Very, very noisy at night, from both the restaurant downstairs and other guests in the hallways and other rooms through the thin walls, and also from the hotel across the road, which played music from the roof terrace late into the night at very loud levels.

Personnel sympathique Petit déjeuner correcte Manque un peu de choix au niveau du petit déjeuner . Quelques yaourts et viennoiseries auraient été parfait . Dommage que la piscine et le spa soient payants après 18h , horaire où nous sommes généralement disponibles après une longue journée .

From the moment we arrived and even before while exchanging via Booking.com, we were met with genuine warmth that made us feel right at home. The traditional Turkish "kahvaltı" in the hotel restaurant was one of the daily highlights of our stay and our ritual before starting our day ! Just 3 minor things : we wished the room was a bit bigger, had better air filtring (as some smokers smoked in the bathroom in the room next to us and the ventilation system didn't filter out and our bathroom smelled cigarettes) and enough clothes' storage space for two people.

Dès que la ventilation de la salle de bain était activité une odeur de cigarette remonté et ça sentait très fort. Très désagréable.. Le spa manque un peu d’hygiène.. et dommage que les horaires du SPA et de la salle de Sport sont de 12h-18h.

Price vs value: I’d say okiish, bit on the pricey side but worth it. Facilities like pool and fitness/gym are very limited, keep you expectation either to low or non.

• RAFOL (10/5): Świetna lokalizacja i stosunek ceny do jakości. - Bardzo miła obsługa na recepcji (szczególnie Mehmed). Duże pokoje, nasz była z widokiem na cieśninę. Atutem są sauny i basen. Śniadania chyba najlepsze podczas mojego pobytu (byłem w 4 hotelach).

• 6c7fa09e3d2170441c98147a27140447 (10/5): Великолепное расположение - Отличное расположение, рядом с основными достопримечательностями. Рядом линия трамвая, который идет по самым интересным местам. В шаговой доступности много магазинов, кафе, достопримечательностей. Великолепные завтраки - большой выбор, все вкусное, каждый день разные блюда. Очень приветливый персонал. Удобный номер, мы брали номер на троих с тремя разными кроватями. Кровати - полуторки, спать комфортно, матрасы и подушки довольно хорошие. В номере чайник и чайные принадлежности, мини-холодильник. Есть зоны на 2 этаже (над лобби), где стоят кресла-диваны, вечером можно проводить время там. На верхнем этаже - обзорная крыша-веранда, с нее открывается прекрасный вид на город и Босфор. В отеле есть бассейн и спа. Бесплатное посещение бассейна с 12 до 18 часов. После 18 часов - за дополнительную плату. Из удобств: бассейн (соответствует фотографиям), джакузи, сауна, парная комната. За дополнительные деньги - хамам или массаж. Спа-зоной пользовались каждый день, очень понравилось, после прогулок по городу было приятно прийти и поплавать, отдохнуть в этой зоне. Периодически на диванах в зоне спа курили и это было не приятно. (курили сотрудники отеля). Интернет отличный, на всей территории отеля (кроме спа, тк он на -2 этаже). Из лобби можно попасть в ресторан (не выходя на улицу). Очень уютный ресторан с живой музыкой и комфортным залом. Все было очень вкусно. Нам очень понравилось проживание в этом отеле. Не советуем брать экскурсии, которые предлагают на ресепшене отеля. Очевидно, отель сотрудничает с какими-то фирмами по организации экскурсий. мы взяли прогулку по Босфору. Все было организовано крайне слабо, обратно не довезли до отеля, пришлось идти по каким то улицам, чтобы вернуться домой. обещанный гид, который должен был рассказывать экскурсию в зале на теплоходе, бормотал что то в микрофон, не было слышно ни единого слова. Пришлось уйти из зала и подняться просто на открытый воздух и смотреть на проплывающие берега. Мы заплатили за эту экскурсию по 25 долларов. А в другой день просто поехали на общественном транспорте на паромчике по тому же Босфору за очень маленькие деньги (соизмеримо проезду в трамвае) и получили такое же удовольствие. Так что подумайте, прежде чем обращаться в подобные экскурсионные места. Из минусов - курят в зоне бассейна (сотрудники), мы не курящие и это доставляло нам большое неудобство. Все остальное понравилось.
