• Michel (8/5): - guter Service, freundliches Personal, rascher Anschluss an den öV um in den europäischen Teil zu gelangen und sehr zentral im asiatischen Teil gelegen -> Kadiköy Viertel. Istanbul ist eine tolle Stadt und ich habe mich sehr wohl bei meinen Gastgebern gefühlt. beim Frühstück hat man eine grosse Auswahl. aber die Getränke waren nur mittelmässig. Säfte schienen nicht frisch, Tee zu bitter und Kaffee auch nur mittelmässig. Es ist aber sowieso empfehlenswert sich ausserhalb vom Hotel über Cafés, Restaurants und Steetfood zu informieren. In istanbul kann man an so vielen Orten lecker Brunchen, dinieren etc. In meinem Zimmer wurde geraucht. ich habe es jeweils nach dem Eintreten realisiert, aber dann nicht mehr gerochen. Es steht an den Zimmertüren, dass bitte nicht geraucht werden soll, aber im Zimmer steht ein Aschenbecher bereit... für mich als Exraucher war das ein wenig unangenehm.

• Elena (9/5): Gute Lage und schöner Aufenthalt. - Schönes Hotel mit großen Zimmer und netter Einrichtung. Das Personal war super nett und hilfsbereit. Frühstück war lecker und konnte man auf der Dachterasse des Hotels zu sich nehmen. Beim auschecken gab es noch ein kleines Geschenk vom Hotel.

• Magdi Kandil (1/5): - Nothing The hotel cancelled my reservation last minute pretending they couldn't process the card which I used many times on Booking. I calmed them and they said they would try again and let me knowl if there was a problem. However, they cancelled without calling and wouldn't answer my calls again. It was a great inconvenience after a long flight. Needless to say, I used the same card to make another reservation. They might have booked my room at a higher rate to another guest and made up the card issue. Be careful especially if you are getting there after a long flight. Early reservation of this hotel might not help as they are ready to cancel it any time.

• Ioana-Cristina (7/5): Overall it was a good stay, the great food and wonderful staff made it up for how small the actual room was and the fact - I liked how helpful the staff was. I liked the breakfast we had every morning. I liked how close the property was to the ferry station. I liked the daily cleaning and new clean towels, the gentleman that had this task did an extraordinary job and he was so sweet and kind. I didn’t like how small the room was. I didn’t like the shower, it had some weird black patches that i don’t really know what is was, but it looked disturbing. I didn’t liked the fact that the TV wasn’t a smart one, and we couldn’t really use it for anything because we didn’t understand turkish

• Ekaterina (8/5): - Me gustó mucho la ubicación del hotel, muy cerca de la parada de los buses que circulan entre los aeropuertos SAB e IST. El desayuno en la terraza fue muy agradable. El personal muy majo. Estuve en Deniz hotel en mayo y los precios estaban razonables, pero en verano ya veo que han subido perdiendo la proporción con la calidad (las instalaciones son sencillas y algo antiguas).

• Walid (5/5): Passable - Location cross from the Bus that take you to airport and also the ferry to get you around Istanbul. Breakfast is fairly ok , view at breakfast is fantastic. The room is way smaller what I expect and finally the hot water on the shower will take over 5 minutes to get hot.
• Costin (9/5): A short but unforgettable stay at Deniz Otel - Nice terrace with harbor and sea view towards the old town. Good breakfast. cozy lobby. Great location and welcoming staff, but my stay was unfortunately overshadowed by a serious taxi scam nearby. Be cautious - hailing taxis from the street is risky, and even using apps like Uber doesn't guarantee safety as they will find a way to cancel the ride and trick you into paying with their skimmed POS. This was my second encounter with such scams in Istanbul. I strongly recommend only taking taxis arranged through your hotel reception, as they typically work with trusted drivers. The city urgently needs to address this taxi scam issue.

• Mesude (6/5): - Ich bin schon seit vielen Jahren immer wieder gerne in diesem Hotel auch als Alleinreisende Frau fühle ich mich immer sehr sicher. Auch wenn es eine gründliche Renovierung bedarf besteht, fühle ich mich wie zuhause, bis auf zwei Mitarbeiter einer an der Rezeption und einer im Service sehr unfreundlich und keine Lust zu arbeiten. Auch wenn nicht alles so ist wie ich es eigentlich gewönne bin ist das Preisleistung okay. In den Zimmer wäre es schön wenn Renoviert wird Schließfächer einzubauen. Und die unmöglichen Bäder raus dafür Bodenebene Duschen. Es ist zwar Rauchfrei Zimmer angegeben, aber die Gäste halten sich nicht daran, es riecht nach Rauch 💨 Es liegt sehr Zentral alles Fußläufig. Die Eigentümer Vater und Sohn sehr kompetent und hilfsbereit. Ich würde jederzeit wieder in diesem Hotel als Gast absteigen.

• FATMA (6/5): - Otel personeli yardimci saygılı güleryüzlü. Yeri guzel her yere yakin.kahvalti yeterli düzgün ve manzara cok güzel. Sadece odalar biraz bakim istiyor. Banyo aparatlari yenilenebilir ve banyoda havlu asim yerleri yetersiz. Ufak dokunuslarla çok daha guzel olur.
• Ahmed (10/5): Memorable stay - The rooms with sea view are fantastic, recently renovated, spacious with clean toilets. Location is excellent in Asian side of Istanbul, right on the Bosporus, 5 walk to the ferry station that takes you to The European side in very nice way of traveling. Don’t take Taxis if you want to go to European side, will be very expensive and traffic isn’t great, just take the ferry and enjoy the sea. The breakfast is great, in the terrace. The hotel is also few minutes with the most touristic area in Kadikoy with lots of restaurants of good quality.I honestly recommend Deniz Hotel.

Excellent location in Asian side of Istanbul, right in front of the Busphorus with the ferry station that goes to the European side within 5 minutes walking. We enjoyed travelling between both sides with ferry. Excellent breakfast in the terrace viewing the sea. Very good value for money.

All the staff were exceptional from Dennis our Waiter to Korkan and all the Reception folks. Even the cleaning staff were the tops! Dennis was our favorite however. Stayed 4/21-4/29 There was a plumbing emergency there for a couple days and would've been kind to get a warning ⚠️ about water shut off temporarily

The bonus is a lovely view on Bosphorus from the rooftop while we were having our meal or tea. We were travelling in winter and the rooms got very hot with central heating, even when we turned off the heating. We slept with wide open windows throughout the stay

They also did their best to accomodate us. Thanks! We had a room on the street side with sea view. Great view in the morning, but we didn't want to use the AC so decided to sleep with the windows open. The noises from the street are too loud to keep the windows open at night. That's the only thing to mention. Other than that, it was great. And once you close the windows, the sound proof glass is perfect. You don't hear anything anymore.

Kadikoy is a lovely and lively location with many shops and cafes. Had a lovely seafront view especially on the top floor where the restaurant is located. Staff were very helpful and friendly, the cleaner was incredibly accommodating, we very much enjoyed our stay. zilch

Awesome for people coming to Kadikoy from an airport - the station to the airport is just 5 mins on foot. The room was cozy and clean. The isolation (super important in Kadikoy) was perfect. Nice terrace where you get your breakfast.
