• Rosemary (4/5): I would not recommend this hotel. I don't know how it gets three stars. - Bed was comfortable. Room had a double aspect. Bathroom itself was fine but see below. The fan in the bathroom didn't work and the smell of drains was sometimes strong; the light was permanently on. The aircon control was missing so there was no fan (grim on the 4th floor in 25 degrees of heat). The din from the street was awful at night: the location was otherwise convenient. The amenities in the room were very basic – no shelves, no stand for a case, no kettle, no fridge. The free coffee machine in the lobby was out of action the only time I tried it. I paid more than £200 per night for this.
• Louise Emma (6/5): Overall not a very well kept hotel but very efficient location - Property is very centrally located, only a couple of minute walk from the train station and most attractions are not more than 20 min walk away The floor was dirty, very clearly wasnt cleaned before our arrival. The bedsheets were ripped and stained and the bed wasnt properly made, although the bedsheets smelled washed. The carpets were all patched up.

• N. Zwick (2/5): Mies! - Sehr gute Lage zum Hauptbahnhof Ich bin wirklich enttäuscht von diesem Hotel. Schon der Eingangsbereich wirkt extrem heruntergekommen und ungepflegt – insgesamt einfach lotterig und ranzig. Die Sauberkeit im Zimmer ließ ebenfalls stark zu wünschen übrig. Dazu bröckelte an mehreren Stellen der Putz von den Wänden, was den schlechten Gesamteindruck noch verstärkt hat. Besonders problematisch fand ich die extrem steile Treppe ins 1. Obergeschoss. Mit einem Koffer war das wirklich unangenehm und ehrlich gesagt hatte ich Sorge, dort wieder sicher herunterzukommen. Von Barrierefreiheit kann hier definitiv keine Rede sein. Hinzu kam, dass die Klimatisierung bzw. Heizung im Bad nicht funktionierte – bei gerade einmal 13 Grad Außentemperatur alles andere als angenehm. Das Zimmer selbst hatte außerdem nur ein winziges Fenster mit minimalem Lichteinfall, wodurch es sehr dunkel und bedrückend wirkte. Und das alles für rund 250 Euro pro Nacht – absolut kein angemessenes Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis. Ich würde dieses Hotel definitiv nicht noch einmal buchen.

• Hamish (3/5): - The room was freezing when I arrived as the window had been left open. The heat pump on the wall did not work, and the inverter attached to the outside was loud and did not seem to stop running all night even though I stopped the heat pump soon after starting it. The room and the hotel were dirty and smelled like stale cigarettes. The mattress was uneven and the pillows had a musty smell to them. The walls between the rooms are very thin and I was awoken at 2am when people returned to the room next door, presumably after a big night on the town, and proceeded to cough, retch and moan until dawn.
• Sharondeep (5/5): Brilliant location. Ok hotel - It was a very clean hotel in a brilliant location. Very polite staff. The bathroom needs updating. No pressure for the shower and there were no toiletries. The mattress was just two massive soft mattresses on top of each other. You need a step ladder to climb up to the bed.

Stairs are so narrow and unsafe for us to bring our luggages since the room provided was in a corner/landing where there is a narrow 3 step stair going down then right in front is another stairs going down. I asked for another room for 3 persons. So they squeezed us in a double room with an air bed on the floor. We were cramped like sardines in a can with all our luggages.
• Sein (3/5): Average at best - Ol mate on the night shift was lovely. Also, comfy bed. Fresh towels every day. First impression was rough. Dirty laundry In a big pile at the bottom of stairs in direct view from entrance. Not ideal, sure there somewhere else it could go. On arrival Room key wouldn't work. Told front desk, she just scanned the card on our door until it worked and left. From then on the card worked intermittently, took 5 to 10 attempts to enter the room every time. Once we were in the room, sorry to say not much better.. Alot of wear and tear, nothing like the photos and very cramped. The shower had 2 heads, 1 detachable with the lowest pressure they could get it seemed and the other mounted so it gives the toilet and the whole bathroom a good rinse. Genuinely i brought my friends over to show how ridiculous it was 😅 Far out, almost forgot about the air-conditioning. Was a warm evening so tried to turn it on. It came uo with amd erro and would let work. We down to reception and let the know to which they said "yeah error means its broken" . Didnt look at it, didn't call maintenance for help, only solution was a very dirty small desktop fan that the front desk person grab for me reluctantly. Didn't help, was bloody hot. Every time I think im done I think of more. The mini fridge, far out. Way to loud, had to unplug it to sleep. Rant over 🤣

• Petra (7/5): Prima, personeel nogmaals uiterst vriendelijk! - Uiterst vriendelijk personeel. Echt top! Ligging erg goed Kamer erg klein maar dat zal wel zijn omdat je bijna midden in het centrum zit. Verder toilet liep door, raam kon niet goed dicht, geen glazen op de kamer om wat te drinken, kraan in gootsteen badkamer deed het niet goed. Maar dat kan allemaal gerepareerd worden.

Loved it. The bed did dip a bit in the middle, but since I'm 6'3" and slept with my wife, it wasn't a problem.

Światło z łazience było na fotokomórkę i nie dało się go wyłączyć. Przydałby się zestaw do parzenia kawy i herbaty w pokoju bo był dostępny w lobby.

• Jan (4/5): Za 320€ na dvě noci??? Určitě ne - Lokalita nedaleko nádraží, v boční klidné uličce. Vstřícná recepční. Plíseň, špína na zemi, vajgly za oknem. Po výměně pokoje zválené povlečení na kterém zřejmě již někdo spal.... Ubytovna či hostel by byly čistší, název hotelu je skutečně ironie.

Not a major problem to us but could be for some and if you had a room at the back of the hotel you probably wouldn’t hear any noise

• andre (1/5): Tegenvallend en niet te beschrijven in één zin. - Niets Geen WIFI op kamer, zelfs naar meermaals vragen. TV die NIET functioneerde op verschillende posten. Kamer was ondermaats. Het bed, tweemans, stond zodanig opgesteld dat men over elkaar diende te kruipen om naar WC te gaan.

The bathroom had been renovated The bathroom window had no curtain and there was scaffolding outside the window. We ended up putting a towel there to stop anyone looking in while we were showering. The floors had not been swept and the carpet outside the room had not been vacuumed.

Un supermercato completamente attaccato alla struttura,ristoranti, bar e posizione anche molto comoda per raggiungere piazza Dam, la casa di Anna Frank,il museo delle cere,il quartiere a luci rosse...insomma,molto molto vicino a tante attrazioni! Ma soprattutto vicinissimo alla stazione centrale di Amsterdam... Sicuramente ritorneremo! Che nessuno del personale parlasse o capisse l'italiano, che la colazione non è inclusa al pernottamento e nel bagno, la doccia, è aperta per metà e quindi l'acqua usciva tutta fuori...

Luvattiin viedä irtopatteri ja uusi tyynyliina sillä välin kun ollaan kaupungilla. Ei viety, unohtui. Vietiin siis itse. Suihku myös surkeassa kunnossa, vaikka kyllä sieltä vettä sai tulemaan. Kahvat rikki. Niin kuin myös wc:n toinen huuhtelu rikki. Vaikutti siltä, että ei juuri välitetä kunnossapidosta. Huoneet tosi pieniä, mikä kyllä aika normaalia. Rakennustyöt vieressä piti meteliä aikaisin aamusta. Ne toki tilapäisiä ongelmia. Huoneessa oli käyty toisena päivänä, kun patteri oli irroitettu seinästä. Ihmettelin, että lähes täyttä roskista ei kuitenkaan oltu vaivauduttu tyhjentämään.

• Velmaryz (1/5): - Only the location My experience at this hotel was very disappointing. From the moment we checked in, both rooms had a strong unpleasant smell, clearly indicating a hygiene issue. In addition, there was visible dust, the rooms were in poor condition, and the beds were uncomfortable. We reported the situation immediately, and although we were given replacement rooms, the same problems persisted, including the smell and overall lack of cleanliness. This was not a matter of preference but a basic cleanliness and maintenance concern. The smell was especially noticeable in the beds, which made us uncomfortable and raised serious concerns about hygiene. The only reason we ended up staying was because we could not find another available option that night, but it was not a comfortable stay. The hotel’s response was insufficient and did not properly resolve the issue. I would not recommend this hotel, especially if cleanliness, comfort, and proper maintenance are important to you.

Le calme de la chambre donnant sur l'arrière, et de l'hôtel en général. Salle de bains OK. Chambre exiguë, laissant peu de place au dépôt des affaires. Le chauffage (clim) ne fonctionnait pas, mais a été remplacé à la demande par un convecteur, et la douche était froide.

• Craig (4/5): No pleased - Location that’s about it Beds were dirty as seen in photos,ac heater didn’t work so was cold for a while then reported it was told someone would look at it then proceeded to hear nothing,a hour past staff finally looked at it while I was out,worked for a while then went of again so I had to use the small heater provided which the cable was exposed and left dangerous as seen in photos and then construction work started from 7am which woke us up and the bed was not comfy and someone had separated bleach onto a dirt patch rather than change the sheets

Room didn’t look like it had been cleaned from the guests before us or the 10 before those, dust and hairs all over the floors, skirtings thick with dust the whole way round the room. No kettle or bottled water. Bathroom very small, does the job although after a shower the whole floor is wet and a small square towel doesn’t quite do the job.

• ONUR (4/5): Uncomfortable and dirty accommodation directly in the city center. - The hotel was in the city centre, we could check-in although we arrived an hour early. A bed that’s so soft that you dive into the center of the world when you want to just lie down, with spider webs around it for a chateau effect inside a tiny room !!!

Bed was so uncomfortable. Mattress dipped in the middle- worst nights sleep! Curtains hanging off the railing. Bathroom had half a shower screen so flooded the entire bathroom showering and only given 1 towel for two people. The left luggage is just an open area near reception where anyone can access your stuff. Didn’t feel very safe or considerate

The shower didn't have a screen so water got everywhere. The walls were a bit dirty.

Our non smoking room smelled intensely like weed and tabacco! It was suffocating and only cleared up on our second day of the stay. At the window there were joints and cigarettes so people obviously smoked there. Horrible construction noise at 7 am. The double room was so small the luggage barely fit.

Αυτά σας τα παραθέτω γιατί είχαμε θέμα και με την θέρμανση καθώς τα παράθυρα είχαν μηδεν μόνωση κι έπρεπε να δουλεύει ασταμάτητα το κλιματιστικό (χειμώνας Ολλανδία ).

Bu otelden once kaldıgįm Paris ve Brüksel otellerinde yįldız olmamasına karşı cok iyiydi. Bu otele nasıl 3 yıldız unvanı verilmiș anlamakta zorluk cekiyorum. Kesinlikle tercih edilmemesi gerekiyor

L'entourage de l'hôtel et surtout la cafétéria l'amour. La proximité de la station de train. Le chauffage n'était pas bien réparti dans les pièces. La salle de douche restait froide. Une seule commode.
