• Adina (9/5): Excellent stay, clean, comfortable, close to points of interest and excellent staff. - The room was beautiful, just like in the pictures, spotless clean with all bathroom facilities working well. Staff were incredibly helpful, welcoming and relaxed, always smiling and welcoming, always ready to help us and other guests; nothing seemed too hard. Breakfast was delicious and the staff were keen for us to try everything, very proud of their food. Breakfast on the rooftop was a delight (we even got to see the fireworks from the rood top which were incredible). Location near the markets, great restaurants and tourist attractions was a great bonus too.

Clean and spacious room, hot shower, friendly staff, great location and lovely breakfast. I stayed here 3 times during my holiday. The hotel is surrounded by cafes, restaurants and massage places. 5 minute walk to Ben Thanh market. The staff were really nice and helped with taxi bookings and luggage. The rooftop breakfast was very good. Cleanliness could be better. One room with a city view actually didn't have a view at all.

• Passport62446102852 (2/5): unsafe experience - I felt extremely unsafe during my stay. Someone opened our room door using a hotel key card while we were inside. The hotel later admitted the key card was given to another guest without staff supervision, and they opened the wrong room. No staff came to explain until we asked. This is a serious privacy and security breach. A hotel room should never be accessed so easily by anyone. Unacceptable and disturbing experience. I do not recommend this hotel until security procedures are improved.
• RaeleneB32 (4/5): Give this one a miss - Hotel - After travelling nearly 10 hours we arrived and found our room had only a double bed - not twin beds and they wanted Mother and son to share that bed. After speaking to a receptionist (rude) off site they offered a mattress - what could we do - saying no rooms available - no room to swing a cat and move around. Then air conditioner start leaking like a tap and we had to spend the night with no air con in the Saigon humid temperature. We did get moved to our booked room with an air con that was very loud - the location of the hotel is good and the ladies at breakfast were very nice. Generally this hotel is needing a complete do over.

However room is rather cramped.Cleaniness of room needs to enhance further as in the rooms my friends was in there was dirty behind the bedroom door .One of the rooms had cob webs in the corner and they then moved my friend to another room .On arrival the passage where our room was located was dirty and when I told reception ,they then wanted to vacuum which should have been checked before client check. Very poor housekeeping . The breakfast area leaves much to be desired and not much selection for breakfast. Very misleading images of bedroom and breakfast . Also totally over charged us on transport from the airport .....rip off.We arranged our own transport which was 1/5 of what the hotel charged Bathroom is extremely small and open showers mess on the floor. Loads of noise from the streets all night A good thing we were out most of the days ....would do for back packing

Service was great. We got a discount initially at $4600000 for 4 nights which was a great deal. The room had a window that you couldn't see out of because it was "painted glass" nice in a church but we wanted to look down on the street.

The location of this hotel is excellent Reception staff and porters very helpful and try very hard to please their guests. We had Superior Deluxe,which we got at a good rate. It was spacious with reasonable shower. Room cleaned daily. Breakfast was buffet style with Asian and Western food choices. I recommend this hotel and will stay here in future visits to Saigon

They advertised it for $9 (after the genius discounts and last minute deals). Once we showed up they informed us there was an error and that price isn't correct and we should cancel the booking and pay their "fixed price" upfront which was 900k (~35 USD). Seems like such a scam to post 1 price and once you show up a more expensive price is given. We negotiated to 500k at the end of the day.

• Gunalan (4/5): Old facilities, poor housekeeping - During check in the ground staff declined to use credit card (extra 3% requested ), insist for cash payment only. After some argument, the usage of credit card was accepted without additional charges. The behaviour of the ground staff during the argument was very rude. Bathroom: the floor, ceiling, wall, sink, shower is all dirty and rusted. The water pressure is very low, need to wait 5-10 minutes to get water flow. For hot water it takes more time to heat. The room air conditioner is noisy. The bedsheet and pillow cover is also dirty with stains.

If check-in time is 2:00 PM, arriving at 1:50 PM means you’ll be rudely told to wait. • Poor Rooms & Facilities: Rooms are tiny and extremely outdated. The shower barely works, with low water pressure and inconsistent temperature.
