• Marija (10/5): Great! - The location is amazing for exploring the city, the people working at the hotel are exceptionally friendly and welcoming, the rooms are cleaned daily. At the end we could leave our bags there until we had to go in the evening. Everything was great! 🙌🏼

The service was good, and having breakfast served in the room was a nice touch. The room was cleaned daily, which we appreciated. The only downside was that the towels had a musty smell.

• Mariarita (1/5): - Traumatico, già all'arrivo delle scale ripidissime che non vengono in alcun modo mostrate nelle foto. Pur avendo sbagliato nella prenotazione a selezionare una camera con servizi igienici in comune, la camera che ci è stata assegnata era decisamente diversa da quella mostrata, le lenzuola probabilmente neanche cambiate, la doccia attaccata praticamente al letto e il bagno sembrava più uno sgabuzzino. Mi dispiace solo per la signora alla reception, molto cordiale. Però abbiamo cambiato hotel senza pensarci due volte, a meno che non si prendano camere più costose assolutamente non consigliato.

Хозяин готов помочь и всегда на месте. Заселились значительно раньше, чем официальное время заселения. Чисто. Номер убирался ежедневно. Завтрак в номер (но завтрак самый простой: йогурт, круассан, хлеб, масло...). Минусы описываются практически во всех отзывах. 1) Высокая лестница, по которой пожилым или людям с проблемой здоровья (или с тяжелыми чемоданами) тяжело подниматься. Но мы жили на втором этаже и трудностей не испытывали. 2) Маленький душ без шторки с туалетом. После душа пол мокрый. Но мы были готовы к этим проблемам. Надо понимать, что отель двухзвездочный.

• Astrid Nicole (10/5): friendly staff and service, comfy bed - Affordable, very good location and amazing staff! I stayed one night and it suited perfectly. Ofc the stairs are tricky if you come with big luggage but that’s how this buildings are! so just prepare yourself to hike a little! The staff was so nice, upgraded my room for free and brought breakfast to my room! I had a nice view from the balcony and bed was comfy! for me everything was good! Maybe a bit noisy street but we are in a city and it’s located on a busy road haha
• Gudrun (8/5): Abenteuerlich aber charmant - Für einen Kurztrip (nur schlafen) perfekt! Super-charmanter Hausherr. Wir (Familie) schliefen gut, nicht zu laut, konnten fußläufig alles erreichen was wir sehen wollten. Die Einrichtung ist ziemlich zusammengesucht aber absolut zweckmäßig für den kleinen Raum (Waschbecken in der Dusche). Frühstück gibt es im Zimmer. Für unsere Zwecke super. Wir kommen gerne wieder. Wir wären zum ersten Mal in diesem "Hotel" , kommen aber bestimmt wieder. Treppe steil und schmal, kein Aufzug. Alte Villa, die zu vielen Zimmern umgebaut wurde. Kaum zu glauben das bis zu 7 Personen in diesem Raum schlafen können. Frühstück kommt aufs Zimmer, abgepackt wie das Lunchpaket in der Jugendherberge. Matratzen durchgelegen, die dürften mal ersetzt werden. Unser Aufenthalt war etwas abenteuerlich, das lag aber daran, daß uns nicht klar war was uns erwartet. Wir kommen trotzdem wieder! Es war sauber, leise, extrem gut gelegen und preiswert.

Nous avons été ravis de retrouver le monsieur de la réception, toujours aussi accueillant, souriant et serviable. Un vrai plaisir de revenir, nous recommandons sans hésiter !

A més, és dels pocs que ofereixen esmorzar inclòs i tens sempre per fer cafè o te. Les escaleres són molt empinades, típiques dels edificis d'allà i pot ser incòmode segons l'equipatge.

Breakfast was fine, it was bread, crossiants, greek yoghurt, sweetened juice and jam, butter and cheese in small packages. The beds were very comfortable! It was very warm in the room, and even though we slept with the window open (in february), it was still hot. Loud noises in the evening/night from other guests and from the traffic outside.

Isıtma sistemi ve duş sorunsuzdu. Yataklar daha rahat olabilir açıkçası ve daha temiz. Merdivenleri falza dik ve gece hayatında eğlendikten sonra çıkmak biraz zorluyor.

• Esther (5/5): Buena ubicación y desayuno en la habitación - Lo mejor fue la ubicación a 2 minutos de la plaza dam, entre el barrio rojo y barrio Jordan. El trato fue bueno, y el desayuno te lo traen a la habitación. Lo peor,el baño es muy muy antiguo y extremadamente pequeño, estaba el lavamanos dentro de la ducha, y en el caso de ducharte (cosa que no hice en 3 días) se mojaba hasta el inodoro. Las escaleras extremadamente empinadas, no cualquier las podría subir, nosotros estábamos en el tercer piso,menos mal que llevábamos mochila y no una trolley,es imposible hacerse una idea si no lo ves.

La colazione arriva in camera tipo cestino da picnic, c'è un bollitore per tea e nescafè, noi l'abbiamo gradita ed è stata molto utile per iniziare la giornata a stomaco pieno.

What I didn't realise was that to get to reception, you have to climb a steep flight of stairs stretching over two floors!!!

Gelukkig was de weg opgebroken en hadden we geen last van het verkeer en de tram die er normaliter langskomt. De badkamer is onverwarmd, en in de winter echt vreselijk koud. Alles werd nat als je ging douchen, de wc, de wastafel en al je spullen en de kraan bleef druppelen, maar dat was nogwel t kleinste probleem. Het ontbijt was best bijzonder, iedere dag boterhamworst en smeerkaas en boterhammen, pakje sap.
