When I checked out and handed over my room KeyCard to the reception, I realised that I have forgot my Chocolate in the Fridge. Before I could reach upstair, the receptionist went to check the room and the Chocolates were vanished. I told the manager in the front desk but he argued and offered me 40 baht. I refused the money & left the Hotel with heavy heart and awful experience on my 23rd Visit to Thailand.

(En panne depuis plusieurs jours Télé ne marche pas. Impossible de dormir dans les chambres donnant à la rue (trop bruyant à toutes heures). Pour les taxis, pas de places pour stationner devant l'hôtel pour déposer les clients et les valises sans gêner la circulation.

Taps loose, silicon in bathroom old and mouldy and tv doesn’t work. Safe couldn’t be opened so it couldn’t be used and also not bolted down.

• Aviad (4/5): If you have any special requests or needs - don't book here. - Bed was comfy, room was spacious and it was cleaned often. Hotel does not reply to emails or private messages on this platform, and the staff cannot speak English even when I called them. All I wanted was to check-in early due to 3am arrival. I had to send a local friend to the hotel to set that up and pay for that. Worst part was that when I arrived, the receptionist (through Google Translate, because they spoke no English) argued with me that I can't check in until 12pm, even when I showed him my receipt. After 30 minutes of insistence on my part he realized I'm not leaving and magically sorted it out (there were 'no rooms available' just a few minutes before that). Overall it was very unpleasant.

Everything you need is just a short walk away — malls, massage parlours, 7/11s, restaurants, and public transportation. The staff are incredibly friendly and cooperative, making the stay even more comfortable. The house cleaning is every 3 days. If you are travelling with a group then it becomes a mess in 3 days.

The water heater in the bathroom wasn't working. I hope they do a renovation soon. If the rates increase without newer facilities, then this place is not very attractive.
