The room was very spacious and comfortable at first, and later I changed to another room with a small but very cozy balcony — which I absolutely loved. The internet speed pleasantly surprised me — it was fast and stable, which is very important for me. Having YouTube available on the TV was also a very nice bonus. The location is excellent, the room was clean, and the staff were friendly and welcoming. Considering all of this, the price is simply unbelievable — amazing value for money. I would definitely stay here again!

But in this case the receptionist failed miserably, and clear misunderstanding of rules of checkout time , i.e online it shows 12pm, but in the hotel regulations in the lobby, it is mentioned 12Am! upon further inquiry with the receptionist regarding the checkout, we were informed to leave at 12am and we were charged extra claiming that, the booking is done from 12am to 12 am.

We arrived very late after a long flight delay to be told we could have to move rooms in the morning due to the one we had paid for not being available. Then someone checked out so the guys 'cleaned' the room. When we went up the bathroom was wet where it was obviously just quickly washed with the shower and the bed sheets were dirty. The room also stank of smoke. We checked out early and asked for a refund which the girl did without a question so that I am thankful for. Might just be a one off experience but wasn't great after travelling for 20 hrs

- Lena (7/5): Good - Nice room, lovely hotel, close to many shops, restaurants and vibrant local life. It is only a 10 min drive from the bus station. 24-hour reception was very convenient. They come and clean your bed daily Not at all a touristy area. English knowledge of the staff was limited to that needed for check in. Other questions had to be done through google translate There were some bugs that made its way into our room.
