Удобное расположение если приехали на пару дней и надо посмотреть основное, есть магазин продуктов рядом. Удобный номер и кровать, все чисто. Единственный минус это жд пути проходящие около отеля, для меня это не проблемы, так как сплю крепко. Но для кого то возможно будет проблемой.

• Karen (10/5): Great - The value for money was excellent (for a girls' trip with a shared room it was perfect). The hotel's location is great, with good public transport connections and also within walking distance of the main tourist attractions. Berat at the reception was very friendly and prepared throughout our entire stay, he also gave us tips and tricks on what to visit. Even though we already had an idea of what we wanted to do, we followed his recommendations as well and they were a great help.

• Malihe (10/5): - 10/10 for Warmth & Comfort! 🌟 My recent stay in the Special Category room at Ferman Konak Hotel was easily the highlight of my trip, and I can’t recommend it enough—especially for the incredible kindness of one staff member, Berat! The real standout moment came on my check-out day, when I accidentally twisted my ankle right before leaving. Struggling with several heavy suitcases, I was at a loss—until Berat stepped in. He immediately took all my bulky luggage and carried them down for me with no hesitation. His quick help and genuine concern turned a tough moment into a stress-free one, and I’m so grateful for his kindness 🥹. The Special Category room itself was wonderful, spacious, bright, and decorated with charming local touches that made it feel cozy. The hotel’s shared spaces are equally impressive: the community kitchen is fully equipped, perfect for whipping up simple meals with local ingredients. And the little garden 🌿 is a peaceful oasis—ideal for unwinding with a cup of tea amidst greenery after a day of exploring. The location is great, within walking distance to attractions and eateries. Every staff member was friendly, but Berat’s thoughtful assistance truly made this stay unforgettable. I’ll definitely choose Ferman Konak Hotel again and recommend it to everyone. The room was clean and comfortable—nothing fancy, but it had everything we needed. The hotel was quiet and well kept. A special shout-out to the manager, Beat, who was exceptionally polite and helpful and made our stay smoother. Overall, good value for a pleasant, worry-free stay. Nothing major—room is simple, so don’t expect luxury, but it’s more than adequate.

A bit outdated, you can hear the train outside and also we visited during Ramadan and prayers could be heard early in the morning.
• Ana (4/5): Disappointing - Staff was mostly nice, except one lady who stared at us while we were drinking coffee The place is going through RENOVATION so there was a construction site and it was VERY loud, starting early from 8-9 AM late up until 10 PM one night (staff says they don't start until 10 AM but that's wrong as we had our alarms set for that time and were woken up by noises instead). The problem is that that information cannot be found anywhere on booking so it was quite a disappointing surprise when we got there. Also, because of construction it's not the cleanest at least currently (dust everywhere etc) Also bring your own shampoo/toiletries. You'll get those there but one brand is writren on the bottle and something else entirely is inside (when you google product you see it's a different color) and the "shower gel" we used on day 1 burned our skin.

• Krasi (1/5): Bad - I had a wonderful experience with the staff during my stay. Berat checked me in smoothly and pleasantly, making me feel very welcome right from the start. Emir was equally exceptional, ensuring my stay was comfortable and enjoyable. The hotel itself is very clean and well-maintained. However, as the building is wooden, noise can be an issue-you can hear people walking, talking, and even using the bathroom. Despite this, the excellent service provided by the staff made my stay enjoyable overall.
• Muhamad (10/5): Clean, beautiful and very strategic - Before staying here, I was in 2 different hotels. And I can surely say that this is the best hotel I had in Istanbul. The room was very clean and beautiful plus the toilet was also very clean and they take a good care about hygiene. Many hotels in Istanbul didn’t care alot about hygiene. The toilet stinks and have poor drainage. But this hotel is totally different. There is even a public kitchen where you can get a free coffee or tea. The hotel also provides breakfast with a price of 5€ per person. The price is actually nothing compared to what you will get for. You will do your breakfast with alot of food choices on a rooftop with a view of Bosphoros strait, Blue Mosque and also Hagia Sophia!! Magnificent views. This is the most unforgettable memory for me. Other than that, both receptionist were very friendly and helpful. One of them name Berhat. He greeted us with a very welcoming heart. Although we are coming 2 hours before the check-in, it does not matter at all. He offered us coffee and chit chatting with us about Istanbul and many other things. He is such a friendly guy. Seems like we have known each other for a long time. Last but not least I really recommend this hotel to anybody that want a comfortable and a very reasonable price hotel. No stress and the receptionist can help you with anything. It’s worth the money. Nothing.
• Vladimir (1/5): The room was very noisy. The receptionists are nice, but the manager is very rude. - The location in terms of proximity to main attractions is good. The room was very noisy. All the noises from the nearby street can be heard even when the windows were closed. We could hear the toilet flush in the neighboring room. We could hear people walking upstairs and in the reception. We could hear the train passing by in the train lines right in front of the hotel. From 7 or 8am, there was construction in building next to us. And a lot of noise from upstairs too. Basically we couldn't sleep. When we communicated to the receptionist about the noise, they said that they cannot do anything. Later the receptionist contacted the manager and they said that the neighboring room (the one where we could hear toilet flush and which windows look directly into inside bar area with tables) will be available starting the next night. It was very clear that from the point of noise there is no difference between our and proposed room. The receptionist told us that there are no other options, so we booked another hotel. Then the manager came and as soon as he heard that we booked another option, he said that they have other properties available and that they could help us resolve the issue (before hearing that we booked, they clearly said that there are no other options). We asked the manager to refund the money for the nights that we are not going to stay. The manager stated that it is impossible to refund the money. At this point we left the accommodation and called the booking to help to resolve the problem. After 1.5 months and multiple calls booking resolved the problem despite the hotel's manager refusing to cooperate.

Only downside is that breakfast isn't offered at the hotel (they do have an option to go to a hotel nearby for breakfast though but with young children this is tricky)

• S (8/5): Great for our short stay! - The property is really big. The rooms too are well equipped and cleaned. The staff are brillaint. The place was empty when we went and next to our room We had a massive lounge which served so well with our four children. We did stay central so food was pricey but takeaways served us well and they came straight to the hotel no hassle! It’s not wheel chair friendly not that any of us need a wheelchair but be mindful there are steps to some of the rooms.

Berat was incredibly helpful, went above and beyond for anytging that we needed. He even was able to travel down and retrieve my hat from one of the buses that dropped us off. These guys provide outstanding customer service, are very friendly, and the mattresses are comfortable :) its a bit small of room for a couple

• Filip (2/5): Very poor - It was moderately clean We were extremely disappointed with our stay and felt misled. The room was more like a hostel, not a hotel (see attached photo of the entrance). It was located in the basement with no windows, which was never mentioned when we booked. There was also no ventilation in the room. Despite mild weather outside (24-26°C during the day and 18°C at night in October), we couldn’t sleep due to the lack of airflow. We had to rely on the air conditioner all night, and unfortunately, we returned home sick. I would recommend reconsidering your decision to book this hotel.

• Tajrina (6/5): Decent for a budget trip but don’t expect exceptional standards - The terrace area was nice to chill with family. They provided water and hot drinks for free in the kitchen area. They tidied the room every day when asked. 5-10 minute walk from blue mosque and Hagia Sophia. Restaurants nearby (however some are expensive). Family economy room was good value for money if you’re on a budget. Air conditioning was good The family economy room doesn’t have a window so it can feel stuffy. The bathroom isn’t clean- there’s dirt in the corners- the cleaners does not touch the bathroom except for replacing the towels. The ventilator doesn’t work in the bathroom so any smell lingers for a long time. The double room- the bathroom door did not have a lock and the door did not close therefore has a gap which allowed any smell to enter the room. Hallway quite narrow but expected in Istanbul. You can hear people talking and walking from the room. When train goes past it’s quite loud. I wouldn’t say it’s sound proof at all. The outside area of the hotel isn’t nice- it’s in a alleyway .

We left our bags at the hotel for 10 days and they were very well stored, when we arrived they were in a reserved place with our names. The team helped us with any complications during our trip and gave us great tips about Istanbul! The living area is great and always clean, there is free tea, juice, water and coffee, which made everyday life much easier. The location is also great, very close to Hagia Sophia and the Blue Mosque. We really felt at home and we will definitely be back! We stayed in the family room, as we were 6 people. The room has 1 double bed and 2 bunk beds, which were comfortable. However, the room does not have any windows to the street, so ventilation is extremely impaired. The door to the bathroom has a certain transparency and also does not have a lock, so it leads to a certain lack of privacy. Furthermore, the bathroom also does not have windows to the outside, so we had no way of ventilating the room. on a next stay, perhaps we would choose to stay in different rooms, which have windows.

• Chilli (8/5): Very good - The hotel is situated on foot to all the great attractions ( Blue Mosque, Basilica Cistern , Sophia Haiga , etc ). The staff as super friendly . I don't think you can do better on your budget than Ferman Konack. It's great for a short stay in vibrant Istanbul .

• Mohammed (8/5): Very good - Location was good, value for money I did ask for a better room and they recommend tbe basement and it had no windows so would opt for a window room. Asked the staff to recommend and happy to pay and they said basement... staff could know more about how to travel around as asked them about trams etc but they had limited knowledge. Didn't allow late checkout at 3pm as we arrived at 3am and had paid for the night, which was surprising

• Nathalie (6/5): Conveniently located, gteat staff - may be not for you if you are a loght sleeper - It’s conveniently located to all the old city attractions. The staff is so friendly and helpful. The room was small and the acoustic wasn’t the best. We could hear the next room person snoring and couldn’t fall asleep on the first day. The room had a weird smell. Although it didn’t bother us, we could hear the preyer call loudly through the PA early in the morning.

• Anel (10/5): Exceptional - fabulous location right next to Blue Mosque and Hagia Sophia. easy access to restaurants with gorgeous views, metro, buses, bazaars. our rooms were clean and cosy. love the place ❤❤❤ the kindest host ever! they took care of our every need, throughtout our stay. there were always tea, coffee, hot chocolate available in the kitchen at the terrace. we had the best sleep ever. we look forward to going back and enjoy the experience next time.

• Zahirul (8/5): Fixtures shows their age - Loved the staff. Especially Mr. Latif was very friendly and helped us with useful information. He went far and beyond to meet our needs. The rooms were clean. The hotel location is close to Hagia Sophia and Blue Mosque but a bit far from public transport like trams and the ferry. The breakfast at their sister hotel (situated at the back of the hotel - 3 mins walk) was excellent - cost us 5 Euro per person. The fixtures shows the age, requires repairs. Bathroom needs hooks for hanging clothes. Could use some basic amenities like iron.

• Yugo (10/5): Great place to explore the old city - The staff were really friendly. The room we stayed in wasn’t large but it was comfortable. Wasn’t much of a problem for us but the walls were quite thin so you could hear people talking in the corridor.

• Jacq-spi (10/5): Second stay :) - Location is perfect. It is very clean as well. Staff is very friendly and helpful. Not soundproof. Water cups are used, better to have larger bottles since less garbage is produced.
