Le parking une horreur dans un tout mini ascenseur a te faire manœuvrer milles pour pour y garer ta voiture et descendre au parking, parking si nous pouvons vraiment dire cela en bref plus jamais

• Mohammad Sadegh (1/5): I do not recommend the property as it was not expected for a 4-star hotel. - We were very disappointed with this property. It did not even meet the standards of a two-star hotel and felt more like a hostel. The breakfast was particularly disappointing. The food was not fresh l, even the fries were hard and tasted as if they had been prepared days in advance. It seemed that quality was sacrificed for quantity. The only fresh items were the eggs; everything else appeared to be of very low quality or leftovers. The only lovely thing was the staff, especially Ali.

И в номере стоял ужасны запах, невозможно было спать. В номере не было ни стола, ни стула. Только кровать, одна тумбочка прикроватная, шкаф и место где стоял чайник и кружки. Мы были в Стамбуле на несколько дней, хорошо что не стали сразу оплачивать все, оплатили здесь ночь, потом нашли другой отель.

• Eric (6/5): - The staff was very friendly, and the location was very walkable to the Metro and public transport. Great water pressure and plenty of hot water, There were many things we did not like about the Four Sides. First, we had to ask for our sheets to be changed. We were there for a week and never had the sheets changed. Second, the towels were thin and had holes. Our bathroom did not get cleaned, and again we had to ask for the toilet and the shower to be cleaned. They definitely hired a professional to photograph things and had stuff staged. What is presented on Booking.com is not what we experienced with the breakfast, linens, or even the slippers. Don't pay extra for a balcony, because it is maybe 15cm wide. The room was hot, we had to have the heat turned off and open the windows when it was rainy and 44* F (6* C) outside. Since our windows were open, we listened to continuous street noise: honking, scooters speeding by. Thus, to say we did not sleep well.

• Firas (5/5): Shower - The hotel staff were okay in their attitude During my stay at the hotel, I was unable to take a proper shower because of a serious problem with the water temperature. The water was either extremely cold or very hot, making it impossible to use the shower comfortably. When I asked the receptionist, I was told that the problem came from the municipality and affected the whole area. However, after checking with people outside the hotel, I discovered that this was not true — the problem was clearly from the hotel itself. It’s disappointing to receive incorrect information instead of a real solution. I hope the management takes this issue seriously and fixes it for future guests.

Breakfast needs improvement, and the restaurant staff should pay more attention to both service quality and customer interaction. Kahvaltının geliştirilmesi gerekiyor, ayrıca restoran çalışanlarının hem hizmet kalitesine hem de misafirlerle olan iletişime daha fazla özen göstermesi gerekiyor.

The breakfast offered a nice variety, and the cleaning staff took care of our room every morning. Our room also had a large balcony with a lovely view of the surroundings, which made the evenings especially pleasant. The towels were clean, but a bit worn/old. The shower gel and shampoo could be improved, and a liquid soap option would be more convenient than solid soap.
