- Anthony (1/5): I stayed for a total of 15mins in they charged the full amount after the room wasn’t even ready for us and we showed up - Nothing don’t waste your money it’s down an alley like the hood!!! Nothing it’s terrible it’s for people who don’t care where they sleep, roaches in everything hood related DO NOT BOOK HERE!!!

- Sarinthree (4/5): I planned and paid to stay for 2 nights but the place was under my expectation so I was staying only one night. I paid 1 - Location by the river and the bar are perfect. I have been requesting the full receipt with both booking.com customer service and the property. At first I tried to request online but system showed that I should contact the property directly. Then I called the property at front desk but she refused to provide the receipt and suggested me to call customer service, so I called the customer service. I was instructed to send direct message my full request details to the property while customer service will also contact the property to arrange it for me. Until now I have not yet received the full tax invoice for the property.

- Natalie (3/5): Not as expected - The staff was extremely nice. The location is not what it looks like on here and down a back alley with garage manufacturing. When walking down during the day we did not look welcomed. We ended up getting a different hotel. I was quickly trying to find other accommodations so did not take photos.
- Frank (4/5): I cannot fault the staff , they were very good but the state of the hotel was disgusting I also must say that the bar - The bar/restaurant were very good along with staff were very good but the actual rooms were tired and uncomfortable , I will not be returning that’s for sure , also the pictures of the rooms in booking.com must have been taken many years ago. I am very disappointed 😡 Painting flaking off the walls very uncomfortable beds ,stained towels bedding, uncomfortable mattresses and no daylight blinds alongside the curtains oh and sorry the sink in the bathroom was held down with blue tack 😡

- Andrew (8/5): Very good - I really liked this property and location. I’ve been to central Bkk many times so this time I wanted a change. The view from the king deluxe room and the hotel bar was beautiful and all the staff were very friendly and hard working. There is also some great Thai bars, street food and restaurants nearby No gym or pool
- Auranuj (8/5): Warm and welcome stay just like stay at friend’s house. - Love the personalised hospitality of Annapurna hotel, from my 1st stay (2 nights 6/1-9/1/2024) then followed by 2nd stay (7 nights 9/1-16/2024). Better to clean room daily without a request to reception staff or housekeeping staff, normally this is expected.

- Ant_bdc (6/5): Hotel redeemed itself after a faltering start - River glimpses from the bathroom window. Comfortable bed. Service from staff once my original complaint about the room sorted out. Initially being offered a room with no widow as a so-called superior room. Superior to what? An inside cabin? Prison cell? No way!seemed more like a ruse to get me to pay more for what I should expect in the first place. New room much better albeit small and accentric with the bathroom a kind of glass partition between the bedroom and outside.

The location is perfect for us, really nice and quiet but with easy access to busier parts of the city. The outside restaurant is right next to the river and serve really great food!
