• Jhonatan (5/5): Buena ubicación. Servicios por mejorar. - La ubicación es muy buena. La habitación familiar incluido el baño tenía malos olores, no estaba bien aseado el baño, el agua de la ducha se filtraba al baño, las toallas estaban rotas, nos cobraron 5 Euros a cada uno por guardar las maletas mientras ibamos a otro destino y regresábamos a tomar otra reserva en el mismo hotel.

• Samir (6/5): très bon emplacement équipe au top mais à rénover ! - Le personnel était très sympathique et très arrangeant. Ils ont fait de leur mieux pour que notre séjour se passe dans les meilleurs conditions. Toujours prêt a aider. L'emplacement vraiment au top. les Lieux centraux d'Istanbul sont a moins de 5 minutes a pieds. Les chambres étaient un peu petites idem pour les écran TV. la propreté laisse à désirer. le petit déjeuner n'était pas frais. le lieu se trouve en pente et escaliers uniquement donc a éviter pour les seniors. Idem il n'y a que des escalier. L'isolation acoustique est bof. Des rénovations doivent être faits

• carla Elena (8/5): Buena calidad-precio - Alojamiento en buena zona y cerca de todo. Nos quedamos 4 personas y la habitación era bastante amplia. Estaba todo limpio y nos cambiaron las toallas y repusieron el papel durante nuestra estancia. Repetiría sin duda. Calidad-precio perfecto. Lo único negativo fue que la ducha se salía el agua por un lado y se quedaba encharcado.

El wc estaba demasiado cerca de la ducha, era imposible usarlo sin ponerse de lado de lo incomodo que era. La mampara de la ducha no se podía cerrar. Los interruptores de la luz muy escondidos detrás de la cama.

• Yeison Ferney (7/5): tiene buena ubicación - La ubicación El día del chek in, y como a la media noche, me tocaron la puerta diciendo que se habían equivocado con mi cuarto, y que me tenía que cambiar de habitación cuando ya estaba acomodado y dormido, si bien al final me dejaron donde estaba y se disculparon, igual me parecio algo de muy mal gusto.

• Lina (9/5): Parfait pour un petit séjour - Très bien placé, personnel vraiment serviable et gentil, et chambre confortable et climatisée. À coté de la Mosquée Ayasofia et Mosquée Bleue (15-20 minutes de marche) Un peu d'eau qui coulait de la clim et la propreté de la salle de bain pourrait être encore meilleure.

Keine Hotelschlapfen im Zimmer gehabt. Vielleicht hätte ich welche bekommen wenn ich gefragt hätte.

Se puede llegar andando a las principales atracciones de la parte vieja y llegas fácil al transporte para ir al resto de zonas. El personal es muy amable y siempre hay alguien en recepción. El baño no está en muy buenas condiciones. La ducha pierde por diversos puntos y queda todo empapado. Además la presión del agua era muy baja, en ocasiones solo caían un par de gotas. La colcha de la cama es un poco pequeña si duermen dos personas juntas.

• Emirkan (7/5): Good hotel, best value for money - Very clean, very close to the mosques. Employees are kind and helpful. The beds were 2 single beds linked up with a blanket and the excess of light in the room (but it’s a personal preference as i can’t sleep under brightness)
• Francesca (5/5): Charming, but not quite functional. - The property is in a great location, close to many gorgeous landmarks and to a comfortable tramline. The rooms are a little tiny (the ones on the first floor, at least), but very charming. The staff was very kind. The place was cleaned routinely, but there were many old stains, dampness and signs of molding in the bathroom. The bathroom, specifically, was a bit oddly shaped: to use the toilet, one has to have a leg in the shower, basically. Most of all, we were a little disappointed by the fact that the terrace and the courtyard shown in the pictures were not quite what they looked like (the courtyard was always closed and the terrace in a completely abandoned state, even though accessible). The odd mechanics needed for breakfast were a bit discouraging as well. The hotel, overall, seems to be severely understaffed (the same person cleans the rooms and stands at the check in desk 24/7) or going through a bit of a rough patch. Which, considering its very affordable prices, might be the case. It's a very charming hotel, or at least it could be.

• hurmuz (5/5): For the conditions they offered, I considered it was expensive. - The staff was friendly Is not what it looks in the pictures.Is a very old hotel. Water pressure was so bad.There was no food as advertised. At night the neighbours were noisy.Not very clean, only the bed sheets I can say were clean. No hoovering was done in 4 days we stayed.

• Tammy (2/5): Good location but stay anywhere else! - It is a good location. That is the only good thing about this place! Broken shower; broken toilet; bedroom door didn't close properly or lock from inside; bed side light switch was behind the bed legs so had to uncrew the bulb to turn it off; tiny room with no space for a chair. Should have had single bed and more floor space since only suitable for 1 person. TV didn't work. Roof top was full of litter, piled up chairs, view of building site and staff member sitting there picking his feet! Yuck! Building sites all around - had to climb through corrigated sheets to use footpath. Staff couldn't have cared less when I told them about the broken shower etc..
