• WATHAMON (7/5): Perfect location but some upgrade is needed - - The location is perfect, very close to the main station. - Staffs were responsive on Line App. - Digital door lock which needs only passkey. No need to take key cards. - Bathroom with good water pressure. - The room was very outdated with some dust and hair. No socket near bed. Very limited space to put stuffs on. - The bathroom could be slippery even with shower curtain installed. It would get all wet once showered. - After 22.00 I didn’t realize that there will be no reception. I got there and saw no one so I could not check in and get the passkey for the room for a while. Line chat was not very responsive anymore and it took a while until someone responded. - There are elevators round the back of the hotel that anyone from the main street can get up to the hotel rooms directly as the reception is located on the other corner of the hotel. Not that much security.

• KONO (8/5): とっても良かったです！！ - スタッフの対応がとても良かったので安心して宿泊出来ました。またホテルエレベーター降りてすぐに美味しい露店がたくさんあったので、毎日何かしら食べ物を調達出来てとても便利でした。台北駅も便利な地下街で繋がっていますし、また利用したいと思います。 隣に宿泊されていた外人さんのお子さんが、夜中でもテンション高くて大きな声で騒いでいたのが少し騒々しく残念でした。お子さんが昼間騒ぐ分には気にならないのですが、深夜だったのでフロントに注意喚起していただこうと考えましたが、目をつぶりました。

• Kim Song (6/5): Excellent location near Taipei Station - The Good: Staff: Friendly. Staff would check and send information before our check-in and after our check-in. Communication was well conversed. Superb Location: Right by Taipei Main Station. The surrounding area is incredibly convenient and fun to explore. Spacious: Our triple room had plenty of space for three people to move around and store luggage. Free Amenities: Bottled water is provided in the room, and there are convenient water dispensers at both ends of the hallway. The Not-So-Good: First Impressions & Cleanliness: The hotel is on the 4th floor of an old building, but the 4th floor looks rather modern. Our room had a musty smell upon arrival, though leaving the AC on all day thankfully cleared it up. Housekeeping missed a few spots, as the glass shelving was visibly dusty. Bathroom Leaks: Water leaks from the bathtub onto the floor after showering, even with the curtain tucked inside the tub. Keep your bath mat at a distance! Inconsistent Tech & Comfort: We experienced occasional drops in both the TV signal and Wi-Fi. Bed comfort is a mixed bag: the queen bed was soft, but the single bed was a bit hard. Some people may not like the hard feel of the single bed.
