• ตรอ้ (8/5): - ชอบตู้เย็นใหญ่ดี น่าจะมีไมโครเวฟให้หน่อย แล้วก็อัพเดทเป็น 600 บาทต่อวัน บางทีซื้อของมาจะได้เวฟได้ และถ้ามีเช่าเป็นรายเดือนได้ยิ่งดี บางทีอาจจะเช่าสัก 3 อาทิตย์ 1 เดือน ช่วยทำความสะอาดแค่ 2 วันพอ นอกนั้นทำกันเอง แต่ให้มีน้ำให้ทุกวันวันละ 2 ขวด ตกวันละ 350 ถึง 400 น่าจะโอเคนะมีไมโครเวฟด้วยถ้าเช่าระยะยาว น้ำไหลไม่ค่อยแรง

• Alejandra Arcila Olaya (1/5): Disappointment - Proximity to the place where I did a course for 3 weeks. Quietness. Availability of cleaners every day. The receptionists didn't speak English, so communication was near impossible. Not even Google Translate was useful. The rooms that I initially booked were incredibly stinky with air freshener, the fridge and air conditioning were very noisy, and the sink tap was detached. They offered me other rooms but they were the same. I finally ended up staying in a more pricey room, which wasn't within my budget, but it didn't stink, and the air conditioning and fridge were quieter. The hot water system kept making the electricity switches go off, meaning that the system couldn't bear the demand for electricity. It also made me very unhappy the fact that the fridge didn't work while I wasn't in the room, meaning that food was at risk of going off with Bangkok weather. Some staff were helpful, and some others were rude. In all, don't stay in this hotel if your expectations are to communicate with the staff to give you recommendations about the city. Don't stay in the more affordable rooms unless you don't care about smells and noises. And be prepared to be frustrated about something but not be able to solve it.

• Sharon (9/5): Superb - The room, bed and bedding were immaculately clean and exceptionally comfortable. The staff were incredibly patient and helpful and consistently went the extra mile to ensure that the needs of foreigners were clearly understood. The location is also highly accessible by various modes of transportation—Wat Klang Pier is just a short walk away, and from there, you can easily reach Pratunam Pier in about 40–45 minutes, with the Platinum Fashion Mall located nearby. Just a few steps away, you can also enjoy a Thai massage and other services from highly skilled therapists. Without a doubt, this hotel provides outstanding value for money.

In my opinion, I liked everything, there was a little problem, so it was a little language problem, but it was not that much of a problem, it was translated and explained to them.

• Melanie (8/5): Very good - the only thing i like pda lord rate is good,the thailander like indian and the girl thailander drom the reception.even we have language barriers they took time to translate in Google..they try the best to communicate us.. no kettle in the room..need to get down to the groud floor,waste time to get water most especially to PWD like me need Hot water to my hit compress... no kettle no slipper no complimentary cofee no Netflix no cable aircon at first room was not working properly i need to get or ask for electric fan.. very good they transfer us .. its hard for them to clean our room or to throw our trash .keep asking for cleaning...

• Marc (4/5): A cheap stay and it shows, hotel has very overbearing rules and the staff follows them to a T - The price, its cheap, the interent fast, the staff tried to be helpful within their capacity. it had a bed, a shower and a door, the water in the shower was warm and the toilette worked. The receptionist is pretty, (look really grasping at straws to fill the green bar) First let me get the most disappointing out of the way, i needed one A4 page printed out (my visa) but that is not allowed in that hotel. I understand not wanting to print out master thesis's, but 1 A4 paper that a traveler really needs, goes against common sense and is just stupid. The staff tried to be helpful and ordered me a bike to a printout service, but after much promting and bothering from my side. (this makes the hotel loose 2 stars on the scale for me, the rule about the printout, not the staff per se) Thought the staff only spoke thai, but goggle translate worked acceptable. The hotel room was extremly sparse, at least it was usable. Everything is old and in quite the bad shape, without anybody bother to fixing it. the toilettries were just thrown onto the bed, the toilett paper i had to search under the bed even. the view from my room was basically none existent, at least you can look into your neighbours room. There is no curtain, just frosted glass to keep out the morning sun, so if your sleep is sensitive to sunlight, you will have a bad time. The room itself was quite dirty, but that might also just look the way because everything is so old and not very well taken care off. The location itself is not very good far away from any usable station on metal wheels (skytrain or mrt) and the only thing really notable is the 7-11, the next mal is very far away and other than that there is not so much else. All in all, only stay in that hotel if you want to be treated like a number, who lives in a prisoncell with good interent. Its cheap and closer to the airport than most so it might be a good destination if you can not get your flight that day. (just be aware that you will receive 0 assistance from the hotel itself, for any problem, even if the staff might try to help you)
