Cleaners could do a bit better cleaned my own sink n toilet every day , floors wasn't touched which I know as I dropped bit on floor by accident n was still thre day I left . But on an overall day very good.

From the moment we arrived, the staff made us feel incredibly welcome — they were not only kind and attentive, but genuinely eager to help with anything we needed. The location is simply perfect. Everything you could possibly need is just a short walk away — great restaurants, shops, cafes, pharmacy. The beach was 10 minutes far from the hotel and we got beach towels. The accommodation was clean, comfortable, and well-equipped, with all the essentials provided. Breakfast was great! We would like to thank Ozi for his kind hospitality!!! 🫶 -

Breakfast spread was a good selection and staff were very friendly and helpful. Thank you to Ogulcan and the team for the hospitality. The hotel is located a few minutes walk from Konyaalti beach which is a must visit and there are so many restaurant choices nearby.

Secondly the staff was very friendly and cooperative; Ozgur the manager helped us a lot in deciding which destinations of Antalya to discover and also arranged rent a car for us at reasonable price. • Faissal (2/5): Décevant - Le personnel de réception est sympa et accueillant, mais le patron est hautain et complètement insensible aux clients. Par exemple, lorsque j’ai voulu ajouter une septième nuit après en avoir déjà pris six, un des réceptionnistes (un gars brun d’environ 1m80) m’a gentiment proposé un petit rabais de 3 à 5 €, et le patron lui a fait des gros yeux derrière, refusant immédiatement. Résultat : je n’ai pas prolongé mon séjour. On voit clairement que tout est fait pour maximiser les gains, au détriment de l’expérience client. La piscine est un vrai danger : pas d’antidérapant, je suis tombé et me suis fait mal, et en plus elle est sale et mal entretenue. Le ménage est sommaire et totalement imprévisible. La femme de ménage peut débarquer à midi ou à 17h, sans prévenir. Le panneau “Ne pas déranger / Dérangez-moi” ne fonctionne pas, donc vous pouvez vous faire réveiller ou déranger à tout moment. Le reste de l’hôtel est dans un état lamentable, rien n’est organisé et l’ambiance est glaciale. Même si vous avez un bon séjour dans la chambre, tout le reste vous fera regretter votre choix. Ne perdez pas votre argent, cet hôtel est à fuir absolument. Tout à part la chambre qui était correcte

Rommet var rent og komfortabelt, og servicen var helt topp. Serpil i resepsjonen var - Et fantastisk opphold på Rodinn Hotell – som å komme hjem Rodinn Hotell er et nydelig, familiedrevet hotell hvor kvalitet, komfort og gjestfrihet står i sentrum. Allerede ved ankomst blir man møtt med ekte varme og oppriktig velvilje, noe som setter tonen for hele oppholdet. Hotellets eier, Özgür, er en person som virkelig bryr seg om gjestene sine. Han er alltid til stede, smilende og klar for en prat, og det er tydelig at han driver hotellet med stolthet og hjerte. Sammen med sitt dedikerte team sørger han for at alt fungerer sømløst – og at alle føler seg sett og tatt vare på. En spesiell takk går også til resepsjonisten Serpil, som med sitt vennlige vesen og store hjerte gjør inntrykk på alle som møter henne. Hun gir gode tips, ordner små og store forespørsler med et smil, og skaper en trygg og hyggelig atmosfære. Frokosten på Rodinn Hotell er noe for seg selv. Hver morgen byr de på en rik og variert frokostbuffet som passer både de som ønsker tradisjonell tyrkisk frokost og de som foretrekker noe mer internasjonalt. Alt er laget med omtanke – med friske grønnsaker, ost, oliven, hjemmelagde småretter og deilige varme retter. Her finnes noe for enhver smak, og du merker at det legges kjærlighet i hvert måltid. Rommene er rene, smakfulle og komfortable, med gode senger og hyggelige detaljer. Det er stille og fredelig, slik at du får en god natts søvn. Badene er moderne og godt utstyrt – alltid rene, med god dusj og alt du trenger for et behagelig opphold. De ansatte på Rodinn Hotell gjør virkelig hele forskjellen. Uansett hvem du møter – rengjøringspersonell, kjøkkenpersonale eller resepsjonen – blir du møtt med vennlighet, respekt og hjelpsomhet. Her er det en kultur for god service og ekte omsorg. Вдоль отеля бесплатная городская парковка. В шаговой доступности есть магазины, очень вкусный рыбный ресторан в 700 метрах от отеля, аптеки, обменник и тд. До моря пешком далеко. Из плюсов быстрое оформление и заселение. Прекрасный персонал, который готов сразу помочь. Попросили комплект постельного белья для дивана и сразу же нам его дали. В номере был гель для душа, шампунь, бальзам. Мы отдыхали в январе и в отеле было очень холодно! Но кондиционером мы прогрели номер. Номера требуют ремонта… в душе черная плесень. + в душе не работала лампочка, наверху шкафа торчат провода, на стенах трещина, на столе трещина. Постельное белье с пятнами. Ощущение чистоты в номере не было. Как отель на ночевку норм. Завтрак очень скудный! Несколько горячих блюд (яйца, болтушка яичная) и можно сделать бутерброд с сыром, колбасой. Ночь нам обошлась в 102$, считаю слишком завышена цена для такого номера.

• Beyza (10/5): - We had one of the best hotel experiences ever. From the start the energy and the vibe of the hotel was very nice. We received a free update at arrival. The room and other parts of the hotel are incredibly clean and the interior and furniture seemed quite new. Additionally the daily cleaning service was of high standards. The public transportation and the beach were in walking distance, with a lot of food spots nearby. The best thing however was the staff. They were very kind and accommodating. If you are looking for a nice and clean hotel, I would definetly recommend. We stayed for 6 days and there is literally nothing bad to say about this hotel.

• Daria (10/5): Exceptional- highly recommend this hotel! - Had a truly amazing family stay (travelled as two adults and one young child) at RODINN hotel! Excellent location (10 min walk to the beach), safe and quiet non-touristy neighbourhood with lots of cafes and shops around. Our room had a good layout, very modern, clean and comfortable, cleaning provided regularly. The room had a little area with a kitchenette as well, which was very handy. Balcony was very nice too. Towels switched every other day. Safe available in the room as well. Breakfast was delicious and had a good variety of food. Hotel also has a pool, we haven’t personally tried it, but it looks really nice as well. The entire hotel team is highly cooperative and friendly. You can clearly see that they take great care of the hotel, treat guests as a family and do their best to provide exceptional client experience. Highly recommend this hotel for anyone looking for a safe, quiet and comfortable stay! It’s very modern, cozy and bright. Fun note, there is a local market happening every Friday right around the corner.

Расположения отеля находится там где и должен быть, от моря не долеко, это 15 мин спокойным шагом. Как раз для прогулки, супер. Персонал, клининг очень классный, приветсвные и какждый раз с улыбкой молодцы. Клининг вам спасибо. Рецепция, тут вам ниский поклон, простите не помню имен, каждому из вас спасибо. Завтрак, поворам спасибо за вкусный и сытные завтраки. Да к стати, чисто случайно увидел кухню. Не всю конечьно, похвала вам чисто и всё окуратно сложено. Сотрудники бара, вам спасибо что встречаете гостей с улыбкой, это повышает настроения, и апетит завтрака. Рукаводство, вам спасибо. Вы создали и передали вашему персоналу то, что должен прочувствовать ваш гость. Вам благодарность! P.S. мы с женой много где отдыхали и отели разные были по классу. И впечалений таких как у вас небыло. СУПЕР Ну привет, то что нам не понравилось. Как раз что понравилось всё. И по этому придератся к соринке и не стоит. • Charlène (6/5): Bien mais ménage à revoir !! - La taille de la chambre L’emplacement Le concept restau/Piscine c’est original Le personnel de l’accueil et du petit-déjeuner pas très agréable. Le ménage n’est jamais fait, ni les sols ni la salle de bain c’est honteux en 4 nuits. Même pas un coup de chiffon sur le lavabo.. rien. Juste le lit est refait sans changer les draps (qui avaient un trou...) La clim ne fonctionne vraiment pas on a dû ouvrir la porte de notre chambre pour avoir le frais de la clim du couloir, pourtant nous avions mis la clim à fond et au minimum (16°) mais nous avions encore 28 dans la chambre. En été ça doit etre invivable.

Og rent hvor man fik morgenmaden. Juice og kaffe var Desværre for tynd. Brød var proppet til randen i en lille brødkasse, som var svær at åbne.

La colazione non era buona, poi c'era uno odore sgradevole in reception, peccato perché l'hotel era molto carino.

• Kajtazovic (6/5): Food was disapointment - Location Breakfast is very limited, we had breakfast only two times because of lack of food offer. There were mostly vegetables and french fries, not even normal eggs without vegetable mixtures, which is not normal for early meal. Pool was too cold. They changed our unit, we did not get the unit we originally made reservation for. The AC was pointed directly to the bed so we got sick. We could not leave ac on over the day because electricity works only with the card in the outlet. So that is why we had to leave it over night because of hotness in the room. “Kitchen” didn’t have any essentials, not even basic spoon/fork nor the knives. Tv is old, not a smart tv, and also batteries in remote came coroded. We had nowhere on the balcony to dry our clothes.

• Aleksandr (6/5): - Не плохое расположение Убитый номер,разваливается всё.Сначала нам парили мозги при заезде,якобы я указал одного человека,а не двоих,хотя за двоих цена меньше. Уезжали в 7:20, завтрак с 7:30 не то что бы ланч бокс не собрали, даже не пустили поесть, хотя все уже было накрыто . Сюда больше не вернусь

• Kabenji (2/5): Lamentable. - Le personnel était gentil et l’emplacement de l‘hôtel est parfait. Notre séjour dans cet hôtel était désastreux car le lit n’était pas du tout confortable, la chambre ne ressemblait pas à la photo sur Booking.com, les femmes de ménage ne nettoyaient pas correctement notre chambre et oubliaient même leur affaire dans notre chambre, il y a eu un cafard dans notre douche, l’éclairage de la salle de bain était déplorable et il y avait souvent des coupures d’électricité. Je déconseille fortement cet hôtel.
