slower than the slowest snail in the world. While trying to sleep, in addition to the stench, you will be disturbed by unidentified ventilation noises—despite the fact that the ventilation, as it turns out, does not actually exist. Overall, this was a hellish experience, truly deserving zero stars—I have no idea how this hotel has been rated two stars. I sincerely hope no one else makes the same mistake we did.

• Albert (6/5): Pleasant - Price Cleanliness. I see pubic hairs everywhere upon my arrival. Thank god there’s non on the bed. But for that price, can’t complain much. What you pay is what you get, even though the housekeeping could’ve done a slightly better job.
• Abdullah (1/5): 0-10 - Nothing from a to z 1. Unprofessional and impolite staff – The behaviour of some staff members was rude and unwelcoming, which made the stay uncomfortable. 2. Unpleasant odours – There was a constant bad smell around the hotel premises, which affected the overall environment and hygiene. 3. Smoking inside the hotel – Guests were smoking in common areas, and no proper enforcement of no-smoking policies was observed. 4. Lack of privacy and noise at night – There were loud noises in the corridors during midnight hours, making it impossible to rest or sleep. 5. Water leakage in the bathroom – The toilet had water leaking continuously, which was both unhygienic and inconvenient.

• Rocco (10/5): Balestier Staycation - We drove from Kuala Lumpur and very tiring, just wanted to get some rest. Once we enter the hotel, we saw ample car park spaces,, we think this would be our favourite hotel next time, we guess because we were lucky this time, we got parking space despite random past review complaining about spaces. Considering the room value for money,since Ringgit dropped too much recently 💸, we don't mind praise for 5 star ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ review . Hotel setting just moderate & simple according to budget. Not much fussy regulations, during check in ,with basic amenities given by a standard hotel complimented with kettle, cups, jug, toiletries, clean towel, no bed bugs, no horror nightmare dream, happy sleep, fast elevator, views from room, and safe hotel to stay for the fun evening later at night. We like it ! Very retro.🥰 Plus mini market and eating places nearby the hotel and opposite the Shaw Plaza shopping mall. No alcohol selling after 10:30 PM

• Lena (3/5): The hotel definitely needs to be refurbished or at least painted and water heater changed. - The room was musty and smelly. There heater was not heating the water and you had to keep the water pressure very low to get some sort of hot water. The walls had marks or moisture.

• Seevaratnam (2/5): expected a simple room to relax ,what i felt that i was a beggar offered to stay in a rundown store - The location not bad but slightly away from good restaurants ,but there are lot lot eating places around but even the food are attractive and cheap ,sad not clean.The only good what i experience was very good friendly and helpful staff.I feel guilty giving bad/worst score. I want the management to awake to the reality . cleanness, insects, bath room ,lighting
