- Chithira (1/5): The word Worst is the title for this hotel - The room is entirely different from the images mentioned above, the room is full of stains and bad smell also we booked for a AC room and when we checked in to the room there was no AC and the receptionist is saying its a non ac room, and the owner did put that on booking.com, his communication is bad so he didn’t understand hald the thing we said to him. Worst hotel stay in my life. Tiles are broken, mould on the washbasin, stains on the floors, I really had a bad night
- Robert (9/5): Cheap and cheerful - Central to Galata area. Its not a luxury hotel by any stretch, but it’s adequate enough if you’re not planning on spending much time in the room. The staff is friendly and helpful. Internet works fine. For the price I can’t really complain about anything.

- Silondiwe (1/5): The Horror in Istanbul! - I honestly liked nothing except for the fact that the property is close to the Galata tower, has a view of the Bosphorus, and it is easy to get transport. Everything. The hotel is pathetic. Checked in after 12 only for me to find out that they gave me a single room when I booked a "deluxe, Double room" it was supposed to come with two beds. They eventually gave me another room which was still very small with an old sleeper couch that could not even open. There was no extra bedding for that. When I went to ask, they gave me a throw. I told them that my son is coming and we can not share the bed. My bed was creaking. With 1lousy duvet. That moment Istanbul was very cold. I actually got sick the second day because they said they did not have extra blankets, the aircorn was not working. They still said they do not have an extra blanket. I could have died of the could so I had to sleep with clothes on everyday. I had booked for 7 days. They never cleaned even once. Trash was piling up, I took it out and put it.next to the door, the caretaker came for me in the evening to tell me I must keep my trash in the room or take it out of the hotel. Who's job is it to take out trash? Bedding and towels were not changed. The hair dryer was not working. No fridge. No safe. No hotel toiletries. They do not even offer water. In my history of traveling, I have never encountered such.. I had paid that room.for 2 people. I had to book another room for my son which means I ended paying extra and did not get any refund or discounts. At some point they changed the wifi password without telling us. I would never ever ever ever recommend this hotel to my worst enermy I could not wait to get out of there. The horror, the horror.

After we found someone they told us that they are full and that we need to go to other hotel. They didnt even want to tell which other hotel to go (we paid everything upfront) so after arguing they explained us where is other property and thats it. When we arrived in other property we found other problems firstly they were not expecting us, than property is in really bad condition actually only good thing about it is location.

The property was dirty and felt really unhygienic, doesn’t look like the pictures either. Our window and curtains didn’t even close, ended up leaving pretty much as soon as we checked in and chose a different hotel. Disappointed and wouldn’t recommend. Told us the sheets were clean however this is what we came to… pictures attached

The apartment is extremely dirty, the floor is dirty, the bedclothes are stained, breakfast is not provided until requested, and when requested, they are not always provided, towels are not changed, the bathroom smells there is no ventilation, the furniture is relatively new, but poorly maintained

The room is very dirty, the furniture is falling apart, there are holes in the sheets and the smell of acetone. I checked out and asked for a refund for the unused nights. Booking and the hotel did not return my money. I believe that this theft and booking helps such hotels to cash in on people!
- Andejean (6/5): location made up for everything!! - location Was put on the top floor - exhausting climb up the spiral stairs with a case!, though view was worth it. Kitchen was not a working kitchen and there was no kettle or cooking facilities as understood by the advert. Plumbing didnt smell too good! Breakfast was on offer but only from 10am and what a difficult story to get breakfast - the housekeeper man made it but you had to go down at 10am, hoping to find him in the reception, then to wait while he prepared it - well It never worked out and I never got a breakfast! Took ages for anyone to respond to my messages etc - only got the wifi code on day 4 of a 5 night stay.

- Quamber (4/5): I was there on vacations not for exercising to 4th floor. - View was really good from my room window. Also, the location was also a good one near galata tower. Short stairs with no lift until 4th floor. was not a good experience lifting all the heavy weight to the top of hotel. Left my first breakfast in between and didn't join the breakfast again as it cannot be considered as breakfast.

- Mimi (1/5): A mistake - We got tested positive with covid and they didn’t even want to refund us!!! I do not recommend. I was there a several times and it was a bad experience each time.

- Arifa (2/5): - Wir (zwei Frauen) kamen gegen 20-21 im Hotel an und obwohl ich Unseren Ankunft 24 Stunden (!!) davor gemeldet habe, müssten wir dort warten und dann kam ein junger Mann und hat die Tür aufgemacht und uns mehr als einer halben Stunde warten lassen. Dann hat der sich entschuldigt und uns ein Zimmer im Keller gezeigt und dazu gesagt, dass da Probleme die Woche davor im Zimmer, welches wir gebucht haben gab und deshalb sollen wir im KELLER übernachten. Es hat wirklich von weitem gestunken und wir haben das Zimmer nicht akzeptiert. Nach langem hin und her und unendlich viele Telefonate mit dem Chef hat der Typ schlussendlich gesagt, dass er uns unser Geld zurückzahlen wird, wenn wir nen Antrag über Expedia stellen und wir so gutgläubig haben unsere Tasche gepackt und ohne Sprachkenntnisse und oder jemals in Istanbul zu sein, sind wir Stundenlang durch die Stadt gerannt, damit wir nen Unterkunft finden könnten & was wir erst gegen 12 in der Nacht könnten, weil Hotels voll waren. Kurz gesagt der Typ hat uns verarscht und wir haben das Geld weder zurückgekriegt, noch hat der M****k*** irgendeiner Nachricht von mir geantwortet, obwohl die mir die Nr gegeben haben. Expedia hat nichts gemacht, obwohl ich es in der selben Nacht gemeldet habe!!! Nie wieder und ich empfehle es wirklich niemandem! wie dort gestunken hat, seid ihr wirklich im Stall besser aufgeschoben!!
- KAYHAN (4/5): KÖTÜ - Otel demek için düşünmek lazım tabelası bile olmayan, televizyonu çalışmayan, her şeyi eksik ve temizliği kötü rutubet ve kötü kokulu bir odaydı.
- Çağrı (8/5): Harıka hızmet - Istanbulda mısafır olarak gelen arkadasımla beraber 2 gun konaklama gecırdık. Istıklal caddesıne yurume mesafesınde olması ıle ve en onemlısı Mustafa Beyin konaklama memnunıyetımız ıcın gostermıs oldugu ılgı ve alaka ıle gonlunuz rahat bır bıcımde konaklama yapabılırsınız. Bundan sonrakı Istanbul seyehatlerınde kuşkusuz tercıh edecegımız bır apart otel. Hersey ıcın tesekkurler tekrar gorusmek uzere.
- Verified traveler (2/5): - The hotel is located in bad and danger place where they attempt to robe us there is smell of sewers and there is no sign on building or any name on the building that called Tyra and before 2 days I called the number that Expedia provide but no answer and I have contact you to resolve problem but unfortunately you haven’t so when I have reach place No one answers in the building so I ended up waiting under the rain until 6:00 am and finally someone came and give us a room that was used and not cleaned you see garbage in the apartment and condoms in the floor of the room so I yell to him about apartment so he send me to other apartment so we stay there it was one room the toilet is inoperative there is no channels on the tv and air conditioning is disabled there is no curtains in the apartment so the light can enter room and prevent me to sleep in addition of noise and bad smell and the sofa in the apartment it’s about 90 cm bad experience ever and I am not sending this feedback for compensation but just to remove this place that I refuse to call him a hotel or even a jail from Expedia first to forbidden what happened to me and my friend to happen to someone else and second for the reputation of Expedia that is related to the satisfaction of the customer and I have zero, sorry not zero minus hundreds satisfaction regarding this place and thank you
